Mirja, the Masterless Pet

Mirja pushed herself onwards, for a short while. But eventually, her body just collapsed. It wasn't that she was exhausted, her body was incredibly enduring, after all. But, the pain was literally going streight to her core, and she couldn't focus on something as simple as walking with it messing with her mentality. On her hands and knees, she panted, trying to get the pain to subside for just one, dam second! So she could focus and not be so helpless! Again. She was useless, again, and couldn't save herself, or Iko now. She had failed both of them now. It was all, her fault. The realisation made her cry, turned her into a hysterical, sobbing wreck like she had not felt in so long. Since Iko came around, the ghost whispers had been strangely absent, or at least redirected, but the way this was making her feel reminded her of that time, when she came to the realizaiton that she was going to die and collapsed into a mess of tears and blood. There wasn't much blood this time, she hadn't the strength or focus to scratch frantically at her head as she had back then.

Her stomuch churned, and she heaved, thinking she was going to throw up her gut on the floor and add to the disgusting disgrace that was her right now. But instead, she through up some strange, semi-solid liquid from her mouth. It was pitch black, like Mirja's Yami no Sekai, and before she could even consider what it was, the liquid flowed upwards rapidly and plastered itself across her face. Eyeholes strangely formed in the liquid just after it had connected, but that was the least of her worries. The pain had increased, the feeling of illness, and even fatigue had set into her body, making her feel heavy, unbalanced, and generally unable to focus. She collapsed several seconds later, the black liquid flowing all across her face and solidifying into a Hollow Mask, not that she knew it at the time. She had neither the point of view nor the mentality to see such a thing.

Seconds streched into minutes, forcing her to remember how the imprisonment of her and Iko had felt like, with time dialuted and making it impossible for her to get a good, proper reading on what was even going on. Eventually, after what felt like hours, she slipped away, consciously, and was deposited in a place she knew well. Her physical body had been taken over completely, and with a scream, began to run amok, looking for the nearest thing to crush, to destroy, and with her strength, there would be much destruction. But inside, there was her Inner World. The eerie thing was, that Beowulf was not around. Her giant Zanpaktou spirit was absent. And so was Iko, who seemed to be around every time Mirja visited her poorly lit world of nothing.

However, she was not alone. Out in the darkness, there was something, moving. Something distinctly unlike anything she had ever seen, or felt, before.

The Blazing Heart

Kimitsuki Yamamoto

Artist: JubyPhonic - Song: Wildfire!!(cover) - Word Count: 645

The wastelands... such an interesting place to be... where she could let her fire run loose without much worry about things that could be killed. Well, there were hollows, but, Kimitsuki didn't really care if she burned them. She would feel bad since, it would still count as a life being extinguished but it was an evil one. Well, evil is a very subjective term really. It could apply to any enemy of a faction. To call one evil is an interesting thing to do really! Even that person being called "evil" may not truly be evil. To Kimitsuki, thinking of such a thing always intrigued her. She couldn't help it really. She loved to think about things like this because it really was an interesting look into what would be evil.

She finds it so interesting because the term "evil" changes for every single person. For example, Kimitsuki herself thinks large bodies of water are evil. Why? Well, when you control fire water isn't exactly your best friend. So, to Kimitsuki water would be "evil." In truth, it wasn't. Obviously water is extremely important to the survival of nearly everything on this earth. Kimitsuki doesn't need it exactly since all she needs to do is consume a little fire and she's good to go. However, something seemed to be off to her.

She looked around and summoned some fire in her right hand; directly above her palm. She let the fire flow around her until a small sea of it was around her. She sighed softly and focused a little. It was a good thing she could focus easily; she does not need to turn this place into a wasteland. She smiled at the dancing orange flames and then kept walking forwards through the wastelands; leaving burn marks along the ground. Soon enough, she found the source of her worries. She sighed softly and stared on at the thing that was thrashing around and screaming like a hollow. Kimitsuki had no idea what it was, well, she had a hunch. The mixed spiritual pressure pointed to a hybrid, and the nature of it seemed to be that of a vizard. Great, just what she needed. She sighed softly and then attempted to converse with the thrashing beast that was Mirja.

"H-Hello! Tell me, are you okay? Well, no you aren't stupid question. Listen, if you're still there, you have to fight it. Don't let the... the thing trying to control you take hold. I do not wish to fight, so, please don't attack. I don't want to hurt you."

Under her breath she whispered the summoning phrase for her Lotus Blade; her first Atma Vatou. She 'unsheathed' the blade from her left hip and created a giant arc of fire to explode upwards. She exhaled softly; prepared to fight regardless of the results. She let her fire flare around her more and heard Kagutsuchi as he appeared at her side; his tail curling around her left arm.

"Kimitsuki... you know exactly what this is... you will have to fight it. You will likely have to kill the being that is being possessed by the hollow."

Kimitsuki groaned softly. Kagutsuchi was right, but, she still had to hope she wouldn't have to claim another's life. She brandished her Lotus Blade and prepared herself to fight the beast. Speaking of, she could tell the beast was powerful, but, not quite as powerful as herself. Hopefully she wouldn't need to use her Alingana State or Unnata Release. Using those would likely cause untold destruction to the land. She exhaled softly once more before Kagutsuchi resumed his hiding. Now was not the time to worry or fear; now was the time to be prepared for the worst.

Mirja, The Masterless Pet

The Hollow that was Mirja was looking mostly for Demons right now. The pathetic host was so attached to them, it would rend her heart to see them in pain, to see them ripped, torn, tortured, and then executed. And, one such beast came to her, without The Hollow that was Mirja having to go out and look for it. The demon girl spoke, but The Hollow that was Mirja was not listening, it just stared for a few moments, and then let out a horrible scream, like those Hollows did, and threw itself at the new foe, the white liquid slowly moving down Mirja's face and to her neck, as if trying to take control of the entire body. It would be very hard to put down, having a body as dense and powerful as Mirja's, and having no concern over minor things like pain and damage. It just rushed for Kimitsuki, in great bounds, intent to uterlize these collosally powerful muscles for murder and mayhem.

Inside Mirja's Inner World, things were much more sombere. A woman appeared out of the darkness, in a flowing robe that contrasted with the dank lack of light perfectly. A blade similar to Mirja's poked out the side of her back, but that was not what drew Mirja's eyes. It was her face. Far paler than Mirja, it looked chalk white, and the eyes...Mirja's optical orbs were nothing to scoff at, but these eyes, pure black Sclera, with a sulfer-yellow iris and a black pupil. Mirja felt suddenly jealous, no longer the most beautiful woman in the room. Part shock and part disbelief hid the identity of this woman from her, and allowed her to approch, unhindered. The Hollow girl then stroked Mirja's cheek, and smiled softly.
""Let's not fight, hmm? Just surrender to me, and I'll keep you safe. I have seen the darkness in your heart, and I know how hard it must be to carry on, day after day" The Hollow offered. It was evident that Mirja wavered for a few seconds, conflicted in the idea to actually surrender. But then she headbutted the woman in the face and send her sprawing to the floor.
"Sorry, Hvit. I've already got someone to look after me. So why don't you just piss off, aye? There is no more room at the inn" she taunted, clentching her fists and preparing to fight.

Hvit, as she had been named by Mirja, rose from the ground and tossed her brilliant, pure-white hair back across her shoulder. Another pange of jelousy hit Mirja. She really missed her long hair, and wished she could kill those bastards again that cut it.
"Fine. I see this situation will not be solved with words. But with strength, of arm" she then drew her Zanpaktou, and whispered to it, to quiet for Mirja to hear. The sword morphed into a pair of knuckle-dusters, black as midnight, and contrasting the rest of her. Mirja echoed her movements, and drew her sword, releasing the false shikai, and clenching her fists in the dull white knuckle dusters. Smiling at Hvit, Mirja prepared for the fight to come.
"Strength of Arm, I can get behind"

The Flaming Lotus
Burn to a Crisp

Artist: Jeff Williams - Song: I Burn - Word Count: 848

Kimitsuki watched as the foolish being moved to attack Kimitsuki. She sighed softly and calmed every nerve in her body; sharpened her focus. She was on a different level compared to this being; even if she was powerful herself. Kimitsuki sighed softly and then lit the ground under Mirja aflame. It burned at 1000 Kelvin. Oh yes, fire that could easily scorch all. She then spun her Lotus blade around before letting it fall to her side calmly. She exhaled softly and just before Mirja could hit her she zipped out of the way of the attack with ease. Yes, Mirja was strong, she could tell that from her movements and how the ground gave way beneath her. However, due to how Kimitsuki can focus in battle and how her wild nature allows her to understand most wild things; she could see some attacks. Luckily, Mirja had also become a brainless beast that had no technique; only the mind to destroy everything.

Kimitsuki had a single visible grin as she flitted to Mirja's side, she struck at Mirja with her Lotus blade. Unfortunately for Mirja, she was gonna get burned by the blade. Even though Mirja's skin was very thick and resistant to most everything; she was still facing a being that was at a different power level than her own; avoiding such damage would not be as easy as usual. However, it's not like her skin was rendered useless. Oh no. Mirja's skin was definitely an issue and Kimitsuki noticed it's strength. She growled and then used her shadow movement to disappear before she could get grabbed or attacked.

To Kimitsuki, Mirja was slow. Yes, slow. Why may she be slow? Well, she only seems slow since Kimitsuki can travel at speeds that are definitely abnormal; definitely supernatural. What may this speed be characterized as? Why, it is much like that of a wildfire. However, she was not done there. She knew that Mirja wouldn't be fell so easily with a single strike. Oh yes, it would hurt; burning flesh is always a painful thing to feel. Kimitsuki would know this, she has had her own flesh burned before in the past. By what you might ask? Why Lava of course! Oh Lava... she loves to bathe in the stuff. Best way to get clean. Anywho, Kimitsuki was not done yet. She normally would have reserved her specialized attacks for later, but, she was not fooling around with this one. Well, she still kind of was as the atma vatou that helps her with flame control is still on her being.

Kimitsuki brandished her blade and her grin grew again as she started to increase the heat of her fire. 2000 Kelvin now. Just a little more and she could have her fire at its full 5000 Kelvin. Luckily, it wouldn't hurt her thermal armor, but, it would still cause a little strain due to the heat the fire was outputting, but, that was not a worry. The thermal armor in this form was specifically for resisting heat, nothing more. Her Akuma Kyodo would deal with those. She sighed softly and then yelled.

"FIGHT THAT HOLLOW, YOUNG ONE! Crimson Lotus: Step II~"

Kimitsuki grinned and then slashed her blade through the air and disappeared from view and nearly from senses. Soon enough, an attack came. An attack made with her lotus blade; fire slamming into Mirja. Then came another, and another, a total of 8 strikes all possibly slamming into Mirja if she was unable to dodge. Sure, Mirja was powerful, but, if she couldn't beat Kimitsuki's speed; she would never be able to counter her in this attack. However, she could dodge but, it would be difficult; if not impossible. Mirja wasn't that far below Kimitsuki, in truth. However, it didn't help Mirja that Kimitsuki was a being of pure speed, of pure emotions, of pure FIRE.

After the 8 attack Kimitsuki would appear a bit away from Mirja. However, if the attack was not entirely successful; she was prepared. She was ready to block attacks coming from Mirja and, afterwards, continuing her onslaught. If Mirja forced her into her other forms, stuff really will start to get hot. It is best not to release the Phoenix. However, it would be terrible if Mirja released the Dragon. If she released the Dragon; nothing could be stopped... Mirja would not lie dead upon the floor, oh no, she would lie battered and bruised if the dragon was to be released. It was only a matter of time. However, Mirja probably met someone who could help her. Oh yes, Kimitsuki may be a demon, a Danava to be precise. However, she was nowhere near weak. In fact, she was likely one of the stronger Danava. But, that did not matter, what mattered was now, here and now. It was time to worry about kicking this hollow's ass and saving the person inside. Besides, Kimitsuki had others she needed to find.

Mirja, The Masterless Pet

The Hollow that was Mirja missed, the first strike, as the creautre flitted away. The disconnection between the body and what bestial intelligence it had made hurting it a neigh-on impossibility. If it was a normal body, then maybe it would be felt, but Mirja's body was unique. Not just skin, that was super durable, but the entire body, from nerve endings, to blood vessels, muscles, and bones. It was what made her so difficult to incapacitate, and now with a hollow driving her, it had gotten so much more to lay her low. As the Fire Woman sliced into Mirja's skin, and was met with roars of irritation that she would not stand still rather than pain, that realization would quickly dawn on her. She was to fast to be caught, and so needed to be disrupted. And so, a fist clentched, muscles, tightened, and a mighty, earth-shattering blow was rained down. Not upon the Demon girl, who was moving in for a glorious combo, but on the very ground itself. Hit with such force, the surrounding landscape sundered, shattering in an unheval that threw dust and rock into the air and practically blinded everyone, as well as robbing stable footing and throwing them into disarry. And that was when it would be realized that, spiritually, the Hollow was invisible. It did not give off the same Reiatsu as normal creatures, it was as if there was nothing there, and it has just vanished as the landscape had been ripped apart by a single blow. Then, without any warning, the Hollow, covered by the sound of rupturing rock and the dust cloud, would move in from the Demon's blind spot and try to land a mighty blow across the girl's knees, hoping to cripple the speed, and relying on her being caught flat-footed. It was clearly showing something more, beyond it's vicious bloodthirst.

Far from the physical plain, Mirja had her own problems. The beautiful girl in front of her had just laid down a challenge for a fight, and that was kind of sad. She was good looking, and if it wasn't for the whole desire to eat her soul and take her body for a joyride, Mirja might actually get along with Hvit, but unfortunately she wasn't backing down on the soul-eating thing, so she had no chance to really get to know the woman. Outside of pounding her face in, which is exactly what was happening here. Mirja's fist sunk into the flesh of the Hollow-woman, and heard the satisfying crack of her nose. It was marred by the girls own knuckles smashing against Mirja's rib cage, but Hvit was not as strong as Mirja, and so it wasn't as bad.

Swinging a low punch for her gut, Mirja connected, but somehow it didn't feel as strong as the last hit. While this played with her mind, Hvit punched her in the tit, right were the demon had stabbed her a while ago. It was really painful, and so Mirja kicked Hvit in the knee, hoping to break it. But there was a distinct lack of impact in the actual blow. Worried, now, Mirja retreated some, to recover her wits and analyize the fight. Hvit was not in great shape, despite the lack of proper blows, Mirja still hit hard, and she was bleeding profusely from her nose.
"Come now, darling. Just give up. This is so undignified" Hvit asked, but Mirja just smirked.
"Sorry. I kind of like my soul where it is. Sans teeth marks" she taunted, grinning as she saw the Hollow-Woman irritated. This, was going to be a fun fight. Then, out of the darkness, Mirja saw someone leap out, and latch onto Hvit's back, sinking sharp, ultra-strong teeth into her neck. A scream of surprise and pain filled the air, and Mirja took full advantage of the unexpected attack from Iko. Mirja thought she had gone, where Beowulf had gone, but she was here, as ever, helping Mirja in her moment of need. Rushing forward, Mirja clentched her fist and focused on the Reiatsu flow through her body. Unware of the approch until it was to late, the Hollow's eyes met with Mirja's the split-second before impact, and it realized. Such a mighty blow, would be devestating to her. It might, even be the blow to end the fight for good....

Kimitsuki sighed softly as she watched the hollow that was Mirja smash its fists into the ground. The rubble was definitely a problem for most, but, as the rubble came close to Kimitsuki most of it was incinerated by her fire. Considering her fire was 2000 degrees Kelvin, and that it mostly stuck around her being when she wasn't using it actively, she was able to have a sort of defense from certain things. Of course, debris being an object not borne from an ability it was as simple as incineration. However, the debris still blocked her sight from where Mirja was. Unfortunately for Mirja, Kimitsuki's fire was part of herself; meaning that she could sometimes feel through it. However, it was finite. It could only do so much in this regard.

However, Kimitsuki had her own ways to do things. As the large chunks of debris flew upwards, instead of being thwarted, Kimitsuki adjusted to the situation and bounced from piece of rubble to piece of rubble. She was not going to be turned away so easily. Kimitsuki was much like fire, wild, nearly unstoppable. She won't stop until the person was either saved or lay dead on the floor. Hopefully the saved part. She'd rather not claim the life of an innocent. She did notice that the Hollow did not exude any sort of spiritual energy. Instead, it exuded an aura of immense blood lust, rage... something so vicious. KImitsuki sighed. She did hope that the being that had originally occupied that body got back into control. She did not wish to kill what could be saved. She sighed softly and then heard the hollow fill the air with another screech. So loud. That same hollow was coming right for Kimitsuki. Luckily, Kimitsuki had not lost the exact position of Mirja, but, it was still hard to pin point her exact location.

Suddenly, an arm was coming for her legs. Not good. Kimitsuki had to react in a split second, twisting her body so she would not be struck by the attack. She also used her sword to partially block the attack and used the momentum of them moving in different directions. The attack still jostled Kimitsuki, but, luckily she was able to deal with the force coming from Mirja. After using her blocking and air maneuvers, keeping her legs from being slammed into, she brandished her sword and then exhaled softly as she heard Kagutsuchi again.

"It's a good thing you have me to look out for attacks like that one."

Kimitsuki nodded. Kagutsuchi was right, that attack would have caught her off guard enough to disrupt her movement long enough for a good blow to be lain upon her. However, she had Kagutsuchi watching out for her. She was a rare case among most Danava as her Eternal Partner did not try to hurt her, he only tried to help her. Which was good for Kimitsuki, sure she had good focus in battle, but, some attacks could surprise her now and then. She cracked her knuckles and then exhaled softly. She could heat up her fire to 3000 Kelvin and get it over with, but, she was going to do something that she liked to do from time to time.

"Upon being struck by the flames of hell, one would burn for all eternity and see naught but death on the horizon~"

The second Kimitsuki finished uttering that phrase, her fire suddenly shot up in heat; up to 4000 degrees Kelvin. While this would not last for long, she would make the best of it. Her fire changed from its normal red-orange to a blue black; the flames of Satan. She exhaled softly and felt her fire control Atma Vatou become hotter. Woo boy that thing wanted her to lose control, but, she couldn't; not now. She had to keep fighting. She slammed her blade into the ground and then pulled it out; molten rock following the tip. She exhaled softly again before her body, and eyes, glowed with such immense heat that it seemed nearly ridiculous. She sighed and looked at Mirja.

"I hope you regain control soon~ I do not want to kill you."

Kimitsuki placed her left hand on the guard of her blade, at least it looked like a guard, and curled her fingers up slightly. Fire burst around the blade, emitting from the blade, and releasing quite a bit of heat in the process. Kimitsuki sighed softly and then grinned a little. She was a complete and total utter pyromaniac now. Hell, she was enjoying the freedom her fire had right now, it was absolutely fantastic. The grin faded and the fire around the Lotus Blade coursed with vigor. Kimitsuki sighed and thought a single phrase in her mind: All that burns before me and my fire is but fuel to me. It is all a means to an end. After the thought fire exploded around her blade; reinvigorated by something. Kimitsuki grinned as the fire grew to be 8 feet tall. She exhaled softly and dashed to where Mirja was. She was not aiming for a killing blow, but, it would still hurt like hell. She aimed at Mirja's right shoulder; aiming to incapacitate it. She sighed softly as the attack fell upon Mirja.

Once hitting Mirja's flesh the long blade would just simply dissolve her skin and flesh due to its heat of 1800 Kelvin. Afterwards, it would leave a nice gash, while it did not bleed, it would hurt like hell. Afterwards, Kimitsuki jumped back and covered her previous attack, and now escape, with her 4000 Kelvin fire. After she jumped back the large blade of fire faded from around the Lotus Blade. The attack was so deadly that she could not hold it for much longer than one attack. However, the damage it caused was understandable. It could rip through most flesh, and racial defenses, like no one's business. However, this was not over. Mirja was fighting for her body, which was now battered and burned, literally. However, would she be able to beat the hollow inside? Be able to face this literal internal war? Hopefully. Otherwise, Kimitsuki would launch into her Alingana form and settle things here and now.

Mirja, The Masterless Pet

The Hollow that was Mirja lost. It didn't know what had happened, but knew it had lost. The woman had reacted so quickly, and her fire aura had just burned away everything that was attempted. With everything it had done so effortlessly turned aside as if it was naught but a mewling babe, it was clear that the Hollow that was Mirja was going nowhere. Overcome by this sudden realization of powerlessness, it just laid down on the flew, and stayed motionless, not moving for an attack or doing anything that could be considered remotely hostile towards the fire girl. The hits were not of much consequence, the hollow cared little for the body and could narry feel the pain that was being caused. It was just lying down because it was consumed by despair.

Inside, the Hollow was not faring any better. The blow that Mirja landed on it's gut twisted on impact, and then her entire shoulder was thrown into it, blasting the creature everywhere at the same time. Bones broke, a lot. Something probably even ruptured, but the hollow girl didn't exactly need anything that was inside, so it was fine, really. With Iko on her back, and the punch that just landed in her gut, the hollow woman was defeated. Mirja, surprisingly, gave a subtle handwave to Iko to get off her, and hugged her softly.
"I know you want to be the boss, but you are outnumbered, outpowered, and generally just not as good as me and Iko there" she said, as if soothing the girl.
"Iko is strong, and sharp teeth!" the wolf girl exclaimed loudly.

Hvit seemed both sad and angry at having lost, but eventually just gave in and sagged.
"I was not expecting the wolf....that is the only reason I lost" she muttered, and then sort of just slowly dissolved. Mirja did not have much time to wonder about this, however, as she was thrust back into her body, the black hollow gunk crumbling away. With her entire body screaming in pain for some reason, she pulled off the mask, and gasped deeply. The mask dissapated a few seconds after being torn off.

"Ugh....ow" she groaned, staying on her back and not really noticing anyone else around.

Kimitsuki noticed the change in the beast, it gave up, it just stopped. Kimitsuki froze in her steps and kept the onslaught of fire close to her. She watched as the being's arm snapped up to her face and ripped of the mask; the hollow remains dissipating. Kimitsuki sighed softly and crossed her arms. Mirja hadn't noticed her, but, the smell of burning flesh, ground, and a generally extreme heat feeling; she would know someone else was here soon enough. Kimitsuki shook her head and prepared to keep her fire from raging out of control.

Kimitsuki sighed softly and spun her blade around after putting her hand up to the middle of her chest and slowly pushes the hand down; exhaling as she did. The fire around her slowly returned to its normal red-orange before it flew back into her. She sighed softly and walked towards Mirja who had just groaned and said ow. Kimitsuki looked around at the area. Things may have been a little overdone, but, she couldn't help it. Well, not easily at least. Her fire was barely controllable when she was in her normal form, which is why she had her atma vatou that allowed her to control fire easier. She yawned a little and the walked up to Mirja slowly. She stabbed her blade into the ground near Mirja's head and then she sighed.

"Tell me, are you in control? I would rather not have to kill you if I could help it."

Kimitsuki's face was actually completely emotionless. While it may not seem evil, per se, but the look wasn't exactly a nice one either. It was blunter, more unkind than normal. Kimitsuki was clearly on edge still and she would not get off of it until she had an answer from this being and then went on her way. Kimitsuki sighed softly and left her Lotus Blade in the ground. She would release the Atma Vatou that was her sword eventually, she just had to wait for Mirja to say that she was not being possessed by the hollow she was earlier. However, if she tried to hug or touch Kimitsuki; Kimitsuki may react with either a slight attack or simply getting away. She sighed softly and stood there, waiting for Mirja to speak.

As she waited Kimitsuki thought on the events earlier. She didn't think the hollow that was Mirja earlier would give up so easily. Obviously it wasn't so simple, but, she was definitely sure that Mirja had fought back whatever beast that had control of her. However, Kimitsuki has no idea how such things work, she was about to ask Kagutsuchi when he answered her question.

"What happened exactly is that the girl must have been infected by a hollow in some way. I have no idea how, but, obviously it was able to take hold inside of her body; it nearly killed her frankly. If she was unable to regain control; she would be dead still."

Kimitsuki sighed and only listened to Kagutsuchi. She normally only listened to him really he could generally tell what she was thinking, so, there wasn't much communication needed on her part. She sighed softly once more before her vision was redirected towards Mirja once more. She sighed softly and put her hand on her Lotus Blade, hell, her right hand never left the blade. She sighed and looked down at the burned, singed, and bloodied body that was Mirja Eeola. Sure, she did not know her name, but, she still knew that she now stood above a girl who had clearly just been hit when freight train. And that is not fun; at all. Kimitsuki sighed softly.

"What's your name, Vizard? I also suggest you lie still or your wounds could get worse. I find it hard, if not impossible, to hold back in battle. But, my name is Kimitsuki Yamamoto. I guess I am your savior? No, I only kept the hollow you from wreaking havoc. If you don't need anything else, I really do need to get somewhere. I have to meet a certain Angel of Ice."

What she said was true, Kimitsuki had actually been attempting to find Cirno. She needs to see her. Why? Well, not that she needs a place to be safe; she just wants to meet her. She has heard quite a lot about Cirno, but, she had a feeling Cirno may not like her due to her fire powers. But, whatever the case she had to meet Cirno. She just had to. She sighed softly and waited for Mirja to speak again. Kimitsuki was definitely patient, but, she really did need to find Cirno, so, she likely wouldn't remain long. It all depends on what happens really.

Mirja, The Masterless Pet

Mirja laid on the floor, with a lot of uncomfortable wounds. They could have even been excruciating, but Mirja had been through a lot. She even got stabbed in the tit once, right the way through, almost. And even more recently the battering that had led to her bankai was nothing to sneer at, so even though her nerve endings were screaming, she ignored it for the most part, and sat up when someone started talking. A cute some one at that. Hvit really knew how to set her up with proper darlings, it seemed. Giving her a soft smile, Mirja spoke.
"I'm....Mirja Eeola. And, I guess I am a Vizard, huh? Dam wolf...." she muttered, not quite catching the fact that it would be Kimi doing the additional wounding rather than just her wounds been aggrivated by her movement. "And don't worry about my wounds, dove. They are by the by. Used to be I had such a nice body from never getting scarred, but that was before I entered the world of crazy people" Mirja muttered.

Slowly getting to her feet, clearly grimicing in pain and looking quite exhausted to boot, Mirja rose and nodded at Kimi.
"Aye. Savior sounds about right, actually. So, is there anything you want in return for such a saving? Angel of Ice certainly sounds like a person to meet, as well, so I'll probably come with you, if you don't mind" Mirja was on her feet. Unstable, and shaking softly as the several wounds and bloody knuckles dotted her body and conspired to bring her low, were she any normal woman. But Mirja was a paragon of durability and endurance, so she stayed up, and had a coy smile on her lips as she looked at Kimi.

Kimitsuki sighed softly as she watched the woman struggle to stand. Maybe it wasn't exactly struggling, per se, but, Kimitsuki could see that Mirja's body was strained. If Kimitsuki pushed against her core hard enough she would fall right over. But, she decided that the girl did not need to be in more pain. She sighed softly and let her Lotus Blade fade; basically turning into crimson petals before burning up. Luckily, Kimitsuki was still on edge from the battle, so, she wasn't being shy, nervous, or anything else besides blunt. She sighed and stared at Mirja with a look that spoke 'NO'.

"I'm sorry, but, no. You cannot come with me. I do find it interesting to see how strong you are, but, I do not need you to accompany me. Also, I would say you should worry about your wounds. My fire was at well above temperatures than even you could likely handle. If you don't go and recover, your skin could literally melt off. I suggest you find someplace to relax and train that vizard stuff you got going there."

Kimitsuki's left hand falls onto the band around her right wrist and she tugs it a little; making sure it was still secure. Mirja could likely tell that the band was much hotter than anyone could touch with their bare hands. Yet, Kimitsuki just grabbed it, tugged it, and then took her hand off like nothing happened at all. She sighed softly and then popped the knuckles of her right hand; the one that is covered by the glove. She then did an interesting movement and a lot of popping could be heard from her body. She sighed as she felt her body relax a little. But, only a little.

She looked at Mirja again and sighed softly. She could tell Mirja was bent to follow, if she tried to; Kimitsuki could simply just knock her over. Her body was going past it's normal limits, and, Kimitsuki really did not want to harm her more than she already was harmed. So, with a simple wave with her right hand Kimitsuki spun on her heel and walked away from Mirja slowly. She wasn't gone yet, she was just simply walking. Mirja would also notice that her glove seemed to be cooking the air around her as she walked away. Definitely a strange thing to notice, but, it was far too prominent not to notice. It became even more prominent when Kimitsuki suddenly stopped and turned around. She looked at Mirja and sighed softly.

"I travel alone, Mirja. I would discourage you from following me; even in the future. The path I walk is not for all, and, I suggest you find your own path instead of just trying to follow me."

She looked at Mirja with a rather blunt look before turning around once more. If Mirja didn't stop her, fire would erupt around her body and, when it faded, she was nowhere to be found. She had saved a girl from a hollow and wasn't gonna stick around to talk to her. Not that she didn't want to, she just had something to do and it couldn't wait. She had to get to Cirno, she really did want to meet the fabled angel of ice after all.
