| Attention all Gotei 13 Members, when you come into contact with anybody that had spiritual pressure and has evil intentions then you must send hell butterflies to your respected Captain or to the Captain Commander, this is now more of a rule then anything since i am seeing people not sending hell butterflies still. If you do not send a hell butterfly and Central 46 and the Captain of your Squad hears about that they will deal with the punishment.
