Alex got it, he wasn't upset with Nel or anything like that. They'd had enough talks by now that he couldn't really hold it against her when she got like this. That was just how she was, and he wouldn't change her for anything.

"She's real nice. Bright, full of energy, big smile. Little to the point, but hey, I can't have a kid who's nothin' like me."
