Heads Up! It's Showtime ♡ [Inanna, Vegas]

Twinkle Vanilla was glad that her partner finished up all good. The ball was in the bad guys court and while she expected for them to just give up and leave after being thoroughly shook by the amazing display they just did. It was not the case, in fact it was the opposite.

"Eyyo Boss. A buncha dressed up broads be looking mighty nosy, what's the play eh?"

"Oi. Shut up you stupid koon, get the dumb bimbos. It's our turf you idiot."

Guess it was a fight. Twinkle Vanilla was happy to oblige, she was great at buttkicking despite how little exposure she had to it but magical girls didn't lose so time to kick mean butt.

"Alrighty~~! Gettem Sparkle Cayenne."

She left the boss to the redhead, instead the spunky star of the show herself jumped back with some boing in her step into a tree and came back down from her elevated position right into the middle of the two goons and the girl, but that girl wasn't a fighter. At least not from her recon. Two on one was soooo coool, she just had to steal the show with these guys.

"Wha- dumb bimbos!? Alright, now you're askin' for it!"

While Vegas may generally have been a girl of a friendly, cheerful disposition, she was nevertheless her father's daughter, and being insulted directly to her face generally brought out a certain degree of annoyance that almost looked out of place on her usually smiling face. Running right on ahead, she flipped her sword around in her hand--she wasn't trying to kill anyone, after all--and swung it with speed that was actually fairly impressive, the blunt side of the blade careening toward the leader of the pack at a fairly impressive speed.

"We'd have letcha go with just a warning if you apologized, but now you're gonna get it for sure!"

"Uh oh. Ya boss made Sparkle Cayenne mad. Guess he's gonna get it now, hehe."

Inanna personally didn't know what implications the words had, they had been insults and not used friendly. That was obvious but she didn't get why her partner was upset. Granted, the hybrid was just having fun while the two of the goons tried to hit her nimble form and had so much trouble. This ball of energy was just such an agile acrobat!

"Heads down, here I am."

She teased while dropping to the ground and kicking the feet out from underneath one of them. A spunky star forming in front of her foot and a kicking it up into the other goon's face really got him dazed.

Meanwhile, the leader barely dodged the attack. His glasses falling off in the process and really getting on his nerves. In response his foot came up and tried to kick Vegas in the gut on his way back from the dodge of the sword.

"Listen here ya little shit. You're gonna hurt someone if ya keep swinging that big thing around."

"Yeah, that's the idea, idiot!"

Yeah, she was definitely her father's daughter.

Quickly stepping to the side in order to avoid the kick, Vegas jammed her sword into the sidewalk, the tip of it only barely managing to break into the cement, and swung herself around on it, almost graceful enough to make most think she'd ever practiced that move before. She had not, however, but both feet still slammed into the side of her foe with a fairly remarkable degree of force.

"Eat that!"

She took a peek back and saw the big guy get sent flying. Wow! That was super duper cool. Nanna should finish it up with these guys, except when she turned around she had seen that one of them had taken off down the street.

"Hey wait up!! Where ya goin'? Awww."

She looked at the scene of the guys taking off and their leader who was trying to get up after the full weight of such a tall girl smashing into his side. That was so cool!

"Nice job Sparkle Cayenne. All you there. What do we do with this guy? You really got him good."

Nanna was straight back to her partner's side and looking at the scene of the guy trying to get himself sorted. What happens now? She hasn't really got this far before.

"Heh, sure did. That's the power of Sparkle Cayenne for ya!"

Stepping forward and putting her foot onto the defeated villain's chest, Vegas pointed the tip of her tremendous sword down at him, her gaze surprisingly stern for a girl her age as she spoke confidently.

"What'd I say? Apologize to this shopkeeper right away! Otherwise it'll only get worse!"

Actually, Vegas really had no idea what came after this part. Just beating him up until he said he was sorry was probably on the table, but she was pretty sure mom and dad wouldn't like that at all, and it'd kinda just be mean even if he was a bad guy. Well, hopefully if she just stayed nice and confident about this, made it seem like she knew what she was doing, he'd figure it was the right call to listen to her.

"Ey, hey, ok ok. I'll apologise. Jeez. What's a lass like you doing playing like a kid?"

Nanna peeked at him from over Vegas' shoulder, what'd he mean? They were magical girls, didn't he know what a magical girl was? How stupid was this guy??? That was that, right? He was beaten and they had saved the day and there was also a big old crowd starting to gather at the scene of two dressed up women beating down a couple of thugs. Uh oh. Were they going to be famous now!?

"H-hey Sparkle Cayenne. What're we doin' now? We beat the bad guys, do we stick around or do we sneak back home? We should go get the shopkeeper right and get him to apologise.. Hmm."

The hybrid really was lost on what to do now. Maybe they'd figure it out together and then go from there.

"Like a kid? For your information, we're magical girls, thank you very much! Here to save the day from guys like you!"

Vegas certainly spoke loudly enough that anyone around would have heard what she said quite clearly, and any murmurs of confusion, derision, or just general conversation about it went mostly over her head, given how caught up in the moment she was. Her attention turned briefly to Inanna, but just long enough to confirm her presence.

"Yeah, go get the guy who owns the store. That way this guy can apologize, and then we can be on our way."

Twinkle Vanilla on the case, she took off into the store. Bubbly begging for the shopkeeper to come outside and receive his apology, it was a reluctant almost like he didn't want to be caught up in whatever was going on here but how could he say no to the cutest heroes on the block and Nanna's incessant begging? He couldn't haha!

"Here ya go. Now apologise or else I'll make you into a sparkle splat and pass on the message to your little cronies okay? Cool."

After it was done Nanna thought there was a new issue. How were they gonna transform back into normal with all these people around? Her ears twitched a little while trying to figure out a solution.

"Hey, Sparkle Cayenne. How do we get outta here now that our job's done?"

Removing her foot from the thug's chest, Vegas hefted her sword over one shoulder as she thought about the situation carefully. Well, they definitely couldn't just stick around now... Then again, isn't that what a magical girl did? They had to be a hero of the people, after all!

"The day is saved once more! Your neighborhood heroes, Sparkle Cayenne, and..!"

Striking her pose, Vegas looked to Inanna very briefly, mostly just hoping that she got the idea here. Better to take advantage of all the exposure! This could be their big break!
