HIROE MIYASHIRO| Dream ON

How familiar had this courtyard become? The repetitious pattern of swinging a sword, the meditational process of channeling spiritual energy into a tangible state, the esoteric discipline of attempting to formulate Kido spells. The exhausting grind that followed, the grueling return home after a long day of training and studying. It wasn't all clouds in the sky, though. There were the fair share of peers and friends to rely on and willing teachers. In that sense, HIroe couldn't view all that stuff as negatives.

It was all apart of the perpetual process towards her dream - to join the ranks of the Gotei United. Dreams were often rather difficult things to achieve, weren't they? One could envision their endgame and set the pathway in their mind all they wanted but it didn't draw them any closer to the final stage. There weren't any save files, either. A slip here, a slip there, and the whole process could collapse in on itself.

As such, she had to remain steadfast. Keep on going. Don't let up. All of the usual inspirational stuff one would use to keep themselves motivated. Standing within the center of the ever familiar training ground, Hiroe swung her Asauchi, alternating between unique patterns she had learned during her Zanjutsu studie.

A vertical slash to the right, transitioning a step back to the left to execute a horizontal slash to the left. She repeated the process until beads of sweat dribbled across her face. Stabbing the blade in the ground, she leaned forward a little, observing the blade quietly. If she could learn her zanpakuto's name, she could get just a little closer to the dream.

Nanashi couldn't help but ave a bounce in her step as she went. The young shinigami humming gaily to herself as she moved toward the training courtyard. It was always a nice little spot to set herself now and then. She had no idea how lucky she was that she was so ...often training with someone so above her own station. Not to mention that she was being trained by someone so strong and talented! Or well.... at least...that's.how....it SHOULD have been. Alas, Rio kinda didn't .... teach? She more guided than anything. The woman really didn't seem cut out to be a very good instructor, but Nanashi certainly enjoyed getting to cut her teeth on the woman. But every now and then, she enjoyed going back to the basics.

Well. When she wasn't looking to show off. Pausing a short distance away, she smiled when she noticed someone else. And immediately, any notion of training for HERSELF went out the window. Waltzing up behind the other woman, Nanashi put on a smile.

"Hey there! Not a bad swing, but your strokes are a little uh...tired. Want some help?" She asked with a big, winning smile on her face. Feeling quite proud of herself for being so charitable as to offer training! Heh, yea she was pretty awesome, but that didn't mean she forgot her roots! It was only natural she try to help her fellow academy student. Hiroe would practically be able to SENSE the way Nanashi was internally patting herself on the back.

HIROE MIYASHIRO| Dream ON

Turning toward the voice, Hiroe would turn to Nanashi, a curious gleam in her eye as she observed the woman. A fellow student, hm? Sweet! Training was always better with two people in her eyes. Slashing a sword aimlessly against empty space was a fun exercise, but it could get pretty repetitive after a while.

Hm... She couldn't shake the feeling of a confident aura emanating from this pink-haired stranger. A rival? A friend? Only time would tell! Even so, Hiroe couldn't resist the urge to look cool in front of her fellow peer, pulling the sword from the ground as she performed a downward slash, only for her grip to loosen and send the blade flying a few meters away.

Welp, the attempt to look like a dashin' heroine had been dashed. Time to create a distraction. Crossing her arms softly, Hiroe would turn to Nanashi with a bright smile, wiping the sweat from her head.

"Training with someone else would be nice. It can get a little repetitive performing techniques by myself. My name is Miyashiro Hiroe. Nice to meet ya."

Nanashi raised both brows and tilted her head, watching as the girl suddenly picked up the blade, executed a slash and promptly sent the weapon flying to THUNK into one of the benches, whew, good thing nobody was sitting there! A grin spread across Nanashi's face and she chuckled just a little. What a funny little gal she was.

"Nice, name's Nanashi Gombei! Pleasure to meet ya." She pointed out before a sly smile crossed her lips, reaching up and gently rubbing her chin.

It certainly was an interesting situation. The Nanashi Gombei of the past had been pretty darn impressionable. She spent her time trying to impress others and frankly was a massive doormat. But that had been before she became a fucking vizard, and was trained and PRAISED by RIO SHIHOIN! Suffice to say, Nanashi's ego had inflated severely in the past year or so. Old NAnashi would havebeen friendly and insisted that they become friends and help eachother train. But Bigger Nanashi? Oh she had something else in mind.

"Hm, you make a fair point. Honestly, training just aimlessly without direction can be exhausting! I think what you need is someone to help guide you. A teacher perhaps." She pointed out, before smiling from ear to ear. "I'm actually doing rather well in most of my classes, so it's not like I'm very busy. Why don't I be your tutor?" She suggested, keeping a calm and relaxed expression whilst inner Nanashi cackled with enthusiasm.
