A greater sound of bones crushing followed by blood pooling into his internal cavities. His regeneration was trying to compensate by closing the wounds on survival instincts and his body's own physiology tried to adjust sufficiently. It was little more than a band-aid against the squirt's strength though.

He twisted his neck, biting at her arm to try and dig his canines into her flesh and yank some off. She wanted to play like an animal then he'd go along with it. He'd try to bite a chunk off until the blood was running over the two of them unrestricted.
