OTM Collections (If you won an OTM from April through June? COME HERE TO COLLECT IT)

Alright, since I made some fuck ups in the past few months when it comes to managing the OTM prizes, this thread is for anyone who HASN'T already claimed their OTM's from April as we did not have that many official threads for them. This will also apply to this month's on-going OTM contest until it ends. We will be double checking people who want to claim their prizes, but for the most part if you've been wondering where the hell your prizes are? Just come to this thread and settle it once and for all. Below is simply a list of past winners.
SOTM

1st Place: 10% discount to the store of choice, 10 Awesome Points, Skill Upgrade, 1,000,000 Yen and their image on the sidebar
2nd Place: 5% discount to the store of choice, 5 Awesome Points, 500,000 yen and an honorary mention
3rd Place: 100,000 Yen and an honorary mention

COTM

First Place: One million yen, skill upgrade, ten awesome points, 10% discount in any shop of choice (in this site, not in real life! Sorry!) And an image set on the side bar to your right personally stylized by [TheFrost].
Second Place: Five hundred thousand yen, five Awesome Points, 5% discount in any shop of choice, and an honorary mentioning.
Third Place: A hundred thousand yen, and an honorary mentioning.

MOTM
