Sasukes Ceros

• Effects:
  This Cero can only be used whilst Sasuke is in his Resserecion form. Once he begins the cero his spiritual pressure will light up purple and leak into the surroundings. After a second or two a large phoenix around 8ft tall and 10ft wide will form above his head. Sasuke will raise his hands in order to designate the location the phoenix should head to. Upon strike the attack could be very deadly as it turns into large scale incinerator covering 15feet, but due to its deadly power it has a cool down time. If the attack is to miss it will take three posts before the attack can be activated again, by which time the strike won't be as potent.

• Effects:
  The cero can be used for both offense and defense. The principle of the Cero is simple, different amounts of spiritual pressure's applied in order to differentiate the defense from offense. Firstly, once the spiritual pressure is applied for a defense; Reishi will circle Sasuke until the defense is required; Once the defense is required a large purple wall similar to severing void will form in front of Sasuke that can withstand vast amount of pressure, over all the defense can be used three times before the cero has to be reformed. However if the Cero is required for offense, Reishi will form on his arms and resemble gauntlets; These then crack several times and reform in order to seem larger and more compressed; Upon the final shatter a large explosion will take place with the Radius of 40feet, this explosion moves at night speeds which makes it hard to counter or dodge which also makes it very limiting therefore it will be very tiresome for Sasuke to pull that move off twice.

• Burning Ash Circulation is more of a Unique Ability to Sasuke than a Cero in my opinion.
  
• You say that the Pheonix is 8ft tall and 4ft wide. That's a very thin Pheonix. Take into consideration its wingspan. Also, describe what it does on collision. Will it explode or do nothing?
