Their plan of action for this nation is to otherwise seize control from rouge hollows, demons and outlaws and help restore it to splendor and restore the humans government. Therefore, they've announced they are seeking to gain a stronghold in the capital city and then expand further defenses, troops and bases in the country to help with their cause in eradicating any disturbances from harming their way of life.
