The Keys To The Mad Kingdom: Enter Chasm's Domain - Eris's Home [Mana/Nemain] [Plot Thread]

This is where it all begun. This is the place where The Queen of Demon's reawakened herself as The Danava Of Discord And Lunacy. Within the root of this building once possessed the root of this existence's madness. This was the extraction and embodiment of Eris's will infused within an object. Whomever could have called this satanic gem their own could have very well became the next Empress or Emperor of this Greek Goddess's will.

And so, it is for this reason is why her demonic incarnation yearned to come to place and stopped at nothing to retrieve this most precious stone of madness. At the cost of so many millions of lives and nearly destroying the planet in the process of a war against the God Of Truth, Lady Eris had finally started the process of reforming herself and accelerating the flow of madness and chaos throughout the known realms of the universe.

Ever since the entity of "Mana" came into existence, this ambition and sense of self always nagged at the sub-consciousness of this being. Even when she was considered to be one of the weakest creatures within the depths of Demon World when she was imprisoned under the rule of the former Queen's restrictions, this force of depravity within herself had always dreamed a boundless world. One without limitations of the mind's oppressive thoughts, a world without the constrictions of objectivity and an existence where her growing constructs of madness, chaos, instability and lunacy could thrive in a swimming, infinite cycle and dance with it's mirrored construct of order, law and light.

For, without one or the other, none could truly exist. Order cannot recognize itself without disorder, and disorder cannot recognize itself without order. That is a simple truth of the universe. It is why even when she threw the world into chaos from the shadows of demon world with world war three, she always understood that the slightest of light, order and balance needed to exist to maintain her existence and plans. Hence, The Queen of demons never truly desired to destroy this entire realm. That wasn't her end-game in the slightest.

Instead, the keys to the kingdom were slowly put together from all of the events of her life up until this point. The restructuring of demon world with the death of The Former Queen, the releasing of Demon Kind's restrictions to induce world war three, the former union between the antagonist forces of Earth, the conquering of Europe, the creation of Shadow Fall and the sisters of chaos, the war over madness city, the constant string of terrority invasions led by Shadow Fall, the pacts and alliances with so many factions of earth, learning the depths of the multiverse and the discovery and reformation of The Black World; so many events and more were leading to something monstrous and The Empress of Madness needed to ensure these plans would see the light of day.

All of it and so much more is why The Queen Of Unending Strife stood hand-in-hand with The Arrancar Of Madness at the gates of The Mad Kingdom. Out of their emerald vortex would the two emerge to a scenery filled with emerald green skies, lightning and so much snow and ice. To Mana, however, these details would be so finite and unimportant. They were but a passing blur to the reality which was about to awaken to the two of them. As one of the first blessed beings to be granted this most sacred mark of Eris, Mana saw fit to unveil The Kingdom of Madness to her.

"I had someday wished to show my own sisters of chaos this one day. You should feel honored to view this spectacle, darling."

It almost pained The Queen of Demon's to speak such brief words. There was nothing which could be done for the past according to this to this somber self of Mana. This incarnation of The Mad Empress's many selves held on to a great sense of regret for not being able to induce this realm as quickly as she hoped. And given the fates of both Ashlei Clixx and Claire Clixx, it was a shame such enriched beings of chaos couldn't see her grand kingdom of it all. Yet, the greater manic ego within herself could only laugh and accept things as they were. It was time to move forward.

Emerald lights began to flare within the chest of The Demon Queen as she began to tap into her wicked power. This was the Stone Of Eris which generated her Danava powers and allowed for it to flourish to such a beautiful state throughout the past four years. It would also serve as the key to unlocking The Chasm Domain: Home Of The Mad Kingdom. In the heavens above, a planetoid object which was covered in red, green and black colors arose upon the call of this Mad Gem's cry.

When this moon of lunacy emerged in the atmosphere of Antarctica, the flash of golden light ignited the skies in a wondrous blaze of gold fire. It consumed the whole of the city and nothing but this inferno could be see above. However, that would soon change. An ungodly sense of pressure, power and might would begin to crush and grip into Madnise City. Even Nemain herself may be taken back by it; as it felt as if there were an endless abyss of energy and power behind it all.

Despite this surreal occurrence taking place, the many thousands of spirits howled in joy, anguish and woe as this world became perceivable to them both. With a single hand rose in the air, The Queen of Demons would give a slight glance of her emerald eyes at Nemain and utter these words to her:

"I welcome you to Chasm's Domain. The Origin Of Chaos, home of The Mad Kingdom and root of my Goddesshood."

Not a second after, the duo of beings filled with lunacy's glow would become devoured in a ray of emerald light. Following this instance in time, Nemain and The Queen would become transported to a void of gem green light. It felt as if they were standing within a core of endless energy, yet this was the built-up of many thousands of years of chaos, destruction, madness and instability. It was home to the depraved and salvation to those who yearned for disorder.

With telepathic knowledge, the realm itself would inject this information within the mind of Nemain. She'd become aware that this dimension existed in between most known realms. It acted as the stabilizer and destablizer for it all. It was a core of madness created by The Greek Goddess Eris and served to forever clash against the realm of order and light. So it is only here where Mana herself ever hope to understand just what she fully was -- and the same could be said for Nemain's path.

"Darling, I've been amassing this tool for many years to awaken myself as Eris and finish my art. Yet, as grand as my power may be, there is no way I could ever hope to store all of this instability within myself. But, as you very well know, my power is capable of understanding, influencing and interacting with the abstract madness and chaos of this existence. So I've spread my hand far and wide to house and guide this influx of energy to this point."

Older. Much older. That single word could be used to describe the maturing of Mana's voice in this instance. It was the tone of speaking used by someone withered and hardened by the length of eternal life. Was this the voice of Eris? It was hard to tell. The border of self was one which was always blurred within Mana's mind, but perhaps something could be found by exploring this infinite vortex of her minds eye.

"While I have no desire to fully speak what I intend to do with all of this, I can say that as one of my brightest children and fitting to serve as my apostle. It is why I brought you here to help you reach a power beyond your wildest imagination, to captivate your manic spirit and to have you bathe in a world of endless chaos so that you may never know defeat again. Even if you are beaten, slayed and chained by the world; the freedom and liberation which mania blesses makes you ascend so far above it all. It's beautiful and I want to see what your heart of depravity is capable of creating in this world."

When those loving words were finished being spoken, there was a soft sigh which exited the lips of The Empress. It was so much to take in that she needed to further visualize this kingdom. With but a rise of her right hand, thousands of vortexes began to open and they reflected many different maddening worlds infused within The Chasm Domain. It was impossible to describe them all, but each had their own unique twist of disorder, instability, depravity, madness, chaos or destruction within it. It didn't matter how subtle, or how over the top these realms were, they were all connected and made one with The Seal Of Eris.


It is why her very symbol appeared within the atmosphere and seemed to spread ceaselessly in the heavens above Nemain and Mana in a red blood. It was giving madness, while taking madness away from all the known realms of existence. It was erasing itself, and it was adding itself to existence. It was infinite, while finite. It was everything -- and nothing. So abstract was this existence, but that was the nature of this universe's paradoxes and inconsistent nature. Never the same, never to stay static; it was always changing and never really understood.

Not even Mana herself could fully comprehend such an expansive power. But, the greater part of her being felt she was reaching closer and closer to the climax of her life and being able to envision all that she is, was and will be. So, it is for this reason why she wished to reflect that same sense of understanding to Nemain and to help bring her away from the ashes of her sanity.

"With that seal, you will be able to create your own realm of discord, my loving child. You will be able to command armies of familiars at your call. You will even be able to comprehend the nature of The Black World and it's source of Oorjga for yourself. There is a boundless wealth of knowledge and power within my seal and you are one of my disciples capable of mastering it. So, for your first task, all I ask is that you envision your ideal mad world and create it for me."

Giving nothing but a wave of the hand, Mana would create a vortex of pure blackness in front of Nemain. This was the material needed to create her own pocket realm and to begin the construction of The Mad Arrancar's manic vision. It was something which The Queen of Mania was so curious to see. As, even in this moment, Nemain could undoubtedly feel the hellish longing this creature had for her. She wanted this Arrancar for herself to a degree, as this piece art captivated her vision and led Mana to believe she one of the few of her kind capable of representing Eris's blood. So she wanted to see her creativity, power and heart bled into something she could call her own. That is all The Queen desired in this moment.
