The air peeled away, Santa was smiling even as they arrived in the place she had visited quite some time ago. A massive chasm. Something about hat Algos had spoken about had intrigued her. She fed off suffering right? Her first instinct was Hueco Mundo, but well, she wasn't sure how the woman would react to be taken to such a place. So she decided to go to the Great Canyon instead! She had discovered the place some time ago, and somehow ,looking at the place had made her own emptiness feel .... different some time ago. Perhaps the same would happen with Algos. All the same, the place was hardly devoid of life. Humans were all over the place! Enjoying the canyon, buying things, all sorts of touristy crap.

Santa smiled fondly, glancing at the woman she was carrying princess style. "Here we are! I wasn't sure how you felt about like, wilderness or like, cities, so I decided to go with both! A big ol chasm and some humans nearby!" She pointed out, smiling as she promptly did NOT put the woman down, but began carrying them toward some of the more desolate areas. Some carts that weren't really getting any attention, the owner was not even awake. He was on his ass, sleeping with a newspaper on his face.

She paused, looking over his cart before she carried Algos over to one of the racks and eyed some of the novelty Tshirts. "We should probably fix the whole naked thing for that form of yours. Do you know your size?" She asked curiously, adjusting her grip on Algos, wrapping one arm around her thighs and back so that she could use her elbow to sift through the shirts. Ok so she wasn't hercules, actually her arms were already starting to get tired, but even she knew better than to insult a woman's weight! So she doggedly kept on, focusing on finding something to put on the Oni, not even thinking about how the woman had had clothes when they first met. She was far too focused on the idea of Algos wearing a big ol grand canyon t shirt.

The human realm? That was a curious choice. One which made the power of Algos shrink and shrivel as she had no desire to attract a massive presence for the time being. While she had no doubt in her capacities to slaughter these gnats, the woman carrying her would get caught in the crossfire and she knew foul things could happen and further make the circumstance in demon world harder if she reacted nastily before a full plan was devised to handle political ties to this realm.

And while she cloaked her presence, there was another factor to consider: her sister. She was growing closer to her kin as she could outright taste the sinful honey of Calypso's spirit in her mouth at this point. So, to that end, the woman tilted her head away from Santa to spit on the ground as a slight, cold mist of air left her mouth soon after. Of course, she wasn't discontent with the location the Arrancar chose, but of her own complicated relationship with her estranged little sister.

"It's sufficient."

There wasn't much to say about the sight itself. Yes, it was vast and wonderous, but the outlands of the demon world dwarfed this in her mind in terms of scale. And more importantly, even if there were parts of herself that did indeed relish being treated like royalty and spoiled a bit, there was a sharp contrast in strength between the two. It was not as if Santa was some super-abnormal freak of nature like other more potent beings of Hueco Mundo, there was only so much natural strength that could be mustered up to pamper her. So, to that end, Algos moved herself away from the grip of Santa and went to grab herself whatever T-Shirt the arrancar desired.

"You remind me of someone. I feel these are things she would do for me if she were still around."

Of course, this woman knew nothing of the deceased mother of her children, but it was still something Algos wanted to audibly input for herself to muse over.

The little spit to the side caught her by surprise for a moment. Huh, was she not a fan of the place? She thought for a while, recalling that they were in north america. Did perhaps the Oni have some sort of beef with the place? She'd have to ask Caly or Ari sometime. All the same, she let out an audble 'aww' when Algos slipped from her grasp. Even though she still wound up picking out a T shirt for the woman. 'The Canyon may be Grand but my Ass is Grander'. Santa was smiling from ear to ear, very pleased and beleiving that Algos would love the shirt and maybe even laugh at it!

Though her merry anticipation was interrupted when the woman spoke up, her head canting to the side. "Oh yea? Who do I remind you of?" She asked, promptly sliding a shirt on which read 'I'm a Slut for Geology' on it. Did Oni have families? Surely. MAybe she reminded the woman of her sister or something. All the same, she peeled a disposable camera from the shelf and smiled, promptly sliding in beside the woman and holding it up. FLASH! Holding the camera the wrong way, Santa unwittingly took a picture of the sky before turning and smiling to the woman. "Humans are pretty smelly, but they do make some neat stuff I tell ya what."

Algos slipped on the shirt along with some blackened shorts and was unbothered by any sort of reaction from these mortals. Though, her blood eyes did squint at the text on it and she'd shrug her shoulders. If nothing else, her form wasn't exactly ugly in her mind. So the shirt was right to a degree. Maybe Ulv would have enjoyed it, so she just rolled with it as she turned her head away for a brief moment as her face reddened for another half-second before she quickly dulled it and turned back to normal.

"That's my secret. You'll have to earn that one."

Sounding a bit more chipper and smug, Algos's face rolled over into a slightly demented smirk before her eyebrow rose at the flash of light. Was she trying to take a picture of her? If so, it was a total fail as The Demoness noticed the poor angle it was posed at would result in nothing of value being gained from her attempt.

"Is it really that much of an unearthly wonder to see me wearing such attire? You are a strange little creature..."

There was a pause for a moment before Algos recalled never asking for this woman's name. It was all coming up blank as her head tilted to the side. Did she suffer brain damage or something? The Demoness found it hard to believe they were engaging this deeply and she failed to even capture the other's name unless by chance she was suffering from a demonic dementia and already forgotten.

"...what do I even call you?"

Santa paused, peering a little as she noticed a little headturn. She bet something CUTE was on the other side of that head! She smirked, pleased to see the woman's demeanor shifting. Even if the woman was hiding her blush now, there was no hiding the fact that her demeanor had shifted entirely. To that encapsulating, threatening royalness she'd had going on before, she actually seemed quite placid now! She slipped the camera away into a pocket and paused to slide on some shorts of her own after seeing Algos put some on, though she wound up picking the exact same ones. And Santa being....considerably taller, and possibly just as thick, they fit more like booty shorts than anything. But all Santa was concerned about was matching.

The little murmur from the woman had her chuckling. "Eh? I dunno what you're talking about. You just look super cute in the outfit! All the Oni where youre from are gonna be on their asses when they see your new threads, homie." She grinned, licking her finger before tapping the woman's left cheek, making a Tssst noise as if Algos was literally warm enough to make the saliva evaporate. She was so caught up that she almost missed the question given to her.

She paused, blinking. "Uhhh, you can call me whatever you want honestly! Actually I don't think you said anything like that either. Maybe we can come up with code names! Like ... Agent Sexpun or Double O Donut. Special Officer Pinks!" She smiled from ear to ear, reaching up and fiddling with those pink locks for a moment before she paused, rubbing her chin. What would her own code name be? "I think Sweet Cheeks kinda rolls off the tongue. Maybe Rubella?"

This creature seemed to be in a whole another realm of her own. Algos observed as the likes of Santa decided it would be fitting to be matching for one reason or another. It was rather baffling considering she was a complete stranger at this point and was going through great lengths to do these things. The Demoness just accepted it as souls will do what they want in this world. This existence is one of surreal powers, so why wouldn't the people who hold these power be just as insane?

"I wouldn't doubt it. Lust is a powerful emotion, "homie"."

There was an emphasis on that wording as Algos somewhat teased the woman about her bizarre tone of speaking. She hadn't met many that spoke like that, so it just confused her more than anything else.

Nevertheless, by the time the woman touched her cheek, there was a good deal of heat flowing from her milky smooth skin as it let off a sizzling sound as if to mimic whatever antics the Arrancar was masking around as.

"You seem to be enjoying yourself, but I meant your actual name. You are telling me you were born with the name Agent Sexpun...?"

The Demoness just stood staring with a baffled expression across her face. How the hell did she go from slaying an entire squadron of rebel demons to this fever dream shit?

Santa chuckled just a bit and grinned, pleased to see Algos loosening up further as they went, about to head toward one of the more contemporary stores. Of course the past 300 years had likely done a number on the place, as people still came the place was much larger than the last time Santa had been here, there was even a little mall here! She promptly took Algoss hand, grinning away, eager to see if there was an electronics store before she paused, slowing her roll a bit as she glanced at Algos.

"Oh pfft. Well you didn't ask my name. My name's Santa Estallar. Pleasure to meet you.......your Majesty!" She went with a title name rather than trying to remember if Algos had introduced herself. She hadnt, but Santa didn't trust her own memory as far as she could throw it. And given it was a concept that wasn't very far. Very wind resistant, concepts were.

"I'm kinda surprised. I didn't think Oni would care about names and stuff, I figured you'd just call me 'Commoner' or something. Or 'annoyance' or 'Beth'. Something generic. But you wanting to know my name is cute." She noted, still smiling as she led the other woman into the mall. It was a bit late, the place was practically deserted, hell the sun looked like it would be setting in a little bit. The tourists were all heading to their inns and motels and hotels, leaving them a mostly private experience as the shops stayed open for any night owls, Santa focusing on trying to find ANY electronics store. And BAM there it was!

"AHAH! PERFECT! I knew it'd be here!" She suddenly sped up, pulling algos along before finally they arrived, an electronics store, with a video game demo station right there. "We gotta play! They always turn em off after hours, but heheh, I know how to turn em back on." She glanced at Algos and winked, as if this was some tremendous feat she was capable of. A true wizard of technology this one.

VANDENREICH NPC

James Dolton, named Jimmy by his friends was out at the Canyon on break with his wife and kids hence his status of being near the Grand Canyon. Naturally, he took some time to get the family some air. America was under the dutiful eyes of the Vandenreich to maintain order and all that jazz. With Jefferson City there was still that underlying tension and uncertainty which had him on edge and made him want to get out and relax a little bit.

That's why what he did see shook him with surprise when. She was suppressing it, naturally the whole continent didn't signal her presence but it was still demonic, it was still potent. He almost laughed a little, maybe it was just someone who was shifting to look like her -- what if it was? Why was there an arrancar here after Shadow Fall dissipated? The man wasn't comprehending it.

Obviously he reported it to his supervisor and he was surprised by the haste by how quickly he got a response. This shit was whack, his wife and kids didn't really get the haste at which he said they needed to get the heck out of here. This whole place could go up in smoke if he remembered what happened the last time the princess was on Earth.

Who exactly was even coming? Dolton had no idea, even the Administrator apparently had no idea since it went up to the people even higher? He was still skeptical himself, it might've been a misunderstanding though he did understand the whole deal of airing on the side of caution.

C.E.L. | THE AUREATE TEMPLAR

Less than five minutes after Dolton made his report, a reconnaissance team was sent forward, first to assure that the report was accurate, second to evacuate all non-combatants. As soon as it was determined that the concern was legitimate, James was told to quickly leave the premises. Mobile communications devices were pinged, messages sent out discreetly to alert everyone to vacate as quickly as safely possible.

Some commotion and concern was bound to be voiced out, but the potential danger of the whole nation was still widely known. The messages were taken seriously, and without too many questions, people started to leave the area.

Amongst the reconnaissance force was Charlotte, more of an ambassador, but she personally volunteered to come out. It wasn't too long since she was tasked to work with the Vandenreich, and most of her time with them was initially on being educated about the affairs of Earth, customs, culture, the structure and capabilities of the Vandenreich, and ultimately how to conduct herself appropriately. It was in her nature to be studious with these classes, but she was antsy to be active, as that too was in her nature. Besides, what use was the education if she didn't get to use it?

As soon as the area seemed appropriately cleared, Charlotte took the intiative to take two more members of the reconnaissance team with her. The rest moved to begin laying the groundwork for several largescale spells, in case things turned sour.

Charlotte moved on to approach the area in front of the electronics store, tens of metres way. She didn't raise her voice; the present aether naturally carried her words forward to be clear and audible. She spoke in a strong but inoffensive tone. She learned that it was etiquette to introduce yourself and state your purpose; easy to remember, as it was the same with the Western Sugiurans.

"Princess Algos Asthavon? I am Charlotte Emilia Leonhardt, of the Ourea-Iramasha Clan. I am here on behalf of the Vandenreich, which holds jurisdiction in this nation. You are not welcome here, please leave."

Algos wasn't a fool, she could sense lingering Quincy in the region easily enough. It is why she had a colder gaze toward the like of Santa as she had no desire for her to get caught in the crossfire, but that was the nature of this world. There was little concern for herself as she had enough strength to flatten this entire country if she was pushed to that extent, but those dull memories of Ulv started to ooze into her mind as far as using violence before diplomacy. If she were to be a proper Queen for her people, the needs of herself may need to be shelved to benefit her kingdom.

So, to that end, she took a parting glance at Santa as she could see the goodwill in her heart in trying to help someone as damned as herself; but it would only bring her ruin and this was a path she needed to walk alone.

"I don't mean to cease your good intentions, but we aren't gonna get to play those games. My enemies are coming for me. If you still wish to follow me, we can, but I will take care of the rest."

And as she closed her eyes, the clothes rotted away like dust in the wind as her previous garment of a blackened dress adorned itself around her body as plumes of crimson energy swirled around her body. If nothing else, the force of a daunting star weighed down on the area as it was a warning to not approach her recklessly if nothing else. Since by the time that Iramasha arrived, The Princess of Demons was prepared and still had the burning words of Iota melting away in her mind to control her own impulses.

"It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance, Charlotte. I don't believe these circumstances are ideal for either us, but do note I'm not here to invade or scout, a lone Arrancar just wanted to show me this world."

There was then a glance toward the likes of Santa before turning back to Charlotte.

"I have no concern for my own safety as we are both well aware I can flatten this entire area in the blink of an eye. Furthermore, there is no reason to trust a single word I said as our people have been at war, but that woman there has nothing to do with my affiliation"

And with that, Algos cast her own pride and ego aside, and simply gave a curtsy as a cold breath left her mouth.

"So I beg of you to overlook her transgressions as she is too dim in the head to even comprehend the weight of blood I've spilled in this world."

With that out of the way, Algos locked her blood gaze back to the woman and offered her hand as a sign of diplomacy if nothing else.

"I do not care if people observe me, I do not care if people spy on me; but I do have a message. At some point or another, I do wish to settle affairs for demonkind among the people in control of this region and the globe. You can loathe Shadow Fall and the demons that were ruled under my mothers command, you can even try to kill me if you wish, but I do not think the state affairs can remain as they are."

As her tendrils twitched against the wind, the woman felt the warm breeze of her power swell across the area as a tired sigh escaped her lips.

"Neither of our people are in a rush for another war, as I doubt this realm can sustain another massive casualty-intensive battle as it's rebuilding itself. So if nothing else, I'd like to at least establish some sort of treaty for demons who aren't affiliated with our organization. Is that not a possibility?"
