Name: Kasai Aenean Rain
Age: It is... unknown. He is assumed to be at least 5000, though records within the Database speculate that the Database itself has existed for approximately 10000 years on its own. He claims to only be in his 1000's, and that may be true for this body.
Gender: This form has indeed been classed as "male".
Appearance:

We do not usually understand exactly what the idea of 'appearance' is, when it comes to these humanoid creatures. For instance, our creation known as "Kasai" takes on many forms, as many as we wish for him to take on. This is because he is not a reality, but a creation. However, for the sake of formality, we will image the form that this construct has held onto for the past 1000 years. Hopefully, one will see that he prefers this form, and rarely changes from it.

Personality:

Personality is such a strange idea to us. As we are a collective understanding of nature, we do have some knowledge of it, however we are also completely objective and stationary on most points. Unfortunately, we have had to give "Kasai" a personality of his own, in order for him to assimilate and hide within society. For that, we will detail it here.

Kasai can be... rather hotheaded at times. He thinks after he acts, and that occasionally gets him into trouble. He's loud at times, and he's also rather annoying if you let him be that way. Then again, he really only does that to annoy people who annoy him in the first place - he's not easily annoyed, and he's is unlikely to hate you unless you do something that makes him want to hate you... such as killing a close friend, or taking someone's life who doesn't deserve it... He's not easily irked, but you don't want him to be, either.

He's a bit of a womanizer, too. Not as much as most self-proclaimed "ladies" men, but definitely more than your average guy. He certainly knows what a beautiful woman looks like, but he will never look past their personality. If he doesn't like how they act, he'll probably ignore them. That's just how he is. He cares more about personality than looks... But a hot bod never did anything wrong in his eyes. Especially redheads. Oh, he loves him some redheads.

He has a personal sense of honor... That is interchangeable. If he finds that his sense of honor is going to just slow him down, or it's going to hurt someone more than it's worth, he's going to try and change it to suit. He's changed his sense of honor about... once. Yeah, he's only had to change it once. And that was from "I won't kill, no matter what!" to "If I have to, I will kill." Yeah, that's the sort of honor changes that I mean.

Anyway, his mind is usually set on what his one goal is at the time - a phenomena called "Tunnel Mentality" or "Tunnel Vision". Basically, he can't be distracted or sidetracked when he knows what he wants - something that is both a gift, and a horrible curse. He can sometimes get so worked up over what he's trying to do, that he doesn't stop to think about anything else - and can end up ignoring those close to him.

He also has a huge fear of spiders. Just throwin' that out there. Also, he's a prettyboy. But... He's not afraid to get his hands dirty for the sake of justice and peace. Sounds very cliche, right? Wrong. He would rather do things for money.

Kasai Rain has only existed for 1000 years. Up until then, we were simply known as the 'Database', a collective understanding of the world and everything that existed within its realms. For nine-thousand years, we have stayed in the same place, being offered suggestions of elements and concepts, growing in our understanding of this planet. However, it soon became too much for us. There was less in the world around us to understand, and as time went on (for we have no measure of life), less people started to give us objects to understand. In fact, we were convinced that there was no longer anything on the planet for us to understand. Because of this, we decided to attempt to go out and search, with a more mobile form.

We created a new form to surround, protect and house us. This entity was known as "Kasai Rain", and because the creatures that surrounded us were Iramasha, we gave him the form and power of an Iramasha, as well. As this went on, we began to have Kasai explore the world for more knowledge to add to us. However, an unprecedented occurrence happened. This occurrence, we had not planned for. Kasai took on a mind of his own, and took control of the limits of the Database, working out how to apply us to his own body, and becoming his own person. For a thousand years we have been trapped inside his body, and he has been using us as he wishes. Though, it has not been all too bad. We have gained some interesting samples and concepts that we would not have thought to explore on our own. For that, we have continued to allow him to do this, and we will not stop.

Seishin Buki Name: The 'Database'.

Seishin Buki Appearance: The 'Database' is a completely intangible concept, hidden deep within the recesses of Kasai's mind. With each passing second, he experiences new and old ideas, elements and concepts, and the understanding that he gains of all of these are slowly updated within the realms of the 'Database'. Because of this, he has pure and unbridled knowledge of almost every single idea, element and concept in the known world, and this is due to the influence of the 'Database' on his mind and understanding. Information from this 'Database' can be brought up before his eyes at any time, and the access that he has is at the speed of thought, allowing him to use his powers when he so wishes to. However, the main problem with this is that there is a constant feeling of pain bearing on the back of his mind.

Seishin Buki Abilities: The only true ability that this Seishin Buki holds is the power of being able to let Kasai change his physical appearance at will; this is because the 'Database' is not within Kasai, but Kasai is around the 'Database'.

Creationism Branch: Kasai has the ability to meld and create images of concepts and elements in this world. Taking the memory and understanding of certain concepts and/or elements, he can physically meld them together and create the specific object in his hand. For example, Kasai can meld the concept of 'spear' with the element of 'fire', and create a burning spear which he can then use as if it were a normal one.

Another such combination would involve him combining the concept of 'healing' with some pure element like 'life energy'. Doing that would give his hands a soft glow and allow him to heal most wounds quite rapidly. Because of this, Kasai can be called an exceptionally versatile and malleable warrior, capable of changing his strategy rapidly in the middle of battle.

Due to the 'Database' having some access to the energy of the world itself, Kasai has quite a lot of uses with this, and the fact that he summons matter does give off a few problems. The main problem is, that, although he has created these from nothing, it also means that they must return to nothing. Anything that he is not touching and feeding energy to will dissipate into nothing once more after three posts.

Although Kasai is a versatile warrior using this ability, because he has little knowledge of his opponents, his entire strategy must be based around guessing and understanding the attacks and nature of his target. This means that he can use a lot of failed attacks before actually hitting; Kasai is at his best with someone who can read and understand the opponent and relay that to him.

Although he has a Seishin Buki, Kasai has no actual forms to speak of as an Iramasha, and most likely never will. Instead, his body is completely malleable and interchangeable with thousands of different elements and concepts from the 'Database', giving him the potential for virtually infinite combinations and differentiation. Examples are given below, though this list is not the limit, simply several combinations that he has chosen to put together over his body.

Concepts Used:

'Aerodynamics' - this increases Kasai's movement potential through air.
'Skating' - applied to the feet, this removes a lot of friction with the ground below.
'Projectile' - a momentary-use concept, Kasai can use this to give himself a sudden push forwards.

Ocvata Defense:
Concepts Used:

'Stability' - allows Kasai to stay standing through most hits.

Elements Applied:

Carbon - In the form of diamond, this is spread across his skin, hardening it excessively.
Iron - In the form of steel, this is threaded through his bone structure, making it more difficult to break.

Kuroi Attack:
Concepts Used:

'Push' - Applied to his hands, Kasai can use this to send out a shockwave, staggering those he hits.

(The concepts in these forms are not exhaustive, meaning that these specific ones don't make them complete, and it is possible to use this form with less concepts and elements.)

On terms of strengths and weaknesses, if Kasai is equipped with an element over his body, he gains an immunity against said element, actually absorbing the element's force and strength unto himself as he does so. However, he also gains a weakness against the opposing element. So if he changed to water to fight a fire-based opponent, he would do more damage against them, but also have a weakness to their attacks as well.
