    -Capable of tracking dense Reitsu signatures in the real world, projecting them onto a visual 3-d map and is displayed on the inside lenses of the goggles allowing for the wearer to see the map overlaid on his vision. Not very usable in the Soul Society or anywhere else besides the living world.

Although the idea of tracking reiatsu is not very useful... I guess that gives more the reason to approve this.
