➟ Reason: The reason why Ibiki is joining is because she wants to assist Tsubasa in handling the situation in Golden Coast. So to make it look as if the Gotei 13 is competent in this new age, the Squad 11 Captain wants to join the frey and stop Eric from damaging the barrier that Reimu had put in order along with ensuring that the city as a whole is safe while having the time of her life fighting; being that she is a Division 11 Captain after all. 

It's also worth noting that I've received permission from Blank to enter as she is allowing a small space for Ibiki to phase in and handle Eric while she attempts to hold off Moonie from causing anymore destruction.
