Personality:
Chishio is a calm, at times can be a stoic indivisual. Towards most people is a cold calculating indivisual that never loses focus. He shows very little emotion and doesnt talk often on battle, especially if he thought his opponent was an idiot or weak-minded. His body language also reflects some of his personality. He keeps his hands in his pockets a lot because he prefers not having to get them dirty or wasting time on someone who isnt worth it. However unlike most other hollow and arrancar, Chishio is very civil and diplomatic. Although he is a powerful arrancar, he is very peaceful, leaving fighting unless its absolutely nessacry.

Appearance:

Despite his appearance and build, Chishio is extremely strong and can endure some of the strongest attacks. He stands at 5 feet 11 inches and his skin complexion is a little short of fair. His face has no imperfections and rarely shows any emotion.

Bone Appearance:
Chishio's hollow bone marking is a chestplate hidden by his shirt, covering a small part of the right part of his chest.

Chishio's sealed zanpaktou is rarely seen due to the fact that he hardly uses it to fight. However his blade is nothing more than a standard katana, usually kept in the sheathe.

Release Actions:

To release his sword all Chishio has to do his place his fingers on the blade, say the release phrase and then scratch down the blade. The sword will glow red and a few drops of blood are dropped and from there the resurrection process will begin.

Resereccion Abilities:
When Chishio enters his ressurection, he gains an armor that is five times stronger than his already advanced Hierro. However the armor to him is nothing more than skin. It doesnt hinder his movement at all, nor does it affect his speed. When in this ressurection Chishio's reaitsu consumes the area, making the air thick, making a person feel that several oceans are above them. He gains a blade that has the unique ability to draw blood from anything that possesses blood without scratching it. The armor also leaves blood stains wherever it moves, each step causing large puddles of blood.

Name: Blood Maniplulation
Description: The basis around Chishio's powers. Chishio has the ability to maniplulate blood he's created. Mostly by thought he can mold the blood to become whatever he wants, and by touching it, he is capable of changing its density, temperature etc. He basically has complete control over any blood he summons, not blood within the body. He can easily change the bloods characterisitcs, even making it unique, like making it semi perminable.

Name: Bloody Rain
Description: Chishio forms a red cloud which floats to the sky and expands. The cloud expands to 100 meters and begins raining solidfied blood. The blood rains down like senbon, several piercing anything it touches, besides Chishio due to his advanced Hierro.

Name: Ruby Crystal Blood
Description: Unlike some of Chishio's other attacks, this attack can only be used when a he is physically touching blood of any kind..either created by him or others. This causes the blood to harden greatly making any blood to harden to a ruby like state. Although its a ruby like crystal this substance is as hard as adamant. However once this is done the blood becomes solid and lifeless and can only be used as a weapon or defense. The blood is extremely heavy. Once the blood is touched it will freeze and spread until the entire mass of blood has hardened.

Name: Blood Self Control
Description: This technique allows Chishio to have full control of all the blood in Chishio's body. This technique can come in handy if Chishi is bleeding for then he can stop himself from losing blood. With this technique the user can also breathe in blood like how a fish would breathe in water. The user would breathe regularly but the blood will be filters and then evened out in the body while the oxygen in brought where its needed regularly for breathing. Also because of this control of his blood, he has an extremely powerful and enchanced immune system, making him seem immune to most disease and poisons.

Name: Blood Summoning
Description: Chishio released a massive amount of blood from his stomach, in a throwing up fashion. Because of his Blood Self Control technique, he isnt affected by the lost of blood. This technique summons up a lake of blood for Chishio to use. Another way to use this technique is for Chishio to bite his thumb and slam his palm on the ground. As the turns past, more and more blood will be summoned and consume the field.

Name: Chi Kirikae Shikyo : Blood Exchanged Death
Description: One of Chishio's strongest moves. For this technique to be successful he must find a way to insert much of their blood into their opponents body. This is normally done by having the opponent be exposed to a large amound of his blood for over 8 turns. If this in done then Chishio can link the two bodies, and whatever he does with his body, the opponent must follow. Another way for him to use this technique is for him to consume the blood of his opponent. Once this is done by controlling their body Chishio can control their opponents bodies by manipluating their blood inside them and use any of their blood techniques with their opponents body. This technique can then be used with Blood Explosion to kill the opponent.

Description: This causing any formation of Chishio's blood to explode violently.

PAST

History:
Chishio is an extremely old arrancar that lived back when Barragan was King of Hueco Mundo. Chishio was a natural born arrancar that evolved from a Gillian class Hollow and eventually ripped his own mask off and undergoing shinigamification. Chishio from his rebirth changed a lot personality wise from his hollow self. While he was a hollow he was sadistic and blood thristy. However as he ranked up and evolved into a more humanoid form, both these traits began to disappear. When he began an arrancar he became somewhat of a stoic indivisual and his blood lust disappeared. However that blood lust would be later shown in his abilities.

Although Chishio was soon seen as an extremely powerful arrancar, he didnt take the position as King of Hueco Mundo, he never seemed to be one to care about positions in power. When Aizen took over Hueco Mundo, he tried to recruit Chishio for his army, noticing his immense power. Aizen offered Chishio more power, thinking that like the others, in exchange for the power he would serve. However Chishio denied serving Aizen and since he never saw Aizen's blade and had power that almost matched Aizen, he was able to escape.

Chishio disappeared to the Forest of Menos, becoming constantly stronger and wiping out a significant number of higher level hollows. Chishio's power evolved and once Aizen and his crew had left to complete his own goals, Chishio resurfaced in Hueco Mundo. After Aizen's death, Chishio joined the latest Espada, with his aspect of death being Nihilism. Chishio however has no interest in avenging Aizen. However as one of the stronger arrancar in Hueco Mundo, he was approached by the Espada and asked to join as one of their higher ranks. Knowing his strength and because of his own pride, he denied the offer and then disappeared once more to the Forest of Menos. He remained their for several hundred years, strengthening himself both physically and mentally. He remerged in Hueco Mundo, now one of the strongest arrancar to ever walk. However he refuses to the Espada and now is just a wanderer.

A man with dark blue hair and golden eyes walked into a roor, his captain garments blowing slightly. "Report", he said to a man who was dressed in a black overall. "Captain...Theres a disturbance in the Rukongai districts..It could be an unrising. We're going to go make sure the riots dont spread and to see if anyone is causing these...you know this isnt the 1st time that this has happened recently", he said. Shinko narrowed his eyes and he thought about it. "Yes this would be the 6th time within the past month. Stand down Ill go look into this myself", he said as he walked out the room. "But captain-", the man in black was saying before he heard a swishing sound. When he looked outside Shinko was gone.

Shinko appeared in one of the lower districts of the Rukongai, his hands in his pockets. He looked up at the nighttime sky and sighed, "Shame...its such a beautiful night", he said. He stood on a building and looked around. He noticed an orange glow in the distance and slightly luminated the darkness. He jumped of the building and in an instant and he was gone now on another building. He saw a huge fire and several beaten bodies. A riot was occuring and Shinko looked as another man seemed to be overwatching the events. Shinko stared at him and then looked back down...this riot needed to end but Shinko decided to take care of the "ringleader" first. He turned to the man who noticed him and then began to run. Shinko was well known and this man knew hed be killed for what he did. Shinko disappeared and appeared next to the man. "Are you responsible for what has happened here as well as the other occurances in the past month?", he asked calmly. The man drew his zanpakuto and nodded, "So what if I am...You cant stop me..I have an army". Shinko noticed this man was wearing a unique brand on his kimono, probably one the man created himself for his "army".

Shinko then glanced down and noticed several men who were fighting below had this brand...Shinko now knew who his opponent was and he placed his hand on his zanpakuto. He looked at the enemy ringleader, "Excuse me", he said and his thumb pushed his zanpakuto out of its hilt slightly. Shinko then disappeared and appeared in the middle of the riot quickly slicing through multiple men killing them. In a minute Shinko appeared back on the building staring at the man...his zanpakuto bloody. He flicked his wrist, removing the blood off of his sword before looking at the man. "You can either give up and be placed in the Maggots Nest...Or be slain here with your men", he said. The man didnt speak, "Tsk", was all that Shinko heard before he noticed the man charging at him. The man slashed and suddenly he went right through Shinko. Shinko appeared behind the man..."I'm here..", he said and the man turned around trying to slash Shinko again. Before the man could finish turning around Shinko quickly turned and sliced upwards, cutting the man into two halves. "Shame..You should have chose to go to the Maggots Next...at least you would of have a future", Shinko said as he once again sheathed his sword and headed back to his quarters..

Here are some things that need to be changed

1) "If used on a person's blood, the touched blood will freeze and then it will slowly consume the opponents entire body, killing them." Yeah.....Not here
2) NO VASTO LORDE.
3) Aizen didn't take over Karakura here. To be more specific, Aizen was stopped when he opened the Senkaimon to the Soul Society.
4) No using the Hogkyogu
5) No ruling the Espada, there are no openings for that position

Another thing to add on top of this, creating blood out of thin air, or not being effected by it at all, is impossible in the bleach realm, and in real life. You cannot summon blood from out of thin air, you cannot use blood from other people, the heart can only pump out a certain amount of blood and if your not effected then it's basically god mod.

To Kenshin, no disrespect however there are many things in the bleach world that can be seen as impossible, like Ulquiorra taking out and crushing his eye to show others what he has seen...and then regrow it. I understand that normally I would be effected by such, but I have a technique for my body to be able to replace any blood lost, etc. I also have no techniques making blood from thin air and in my techniques I also say he can maniplue blood hes created.

Like Kenshin said though, you can't manipulate other people's blood.

But does that include those that are from wounds caused by him?

no, because he didnt create it...like legit create the blood, either from his own body or from the technique. The only technique that he can use to maniplue others is if he either consumes their blood, or gets enough of his own blood to secrete into the opponents body for the Name: Chi Kirikae Shikyo : Blood Exchanged Death technique. Other than that the blood has to come from him..not blood hes drawn from others.
