Russia is now considered a type one society on the Kardashev scale. The country is heavily fortified by destructive force fields powered through the technology of anti-matter power plants, nuclear fission and fusion plants and nuclear powered plants. All of their borders and major cities have these shields in place and they only become visible when placed under attack. Often times these are capable of even vaporizing Espada level attacks and can endure a heavy amount of bombardment. .

With that said, through all of their resources, they have enough sufficient energy in order to otherwise support a boasting population of five hundred million people. Many Russian citizens can live relatively comfortable lives and crime for the most part is low, but still very existent in this future. There are numerous types of artificially created islands that are cast off towards the outlands and shores of Russia to further house their people and mine resources. Additionally, they also have the entire air-space leading up into thermosphere protected so that they may further expand into space colonies and floating isle cities for increased expansion. .

All of this has been achieved through them even turning the lands themselves into resources they extract energy from. A massive batch of the regions of the planet that Russia's terrority inhabits has harnessed natural energy in some way or another. There are huge chunks of the earth, oceans and atmosphere that were altered into a series of vast power grids for the country using wind energy, solar energy from the sun, hydroelectric and geothermal technologies. These were then supplemented by fusion and antimatter power plants, along with wholly new forms of energy production that were unknown to scientists in previous centuries with the help of the supernatural factor that was ever present since the beginning of the 21st century. .

Thus, Russia's physical foundation has become completely transformed as a result of these advancements. Public and private teleporters are readily available for civilian use to travel to different sections of the planet and country, mammoth sized buildings and cities extend for miles into the sky and most of their cities are wholly efficient. Being that their research into nano-machines has allowed them to reconstruct and build destroyed portions of Russia. Virtual reality based worlds are also quite common place in some districts; making these specialized cities barren in favor of an alternative inner world..

The Russians have such a control over their territories that they have also mastered their climate and are able to induce different weather to occur at regulated intervals. This makes weather predictions almost 99% accurate as they can adjust it at their whim. This is usually regulated through their government. Which, is compromised of an even number of humans, shinigami and other supernatural beings. As, what stands out about Russia's political structure is that they make sure each race has a representative. For, unlike most other countries, Russia seems to be pro-coexistence and their union was done out of the countries own benefit and self-interest without any force required.

Hence, with this collision of supernatural and sci-fi merged into one, Russia is now an peculiar mixture of highly advanced civilization, modern-level civilization (think current day Earth) and tribal-like societies living under one nation. .

Updates: At the peak of one of the highest mountains in the Iramashsa Settlement's tropical paradise lies an odd sight -- an igloo. Despite it being a relatively warm climate, there seems to be a magically induced snow peak here that keeps the temperatures cool and winter-like. That is because the Angel of The Ice calls this place her home and is where many of her frigid familiars, creatures and soldiers lurk about.

Board: Summit Of Heroes [Formerly House of Cirno]

Updates: The Summit of Heroes is a vast village which is located at the peak of the Iramasha's Earth Settlement. Covered in snow, this compound seems quite out of place compared to the island's other greener pasture, but it is where the calling for heroes seems to have awakened out of. As of March 2416, there are roughly about fifteen thousand heroes who call this place home. It started out as a small call for help, but it seems to be a place that is on the rise in terms of breeding new champions of justice for the world.

There are many sorts of small houses, building and structures which resemble that of a mystic temple of some kind. A lot of it looks like a jumbled white mess, but there are other areas of the Summit of Heroes which seemed to be artificially modified to resemble spring, fall and summer climates for those who can't stand the cold. As, from an aerial view, the west resembles winter, the east is summer, the north is spring and the south is fall. All so everyone can feel nice and comfy depending on the climate they like.

This is also the base where The Guild of Heroes assemble and where many of the Iramasha Clan's finest seem to report to when it comes to dealing with orders form Cirno Iramasha and her allies. Additionally, at the tallest peak is where Cirno Iramasha herself is said to reside and live in quite the massive igloo. Many have ventured to this peak to unlock their potential and seek their heroic spirit. Do you dare find yours to?

Board: Mount Anael

Updates: Mount Anael was named after Saiko Mori's human given name. It stands for love and was founded based around her affection and devotion to Ash Iramasha.

Mount Anael is a three thousand meter tall mountain. Most of it's land and skies are ashen and plum, while the skies above were painted in a mixture of violet and grey hues in this primarily rocky region. That is, until one ventured further up this mountain. As upon the peak of this crest stood grassy out lands, rows of trees and numerous lakes and rivers.

Located in the center most region of this landscape is a vast and grey compound which stands upon a hill and overlooks a lush scenery of the Sirsa out lands. This manor's exterior was made of cedar colored stone; as the mansion took roots from medieval design. A simple look above would unveil many sorts of pointed ends accompanied the brick rooftops to give further give it that antique feel. More importantly, towards the entrance of the compound were two vast wooden doors big enough to fit a whole platoon of soldiers in.

Imagine an Earth that has not been ravaged by war, battle or any territories claimed. That is what Planet Nabla looks like now that it has been reconstructed by Mana Asthavon following the revival of The Black World. It's as blue, fresh and tender as can be. These people always currently have technology on par with the likes of the 25th century in the PH Verse. So they have hover craft, sky cities, cybernetics and things of the like. The population is also somewhat smaller, but more contained and "peaceful" in the sense that the state of violence on the planet is similar to 21st century Earth.

It is also worth mentioning that, as of now, there is is no real set governmental society. Going back many thousands of years, the different territories of Nabla have also been dealt with on a nation by nation bases, city by city bases and local to local bases. As such, a lot of the Black World throughout Earth's Inverse is heavily scattered and divided. Granted, unlike the PH verse, the battles for control are often done on a local level rather than a national or faction based level. This is because other supernatural races also help to keep the balance on the planet, though there seem to be more humans in the Inverse World that control the planet.

Note: North America and South America are considered on mammoth nation called "Averion Continent". While Europe and Asia are referred to as: "The Nazrin Lands". Africa is referred to as "The Tasman Union" and Australia is "The Emirate Islands".

Realm Of Spirits [Inverse Soul Society]



The Realm Of Spirits is one that is not quite like the Soul Society. This is because it is ran by many small governments, factions and agencies that help work alongside demons, Arrancar, Iramasha, hollow and other races to maintain the balance of order, disorder, life and death throughout the Inverse Realm. So: one can infer they have no Soul King or Gotei to dictate how the entire realm functions. Additionally, the Realm Of Spirits resembles a modernized Earth in some portions of it because they are a more evolved society of people. And this is because they have to accommodate a dense population of spirits; there are roughly tens of billions that call this place home.

The World Of Black Spirits [Inverse Hueco Mundo]



The World Of Black Spirit's is considered to be the Inverse of Hueco Mundo. They are a growing technological power that has started to blossom since it's recreation. This is a world that is covered in snow, ice and all things winter; but there seems to be more cities that are beginning to spiral and pop up throughout it's frigid lands. In fact, some are even beginning to become climate control as The Arrancar, Rose Mischevang, is spreading her technology throughout this dimension. And they've made greater leaps and strides in helping Shinigami, Demons, Iramasha and other races maintain the balance because of it.

The Avant Realm [Inverse Demon World]


The Avant Realm is the home of Demon's in the Black World's universe. It resembles Demon World heavily, but there is no set rule at the moment. The only movement there seems to be is the "Avant Demon's". These seem to be a new race of demon's spawned by The Queen Of Demon's following the recreation of The Black World. While there are still traditional demon's, danava and Hell Demon's in this universe; the Avant Demon are on the race and not many know much of them at this point in time. Excluding that, many of this world have taken to Mana being a goddess because of the fact she had the ability to rebuild and reconstruct this realm.

Chasm's Domain is a realm compromised of chaotic and mad energy. It is a realm that has existed many thousands of years and was created by the Greek Goddess known as Eris in Danava Form. This realm acts like a stabilizer that helps manages the flow of disorder in the world and counteracts an opposite realm of order to help keep the balance among all dimensions. It is able to absorb chaos, destruction, instability and madness found within the PH verse and seeks to fuel chaos for all of eternity. It can appear in different realms at the will of those who have the Mark Of Eris. This realm also has many sub-dimensions within it by those who have that mark and there seems be entire pocket dimensions that have elements of subtle or overt madness within them.
