This battle will take place on an icy land. There are many mountains that go miles into the sky and the air is rather cold. However, what is more unique is that the air space around them seems to extend and spiral on into the cosmos. Many sorts of comets, stars, planets and other spacial debris can be seen and may hit into the battle arena. So, with that said, the opponents can begin whenever ready!

The fetters of sleep would begin to fall off of the blue-haired woman's resting form, her breathing destabilizing and her body shifting around. She was sleeping on something... soft. A bed? Maybe a cloud? Her hand reached out and felt around, grasping a handful of a fine powdery stuff. Sand or... Snow. It was a refreshingly cool substance that melted under the warmth of her palm, leaving behind little droplets of water as it sifted out through her fingers. ''Mmmnn~?'' she mumbled through barely closed lips, opening her eyes part way to the scenery around her. Her limbs stretched out across the bank of snow she was found atop of, her back arching. Her vision was blurry when first waking up, but she could at least tell she was outside and that it was dark as night. Last thing she remembered she was in a snowy place as well, before taking a nap; she wondered if she'd even moved. Had they forgotten to move her to the next round?

''Ohhhhhhh weeeeeeell~'' she garbled out in a yawn, before curling up in the heavenly bed of snow again and closing her eyes. Unconsciousness accepted her once more into the land of dreams. Naomi figured the situation in real life would take care of itself, and was more than happy for an excuse to sleep longer. Her breath visibly condensed as it escaped her lips, coming in even intervals indicative of sleep. The cold did not seem to bother her despite her summery apparel, and that the frost was in direct contact with her bare arms. In a matter of moments she was so far gone from the living world that she began to talk in her sleep: ''Mn... I wanna be buried in kitties... Zzzz... Asure-kun~... Bring me the kitties... Zzzz...''

With naught a sound did the pink haired girl appear on to the snow filled field of battle, her form coming to be as if forming from some for of mist. The cat like ears atop her head twitched beneath the hood of her sweater, a thin tail like that of a felin swishes softly behind her with anticipation of the coming battle. The small girl looked around, her lithe form barely over four feet in height making no sound despite the shifting of fabric. Pulling her small hands from the pockets of her jeans she reached up to remove her hood from atop her head. In doing so, the golden wristband and ring she was wearing on her left arm, each inset with three glowing green gems, would be revealed to those who would see her. Lowering her arms, she let them fall loosely to her side as she looked upon the woman in front of her. Seriously, what was with her breasts? How could she fight with those... those things in the way? Still, she seemed to be asleep for some reason, was she really going to give Rachel that much of an advantage? A low growl echoed from the throat of the feline like female, electricity arcing around her body before with a loud BOOM it shot off, a lightning bolt heading from Rachel's body towards that of her sleeping opponent.

Even while the bolt traveled, changes could be seen around Rachel herself. Her right hand stuck out to the side, her voice echoing ominously as she poured her energy in to her next act, the words she spoke in a language that had never existed upon this planet, the language of the ancient giants who she was descended from.

"I call upon the weapon of damned, the bane of the living. Come forth, Soul Stealer."

Dark, pitch black energies arced around the small female before surging down her arm and forming in to some form of scythe. The shaft seemed to be some form of green tinted transparent crystal surrounding pitch black bones of some sort. Etched along the length were runes of some form, though the likelihood that her opponent could read the ancient letterings was near impossible. At the end of the shaft, a multitude of skulls seemed to sprout out of it, the eye sockets of several glowing with bluish energy. Extending away from the shaft was a blade of metal, though what sort of metal was uncertain. It appeared pitch black in appearance, the edges blurred with darkness as if the blade itself was devouring the light near it. If any demon were to lay their senses upon this weapon, they would be able to sense the faint traces of death energy that emanated from the weapon, a pale imitation of the sheer power of the original weapon.

Sweat dripping down the brow of Rachel Inverse Dare, her energy flaring around her violently as she drew the scythe back with both her hands. She knew she could not keep this weapon around for very long, she could feel the sheer might reality itself was pushing to expel such a dark thing from itself. Panting heavily from exerting the sheer will to keep such a weapon in existence, one which could rend souls from the bodies of the living and seal them away within itself, even a pale imitation such as this would be at the edge of her power. No, she could not seal away the soul of another with her weapon, but instead it would steal large chunks of their spiritual source, reducing their energy reserves by half with a simple touch, and with the sheer struggle it was to keep such a weapon in existence, there was only one chance she'd get to debilitate her opponent.

Electricity surging beneath her feet, Rachel seemed to disappear in a sizzling crackle of electricitrical energy, a streak of yellow energy following her as she appeared in front of her opponent and swung the scythe downward towards her opponent as quickly as she could. All she needed was the barest touch of the blackened blade. Once her attack was finished, she'd back off, panting heavily as finally the sheer wrongness of the weapon overcamev her will to keep it within existence, and with a loud echoing SNAP it vanished, disappearing in to thin and and leaving behind a burst of kinetic energy. Toppling over from the burst of force, Rachel would quickly attempt to get to her feet, watching her opponent now to see their reaction, knowing that she had made a mistake attempting to bring forth a dream copy of that weapon.

In Naomi's lovely dream, she found herself halfway submerged in a sea of kittens, a backyard pool as her container. She, a very successful billionaire, stood up straight as she demanded for her butler Azure to fill the pool with kittens. Where the kittens were coming from and why she was doing something so strange as this were details Naomi did not bother to elaborate on; what mattered was that she be buried in kittens, and enjoy the cuteness and softness of the massive litter while she was swamped with it. In reality, her body rolled back and forth in the snow, etching out a small dip in the bank. Some of the snow stuck to her hair and body, covering it with a white film. She looked to be enjoying herself, if her happy expression and pleased mewling was of any indication to go off of. No feeling of violence or hostility could reach her. The battle for the Platinum Heart was but a distant thought now, the joy of her dreams taking precedence. Naomi was only acting in her character as a whimsical woman, often in her own little world.

But her tendencies often got her into trouble, as her pace always seemed to fall behind the tempo of the world around her. Especially in this tournament her lethargy allowed her opponents to take easy advantages from her, as no defenses were put up while she was fast asleep. In the first two rounds, this did not matter, but her third round opponent sought to change that. Naomi was oblivious to the appearance of her opponent, Rachel Dare, and had no idea that the match between them had begun. She simply continued to enjoy her kitten-based dreams as a surge of lightning flew at her. The prickly light struck her bare arm and then crackles all around her body, stinging her with an array of tingling sensations. The attack was enough to jostle her awake, as she suddenly twitched and let out an annoyed whine when the assault registered in her mind. It wasn't quite past the threshold of pain for her, nor did it leave any burns on her body, but she was tickled by it.

''Stooooooop~'' she would cry as she began to sit up, placing her hands on thr ground behind her to hold her up. Just as she was opening her eyes and allowing her vision to adjust itself to the darkness, she noticed some blurry light rushing straight at her. ''Wha-'' was all that could escape her lips before the blur was straight in front of her, and an object rapped off of her forehead. The feeling that followed was so unpleasant, that Naomi's face would crinkle up in agony, suddenly gasping as the breath was knocked out of her. It wasn't pain that she felt, per se, but something so debilitating that it was worse in a way. Her body reacted like a child's in pain, her knees pulling up to her chest and her hands clasping at her head where it hurt most. Naomi was rarely bothered by taking hits, and it hadn't mattered in her previous two fights, but this one... this one mattered. The weapon that was used against her was capable of cutting one's energy reserves in half, and it had done literally that; the sheer amount that Naomi felt leave her body was utterly crushing. She couldn't stop herself from what came next:

''AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!''

An ear-splitting roar, sounding the bells of doom. Naomi had completely lost it already, the excruciating feeling of loss too foreign and too powerful for her to handle. She had SNAPPED. Her voice produced waves of sound amplified by Chi, not intentionally, but by sheer animal instinct. The sound would hit Rachel like a truck literally, the wall of sound easily capable of smashing a little girl off into the distance as it also stabbed at her ears like an endless stream of flashbangs. The ground beneath Naomi began to break up into pieces and rise, just as Naomi herself propelled herself up with the kinetic energy produced by her voice. It was several moments moments of the ground quaking the area around her being deafened before Naomi finally stopped. With the quiet, all of the stones and all of the ice and snow went crashing back down onto the ground, and she landed on top of it. Her eyes were fully open, giving off a piercing green glow as she stared dead on at Rachel. She could not see the girl's form at all, the lines blurring and the colors drained through her vision, but it did not matter to her in the least.

Naomi propelled herself forward with a twitch of her foot, using mostly strength to accelerate herself as opposed to speed. The displacement occurred at such a shocking rate that all of the uprooted terrain was carried along behind her, carried by the forces of wind created by her movement. The short distance that was created between the two combatants would be covered in the blink of an- No, not even a blink of the eye. Naomi's fist would plow through the blurry face of the girl before that could be done. The force packed behind the attack was unquestionably enough to turn the flesh and bone of one's head into fine gore; Naomi wouldn't even feel the resistance and would pass right on by. After that first strike, whether it hit or miss, she'd do a full one-hundred and eighty degree turn as she stomped her foot into the ground to come skidding to a halt. Rachel would be placed between the menacing blue-haired woman and the oncoming armada of boulders and shards several times her size. Naomi intended to tackle into Rachel's back and mash her in between the two visceral forces. There would be an explosion of debris as they clashed, and Naomi rammed straight through multiple layers of hard earth without stoppage, screaming the whole way. She would arrive out of the other side standing straight up, her hair in a state of disarray and her entire.body covered in both dirt and frost.

And she hoped Rachel's blood as well.

Oh shit.

That was the only thought to pass through Rachel's mind as the sound literally slammed in to her just moments after her weapon had popped out of existence. Unbalanced already by the small explosion of the weapon being ripped from reality, she could do nothing but let her body be thrown back by the sheer force of the chi laced sound, her ears only hearing what sounded like explosions much worse then simply flash bangs. Her ears were those of felines, far more sensitive then those of humans, and after only a few moments she felt a small pop in her ears and she heard no more. Blood dripping from her ears as she flattened them against her head, tail tucked between her legs, not even the disorientation she felt at the moment could cause her to take her eyes off the opponent in front of her.

Finally stumbling to the ground on all fours as the sound stopped, She quickly raised her left arm, her thumbe touching barely against the underside of the ring which sat upon her middle finger. She needed time to recover her mental strength from bringing that weapon in to existence, and this damned woman wasn't possibly going to give that to her. Watching closely, as soon as the woman started her dash, Rachel swiftly brought her thumbe across the rings underside, wincing slightly as the spike upon the underside drew blood from her finger. However, that was what she wanted, as one of the three gems set in to the bracelet she wore turned from a glowing green to a glowing light blue, and with it Rachel seemed to change. Only just before Naomi's fist plowed in to her face, her form became translucent, partially see through as surprise rent itself across Rachel's face. Then the fist of Naomi passed through Rachel, not causing any injuries or damage, no gore or blood. No, the fist would pass through her with no resistance, as if Rachel was not even there. The bracelet and ring that she wore to this fight were not simply decorations, they were items made from Rachel's energy, items that allowed her to become intangible for a small amount of time, unable to be touched by anything that existed.

With the woman passed her, Rachel simply watched the oncoming armada of boulders. Not really caring all that much, with the force behind them they would all pass through her long before the defense she had engaged wore off. If the woman attempted to tackle her in to the boulders, she'd soon realize that Rachel just could not be touched at this moment, as Naomi would simply pass through Rachel instead of tackling. Though, as the final piece of the earth storm was finally beyond her, the being of dreams tensed her legs and energy. As soon as the gem dulled from a glowing blue to a dull red and her body returned to its normal, tangible form she moved. Electricity gathering upon her feet, she shot in to the air faster then the human eye could track, riding the lightning bolt like a skateboard at speeds equivalent to the shinigami shunpo or other high speed techniques.

Stopping high in the air, ready to move again if necessary, energy gathered in her hand to form a gun like shape, which she pointed down towards her opponent. Pulling down upon the trigger, a bolt of superheated plasma left the chamber of the weapon, streaking down towards the one she had to fight. Rachel's breathing came in heavy pants as in her other hand appeared a small syringe filled with a blue liquid. Lifting the object, she plunged the needle in to her shoulder before pumping the liquid in to her body, sighing as the wound on her thumb healed over and she could once again hear from her ears. Now that she was healed perhaps she would be able to fight competently in this match. Still, she would have to rely on her electrical powers and items she had already brought in to existence for a while as she had already severely overtaxed her capabilities with dream energy. Hefting her pistol like weapon, Rachel's feet crackled again as she shifted away from her previous position with the same technique as before, landing upon the ground a good ways beyond where she had been before. Her ears twitched , listening intently for any sound of their opponent as Rachel raised the weapon in her right hand. Her tail still tucked between her legs, Rachel kept a sharp lookout for the woman as her breath finally started to even out. This was truly not the best position for her to be in.

Naomi could not tell the difference between the girl's intangibility and her actual head, as both bone and flesh were just as insubstantial as air before her strength. She was thinking straight enough to recognize if her attack hit its mark or not, but this wasn't the first time she'd faced opponents whom still stood after she punched them with all her might; there were many tricky foes out there, so Naomi knew to just keep breaking and smashing until there was nothing left. She went right back into the fray with her follow-up attack, passing through her visage again with a tackle. The rocks were not so ethereal, however, and there would be an explosion of stony debris when she tanked straight through them. It was a lot of noise and destruction, but Naomi couldn't feel the dampness of blood. She was confused, but confusion didn't cause her to halt for a moment while she was in this state. She roared violently once more, producing shockwaves that impacted everything in the area heavily, with the force to shatter stone. All around the arena, the landscape broke into pieces and violently exploded, sending sharp shards in all directions. There wouldn't be a patch of solid footing to be found after Naomi's outcry.

When the sound reached her prey and echoed off of her, Naomi's well-trained ears picked up her location, outline, and orientation near-perfectly, as though she were looking at a colorless three-dimensional image. As soon as she gained that information, she was in action, ducking down and plowing her fist into the desecrated ground. Her fingers dug themselves in to one of the dislodged boulders, to channel her Chi into it. As she did, it would begin to harden, compacting with the other nearby stone and snow to make one solid object. When the amalgamation was several tines larger than her own body, the size of a large truck, she tossed it straight up into the air at the pink-haired girl. Her motion was wild and reckless, causing her ample chest to jostle slightly within her tank top.

In mid-flight, the massive boulder would be blasted right out of the air, exploding like a firework when Rachel's plasma intercepted it. Even with Naomi's chi greatly enhancing its durability and power, it wouldn't be able to withstand the destructive power of plasma. Unfortunately for Rachel though, there was so much force behind the gargantuan projectile that not even its destruction would save her from it. The shattered pieces of stone were still heading her way in the form of a shower rather than one whole. And now they were molten hot from the plasma. There would be no time to be messing with syringes in Rachel's case; if she tried, the fragile container would be shattered by a wayward stone in the shower, spilling the liquid all over. Alternatively, trying to dodge while utilizing the tool may prove dangerous, and do more damage than good.

None of this was in Naomi's plan, nor could she really be said to have any idea of what she was doing besides being constantly on the attack. What happened, happened, and it was nothing ill to her. Before even waiting for her previous attack to finish, she crouched again, low to the ground. She had no ability to fly whatsoever, so Naomi had to take on enemies who could by jumping. She put explosive force into her legs as they extended, sending her like a mortar shot into the air, higher than even Rachel was, so that she had to look up into the starry sky in order to catch sight of her. In her descent, Naomi compressed her body into a straight arrow, nose pointed downward. She angled herself to ram directly into her prey, adjusting her aerodynamics when necessary. She herself would be the projectile; a tactical nuke. She intended to crash directly into her and bring her down to Earth in an exciting fashion. One, that would bury them both several dozen meters below the surface. The ground would completely rupture and be thrown away from the epicenters of the impact, like waves of the ocean. snow and dust would cascade all throughout the air, creating a storm of particles that blocked anyone from seeing more than a few feet in front of them.

This arena was a mess.

Alright, since it has been more than a week, I'm going to go ahead and say that you need another week to post before Dex ultimately wins this match-up. I'll try to communicate with you on skype and extend things for as long as I can, but we also gotta make sure this moves.
