Artist: Hardwell - Song: Spaceman - Word Count: 899

No matter one's opinion on most things, it could be fairly universally agreed upon that the Moon was a wondrous thing. The giant, mysterious and glowing slice of space closest and most accessible to the planet Earth.. hanging in the night sky.. a reminder of how small one is compared to the rest of the universe.. Whether or not humanity had ever actually landed on the moon was a matter of debate widely discussed for centuries, but no one could deny its splendor or magnificence especially when compared to how dull life on Earth can feel at times.

Right now, however, none of that mattered because the Moon was.. kind of exploding.

The warning had gone off just as soon as the attack had begun. The response had been quick and it had been universal. All of the Vanguard's contacts had feasibly gotten an alert once the emergency state had been set.. but a good amount of the alerts that were sent out in a general sense.. toward certain groups or certain leaders...

There were a couple of alerts, though, that in a state of emergency, were sent to specific people who needed to know.. and as soon as possible. One such person was the Vanguard leader's daughter.. someone who, until recently, had never led anyone.. Someone who had only ever sparred and battled and had never had to fight for real stakes.. Someone who, experience-wise, might have been a tad unprepared for this mission; Chiyoki Iramasha.

The young Hybrid Iramasha was a lot more sure of herself than perhaps she should've been. She was an expert, hell, even a master at what she does... on paper. Training, sparring, simulations, tests, missions.. they all showed her to be exceptional.. but nothing could truly replicate what a real war felt like.. and because of this, Chiyoki was walking into a world she knew nothing about.. one on fire.. one enveloped by chaos..

Which, of course, was what Azure would refer to as a "teaching moment."

The very moment that the signal crystal in Chiyoki's office had begun to pulse, she was up and out of her chair. The newly appointed head of the Hybrid Iramasha was nervous.. she could feel her heart racing.. but she had to keep herself calm. She knew what she was doing. She knew what her mission was. She could do this.

Chiyoki took a deep breath as she began focusing her chaos energy focusing on the sector she had been assigned in the Vanguard's moon base, seeing the front door in her head as she let out a breath, channeling her chaos energy into and around herself, feeling the image in her head pulling to her as she did so.. before opening her eyes and seeing that she had successfully made it, much to her own disbelief at the prospect, to the surface of the Moon.

Immediately, Chiyoki stood from where she had warped in, just in front of the door to this sector, and looked around for enemy presence. Good, she thought to herself, there didn't seem to be anyone else here... She backed herself closer to the door, pressing her spine up against it as she raised her right arm, holding her hand up with her palm facing forward. Chiyoki closed her eyes for a moment as she began to focus energy into her palm.. a mixture of reiatsu and the still as-of-yet unexplained magics she calls to her use crawled up her arm before firing outward in a fantastic display of light that created a seven-layered, flower-like shield in front of said door.

Said shield was the mythical Rho Ais (or as good a version as a student of magicka trained exclusively by Demons and Iramasha could generate) and was meant to create another obstacle to any enemies hoping to enter through this way.. as the shield would need a considerable amount of destructive force to shatter. The "petals" spun and danced, showing the shield's stability. Chiyoki smiled, a tad proud of herself with the quality of the magical shield.

The young girl moved away from where her back had been pressed to the door, walking a short distance away and crouching down, depending on her "Worthlessness" Origin's guarding of her spiritual signature to keep from giving away her position in case anyone had, in fact, come to try their luck...

Artist: BRS: AOST - Song: Track 4; Distorted Town - Word Count: 1061

While an assault was being carried out upon the Vanguards Moon base things in Hell were becoming.. Lively. For the most part things seemed normal, until focusing in upon one of the many layers, primarily the thirty-fifth. Soon after Neoveta's assault against the Vanguard base began things within the 35th layer of Hell suddenly picked up. Souls panicked, many becoming stricken with immense fear. The reason behind this? Gwen, Hell Beast of Bid'Daum, was making her way throughout the numerous floors created within her partners domain. The purpose of her journey? With how conflicts continued popping up in the various realms the crimson eyed female felt now would be the perfect time for her other half to once again leave his domain. After-all the Pale Skinned Demon had kept himself secluded, hidden away at the topmost floor within his layer, allowing only Gwen to bother him. Thus after nearly fifteen minutes of walking, for she wasn't in any true hurry, Gwen had finally arrived at the plain oaken door-way that lead to Bid'Daum's own dwelling.

"I'm coming in." The Hell Beast would simply state whilst pushing the door open before allowing it to swing shut behind her. Stepping further into the room Gwen's gaze would land upon a massive bed, easily the size of two or three king sized beds shoved together, upon which Bid'Daum lay in the center in a peaceful sleep. Smiling softly to herself the pale skinned female would continue to gaze softly at her partner before her voice broke the silence with commanding authority. "Wake up Bid'Daum. It's high time you become active again. Plus the realms seem to have gotten interesting."

"And what, may I ask, has captured your interest Gwen?" A tired, agitated voice would quietly speak out from Bid'Daum's position. Evidently the male hadn't been in all that deep of a slumber, that or he was just highly attentive even in his sleep. With a light smack of skin upon skin Bid'Daum slowly swept his long white hair out of his face before pushing himself into a sitting position. Slowly eyes would open to reveal a dull silver in which Gwen's reflection could easily be made out. With a piercing gaze falling upon his Hell Beast the pale Rakshasa awaited her answer.

"Well there has been some interesting activity lately, one of the Royals, Neoveta, has become quite active. Currently she's begun an assault upon one of the Vanguards bases, the one on the moon if I recall correctly." Meeting Bid'Daum's eyes Gwen's answer flowed forth smoothly, simply, and with a calm tone. Upon mention of an ongoing assault, led by a Royal of all demons, the Hell Beast easily spotted the spark of interest that shone in those silver eyes of her male counterpart. With that she knew he would soon be on his way, leaving the confines of his domain for the first time in years. In the meantime she would be more than happy to continue maintaining order within their domain. If anything the she was glad Bid'Daum was finally getting out of here once again, she just wished that for once he could bring her with him.. Alas it wouldn't happen quite yet.

True to her attentive analysis of her partner Bid'Daum did find himself interested in what could be going through the Royal's mind. While it mattered not why she felt the need to erase the existence of some insects the Rakshasa couldn't help but wonder what spurred on such action. Thus with his mind made up Bid'Daum's form rose swiftly from his bed, a single leap carrying him off its surface onto the floor around it. With a simple wave Bid'Daum's form became illuminated in a dark red light before scrambling much like a disrupted tv channel, before his form would collapse upon itself upwards from his feet and downwards from his head. The last thing that would be heard before his form vanished entirely would be a simple, "The Moon.. I wonder what it's like.."

By utilizing Astitva Kī Baṛhata Bid'Daum planned to arrive at the moon through several jumps. First from the demon realm to the human world, then from there to somewhere in orbit, then finally to the moon. While sounding like such a journey would take some time, due to the way Astitva Kī Baṛhata worked Bid'Daum would arrive at the moon in mere milliseconds. Far above the surface the Pale Skinned Demon's form would blink into existence in a similar manner to how he had left his layer, except in reverse. Rather than collapsing inward the demons form seemed to expand forth from a single point until his entirety appeared in static and a red glow before both ceased. Gazing around him Bid'Daum was met with four things. First the blackness of the expanse that is space. Seeing it for the first time was definitely something, but the Rakshasa felt no need to dwell on the thought. Second would be the sounds of combat, explosions, screams, buildings toppling, and so on. Third would be the dull white, crater covered, surface of the moon. And finally the Vanguard Base that was under attack.

Deciding to drop straight down into whichever sector of the base was below him Bid'Daum remained still as he descended. Within moments an impact would resound throughout Sector L as an object, Bid'Daum, crashed through the ceiling before impacting the ground below and causing a large cloud of dust to billow outwards from his position. As suddenly as it arose the dust was swept away by a strong air current as the Rakshasa merely swung his large blade through the space before him. Once the dust cloud was cleared from his vision Bid'Daum swept his gaze over the area, taking into stock that the exits seemed to be sealed while no-one remained in the area. "No Insects here to feast upon.. too bad.." The pale male would start speaking to himself while beginning to step towards one of the exits. "Guess I'll just destroy this place and move on.. I'm sure I'll find someone with a tasty soul soon."

As his final words left his lips Bid's tongue slid over them as he attempted to imagine what the souls he could eat here might taste like. Sadly for now he could only imagine, so destruction would have to take precedence over eating.. for the moment.

"Why is the Vanguard on the moon? Better yet, why are we on the moon? Why do you always jump whenever Kamui asks for anything?"

"This is an important alliance is why Kamui said...and you were complaining about being bored...and because I was bored...so the answer is boredom. Isn't that why we do anything?"

"No it is not, half the time we do anything is because you do something stupid. Well, more than half. You're kind of an idiot."

"I'm not an idiot...humans are just confusing and their language is even more so. I don't know how father survived so long with this species or how Kamui fits in so seamlessly with them. It doesn't make any sense to me."

"Because you're an idiot."

Izayoi didn't respond to his remarkably rude companion and unwilling life partner any further after that. He found most conversations were simply finished whenever Erebus just started calling him names, in this case it was "idiot" which wasn't horribly far from the truth when dealing with humans. The Sugiuran people didn't quite use languages like the humans do. They had written language, that wasn't the issue, but a lot of how they communicated was more...honest. They didn't have eight different words that meant the same thing short of minute contextual situations where they meant a slightly different thing. They usually had one word for each different context. Things were more honest, more direct...simpler even if they required a bit more memorization. Keeping track of every human word however was difficult and confusing. They had a mission to accomplish however and musing over his personal failings wouldn't get it finished any quicker.

"Alright Erebus! Initiate operation Exploring Eagle, Searching Sky!"

"We do not need an operation for hovering around in space while we look for the sector we're supposed to be parked at. Also, we're in space, there isn't a sky, your operation name somehow makes even less sense than usual."

"Well, I can't let you make the operation names anymore. All of yours are some weird allusion to darkness, you're kind of boring. Kamui liked your one that was a youth prism though."

"Youth Prism? The f...you mean Euphemism?"

"Yeah, that's what Kamui called it. I was really proud too, when I asked him about it he said I made him support Youth in Asia, I was really happy that I was such a positive influence on him!"

Erebus decided to let that one go. They were getting close to where they were actually supposed to be. This was where Kamui had wanted them, but the Dark God had no idea why. Kamui rarely did something on a whim, there was usually a point to every decision he made and if Sagumi was not involved, Kamui's decisions usually involved putting Izayoi in a spot where he could inadvertently cause some chaos simply by merit of the destructive qualities of his abilities. This might be the very first case where Kamui just wanted to use his brother's combat prowess to defend this thing...he doubted it, but it wasn't outside the realm of possibility. Then they finished encroaching upon their destination and Erebus saw it, saw why Kamui had shifted them to be there. There was at least one target present and Kamui did not exactly bother telling them who he wanted to protect the area from. However, something about the situation had caught Erebus's eye. Not the visible target himself, he didn't understand the humanoid concept of attractiveness and he was pretty certain that humanity's interest in extra-terrestrials was exclusively because they assumed they'd be of the courting variety, but instead he was interested in what was covering of the door the was unceremoniously ignored by crashing through the ceiling, what a decidedly not Sugiuran had created. He just wasn't the first one to comment about it.

"That's a Shitenoou Nanatsu no Enkan isn't it?"

So he did notice. It wasn't perfect however, far from it. The girl's Rho Aias didn't look quite right, but it did, very much so, look like the Ancient Sugiuran magic that he was familiar with. Her version however looked like a person trying to build a car with the only instructions being a vague spoken description of what a car was. He didn't doubt the execution would be similar, but it still looked sloppy. Normally, he'd assume that it was a fledgling Sugiuran magus trying something beyond her current ability...but that wasn't the case here. There should not have been another Sugiura here short of Izayoi and Kamui...and Izayoi could not perform Rho Aias and Kamui wouldn't have been here...nor would he was time with it, this meant that its creator was not one of his people and as much as he loathed Izayoi, he was once one of their gods. He would be able to recognize a Sugiura, this was not one. That made the creator both intriguing and dangerous...and probably the reason Kamui sent Izayoi here. He was hoping he'd attack and kill him...and he might have tried too, if another one hadn't shown up in the sector. Erebus did not know if this man was the creator of it or not...but from looking at him Erebus doubted it. He didn't seem the type to commit too much to arcane practices and even if he was, the creature was very much a demon. Something as elegant as a Rho Aias would escape their notice...they were somewhat brutish creatures, and Erebus said that fully knowing what he was currently riding in.

"We should play it as safe as possible, Matul Ispiritu to start here, make sure we have a defense if something goes wrong."

"Alright! Operation Swooping Snake, Stinging Strike!"

"Snakes don't swoop..."

It had already begun however as Izayoi's head craned slightly back and a sight that was quite difficult to see in the dark of space began. The "physical" body of Erebus that had been stretched out around them would shift and, as if being sucked in by a very wide range vacuum cleaner, tendrils of the darkest of darkness would be sucked in to Izayoi's gullet and quickly perforate through out his body. The process, despite the spectacle that couldn't really be seen, only took a fraction of a second. The boy had engaged his Matul Ispiritu and broke the beast Erebus down unto Eidos itself and the change in him was already prevalent. He seemed on edge, a persistent hair trigger away from raining down upon his enemies...and he was. He would swoop like a...snake...apparently, down toward the building below him, angling himself nose first toward the male demon standing in the middle of the city. He didn't sense any other life, most of them had evacuated already, that was good, he wouldn't need to suck at holding back.

Izayoi seemed to kick off of the Eidos beneath his feet and without so much as a moment to breathe, Izayoi shot down toward the demon as if he was fired out of the most ridiculous of space cannons, hurtling down toward the sector at a speed that would give even masters pause. Of course, his actual mobility when moving like this was more than a little suspect but that was hardly relevant. Izayoi broke through the roof, face first and seemingly without pause, as he hurtled toward Bid'Daum as psions readily gathered around him, preparing the boy's body to be used as an organic orbital bombardment, aimed right for the Demon's head. Izayoi's eyes didn't suit the situation he was in however, they seemed aware, zeroed in, prepared for how his opponent would react and, most importantly, excited to ram his face through Bid'daum's body.

Whoever first said "patience is a virtue" was obviously never tasked to stand guard on the surface of the moon where it was not only freezing, but also barren. Oh, and that's not all. The supposed "quiet" of space? Not here. Not now. Just the sounds of explosions, combat, and death from all over the Vanguard base. It took everything that Chiyoki had not to spring up and leave her post to go check on the others who had come here... or, more urgently, to make sure her dad was still okay...

The young Iramasha swore at herself internally as she forced herself to retain her absolute stillness, knowing that she had a job to do and she couldn't afford to leave the sector she was supposed to be defending to the hands of some nefarious being just because she was worried.. She was a leader now.. she had a standard to uphold.. shoes to fill.. she had to defend this sector.. no matter the cost..

So yes, she waited. She had to. What other option was there? But it wasn't for nearly as long as she thought she would have to. Things happened in a very rapid succession. First, Chiyoki sensed a foul sort of energy that seemed to come from above her, forcing herself to back into the corner even moreso. Just as she pressed her back to the wall, the ceiling broke open as a figure dropped like an anchor directly into the center of the room.

Chiyoki's eyes trailed to her Rho Aias still holding, noting that if it was compromised in any way that she would need to get to the entrance to cover it.. and quick.. Once that thought was complete, though, her eyes trailed back to the being in front of her who, gratefully, had landed not facing toward her. Chiyoki measured her breathing, watching as the being swept the dust cloud away with a swing of what was a needlessly large sword and probably compensation for something if her mom's advice was anything to go on.

Chiyoki shuddered as the being spoke. There was something about this one that unsettled her greatly. She couldn't put her finger on it but something about his energy made her skin crawl. She blinked rapidly as the realization hit her as to exactly why. She should've recognized it immediately, and she wanted to slap herself for the fact that she didn't, but this being.. his energy felt familiar because he was giving off the same tainted sort of energy as her mother...

This man, or whatever, was almost definitely a Rakshasa.. though of which origin, be it death or sin, she did not know quite yet.. although the comment about feasting wasn't exactly subtle, and her immediate assumption was a gluttanous sort of creature, she couldn't say anything for sure yet. One thing she was certain of, however, is that he was out of his goddamn mind if he thought she was gonna let him tear this place apart.

Stepping out of the corner, Chiyoki cleared her throat to announce herself, hoping that her lack of outward "presence" would be shocking enough to confuse him into not attacking right away, since a moment ago it wouldn't have seemed like anyone was in this room at all..

As soon as she had finished with her attention-grabbing vocalization, she spoke, asserting herself with a confidence in her voice that surprised even her. "No, actually, you will not be destroying this base." Chiyoki stated plainly, "Go back to Neoveta and tell her that this sector will not be hers. It is protected."

Despite the current pounding of her heart, Chiyoki would have to say that went very well, although she was already strategizing about what to do if he were to suddenly decide to use that bloody huge sword. It seemed, however, that fate had a funny way of throwing plans and strategies out the window with naught a rhyme or reason.. and never had there been a more glaring example of this than what happened next..

The energy had been far enough away that Chiyoki at first past dismissed it as someone fighting in another sector.. but as it grew closer, Chiyoki's senses went on red alert. Her attention was diverted from the rakshasa almost immediately by a second crash, this time by a boy with energy around him so volatile it was like a bomb in flight.. and said boy was aimed directly for the demon's head. Chiyoki didn't know what the effect of this attack was, but judging by the volume of spiritual output alone, it didn't look like just a physical ability, but one that could cause a serious amount of collateral.

She stood her ground as whether or not the attack would actually connect, Chiyoki would quickly flash backwards with a gust of wind as her form would flicker out of sight for a moment before reappearing about 50 yards off to the west side of the two, facing them as the result of the blonde one's assault showed, if nothing else, that he didn't like this guy either.

Chiyoki cupped her hands around her mouth, shouting loudly toward the two. "Hey! You! Blonde kid! I don't know who you are, but if you're at all interested in defending this Sector, he's definitely the one you wanna beat the shit out of!" And with that, Chiyoki decided it was time to stop fucking around and get to work. Chiyoki began to dash forward at blinding speeds, her form flashing in and out of sight as she rapidly closed the distance between herself and wherever it was Bid'daum had ended up after Izayoi's initial bombardment.

The Hybrid leader straightened her arms downward, her eyes flashing a crimson red for a moment as the red crystal hanging around her neck began to pulse like a heartbeat as Chiyoki quickly brought her Seishin Buki to the table, figuring it would be better to start off strong with an opponent such as this one.. Plus, with Izayoi's grand entrance creating such a spectacle, there really wasn't any more tension in the air as far as throwing the gauntlet down was concerned any more.

Chiyoki stretched her palms outward, energy swirling and coursing outward from them before taking physical shape in the form of the young girl's favorite weapons throughout all of her years of practice.. the twin swords of yin and yang, Kanshou and Bakuya.

Chiyoki gripped the scimitar-like blades of black and white tightly in her hands as she closed the last of the distance, naught but a second having passed since she first left her initial location. As she brought herself to bear before Bid'daum, her steps technique would carry her directly in front of his own person as she would land on the balls of her feet, beginning to spin herself like a top as she held her blades out at arms' length, the whirlwind of slashing aimed directly at Bid'daum's midsection.

In the event that Chiyoki was not interrupted during this action and either landed a hit or missed entirely, the girl would then flash out of sight once more, flashing back into view almost instantly on the other side of the demon from where she was previously, and about seven yards back from him.

From here, she would plant her foot in the ground before hurling the black sword in her right hand directly at the monster. If this thrown weapon hits Bid'daum, Chiyoki would then allow the sword to "fade" back into the Bridge from which she commanded it, before then allowing the blade to materialize once more in her hand, and waiting for the next move of either the demon, or the newcomer.

If this projectile blade would miss, flying past Bid'daum, it would then begin to spin in reverse, traveling back toward Bid'daum once more from the opposite direction as it saught to return to Chiyoki's hand. If it hits him on this pass back toward her, the same event in which it would re-materialize back in Chiyoki's possession would occur.

If, instead of the aforementioned events, the blade were to be knocked off of its course, it would simply sail harmlessly back to Chiyoki where she would catch it. In any event, Chiyoki would then take a ready stance with her left foot forward and her blades readied, waiting to see what effect, if any, her initial onslaught would have on her opponent.

Hunger. Aside from destruction it was all the male Rakshasa could think about at the moment. It had been quite some time since he had eaten something, anything, that hadn't come from his own domain. And being outside of his home, his world, was becoming quite taxing upon the demons appetite. With a groan from his stomach the pale demon decided he couldn't wait to eat and was quick to roughly stomp upon the ground beneath his foot. The reaction was instant. The ground beneath was shattered like glass falling upon concrete, an empty hand swiftly picking a large piece of debris out of the air before bringing it to the demons mouth. With a sigh Bid'Daum would bite into the chunk of concrete, chewing it as easily as a chewing a piece of gum.

Sighing once again while continuing to eat the piece of concrete Bid'Daum could only question Gwen's interest in this event. So far coming to the moon seemed to be a waste of his time and energy as there, as far as he could tell, was no one within the area he had arrived, and thus nothing truly delicious to eat present. Although momentarily the young male would be proven wrong.

In-between crunches Bid'Daum suddenly could hear the fall of footsteps within the same area he was in. Now that was quite odd. He was sure no one else was here. He hadn't seen nor felt anyone else within the area, so why was he now hearing footsteps. Hearing the clearing of a throat brought the pale demon back to reality, his mind no longer questioning how he had missed the presence of whomever was able to sneak up on him.

Turning on the spot with Zar'roc held ready at his side the Pale Skin Demon's silvery eyes fell upon Chiyoki. "How was an insect such as yourself able to hide your presence so completely?" The question came out of genuine curiosity. Despite feeling the need to have Zar'roc feast upon the girls flesh Bid'Daum felt he needed to know how she had succeeded in doing such a thing. Taking in the girls appearance the Rakshasa could easily tell that like himself the being before him was older, and more powerful than she appeared. Stepping towards the girl the hell demon would pause in his steps as she spoke for the first time since appearing. As she declared that she wouldn't let him destroy the base the hell demon could only nod in understanding. If his layer of Hell, his domain, were assaulted you could bet your ass that Bid'Daum would stand in defense of it. But it was what the girl said next that really got him.

"Go back to Neoveta and tell her that this sector will not be hers. It is protected."

Sector L [Operation Moon Massacre] 14391310

It would start slowly, the laughter, before erupting into a completely uncontrolled frenzy of laughter. It was just so damn amusing. The notion that he would have come at that particular Princesses beck and call. So amusing was the thought that in his laughter the Rakshasa almost allowed the grip upon Zar'roc to lessen while he bent over in laughter, his other hand raised to his gut in amusement. Slowly the hysterical laughing would come to a halt before Bid'Daum would straighten himself, his gaze locking upon the Iramasha Hybrid before him. Silver eyes would harden as the hell demon became serious once again.

"That my dear was quite an amusing comment. You really think that I would lower myself to coming when she demands?" With a scoff Bid'Daum was already considering cutting the insect before him in two just for even thinking that he would so such a thing. Unfortunately luck was against Bid'Daum today as yet another energy signature was making itself known before crashing through the roof without pause. Normally Bid'Daum's immediate reaction would have been to spin around, his blade sailing on a path to cut through the intruders gut. But after Chiyoki seemingly appearing from nowhere the Hell Demon wasn't willing to take such a risk. The Hybrid Iramasha already proving someone with power could easily conceal said power.

Thus Bid'Daum would do the one other thing he had time to do. Immediately the demonic seals on his legs would begin glowing with a brilliant white light as an intense energy was released from them. Tapping into Shadow Movement before delving further and tapping into Shadow Burst in order to effectively double his speed and reaction time. As soon as the light of the seals would come to life Bid'Daum would push off the ground with enough strength to create a small crater where he had stood. No sooner than a moment would pass before Izayoi's form would bombard the position Bid'Daum had previously stood, debris kicking up in an explosion that would have likely caused quite a bit of damage in addition to being impacted by Izayoi's form.

Landing with a bit of a slide Bid'Daum would come to a halt just in time to catch Chiyoki's form flashing towards himself, creating a black and white pair of blades in her hands while doing so. With a grin Bid'Daum gladly brought his blade forward to meet the Iramasha's approach, speaking out as Zar'roc seemed to hum with excitement. "A test of blades then?" The hell demon would question Chiyoki as her steps brought her directly before him before she'd begin spinning like a top, her blades poised to cut into his gut.

With a practiced ease Zar'roc was brought before his form to meet with the spinning blades of Chiyoki. With a whisper of "Ka Upabhog" The massive blade would be bathed in a brilliant white aura of demonic energy. If one looked close enough they could see that the aura was also imbued with millions of tiny gnashing, gnawing mouths. In this state Zar'roc would be able to not only defend Chiyoki's spinning top of an assault, but also devouring whatever materials contacted it. Because of this Chiyoki would notice that with each spin, each clash of her blades against Zar'roc, her own weapons were essentially being ground down each time and that if she continued long enough they'd soon be destroyed by the massive blade.

As the spinning strikes began to slow Chiyoki's form flashed out of sight, Bid'Daum bringing his blade to his side in response. Feeling her appear again on the other side of himself the pale demon would spin to face her only to spot her having already thrown one of her blades. With a sigh Zar'roc would be brought up to meet the air-born blade where the white aura around Bid'Daum's blade would once again feast upon the material that made up Chiyoki's thrown blade. Groaning as the girls blade seemed to fade from existence Bid'Daum's voice would cross the gap between the two, "Parlor tricks won't win you this fight little insect." Allowing Ka Upabhog to fade from Zar'roc the blade would then be illuminated in another glow of demonic energy. With a swing of the massive blade the white demonic energy surrounding it would be released, its crescent shape carving a trench on its path to Chiyoki. A second swing would follow the first, this time launching another arch of demonic energy in Izayoki's direction.

"I haven't forgotten about you." Bid'Daum would state simply before his own form would vanish in a burst of speed, aided by Shadow Burst. Appearing before Chiyoki he would mutter a simple, "My turn." At the same moment Zar'roc would blur into motion as the blade began to bombard the female Iramasha under a flurry of one hundred strikes. Having stolen the technique from a Shinigami Bid'Daum was somewhat interested how it would fair against someone else versed in weapon usage. Thus his first real test of Senmaioroshi would be here and now. Upon finishing the technique Bid'Daum would leap back creating distance between himself, Chiyoki, and Izayoi.

"Two insects against myself. Show me why Gwen was interested in this petty conflict. Make my hunger worth it!" The last words would erupt from Bid'Daum with ferocity akin to a lions roar. Now that he had someone to fight he just needed them to make it worth his while. To make it worth the agonizing hunger that was already gnawing at the doors of his psyche. The Rakshasa would merely stand there after his statement, his grip upon Zar'roc making his knuckles white as he waited for whatever would occur next.

[ooc: Wasn't sure of how much damage Izayoi's entrance would create, so I didn't really focus on that. If there are any issues with how I went about his entrance PM me.]

The crater that the Rakshasa left in his wake was about to get much bigger. Naught but a few moments after he had sped away from the area had the golden tressed child dive bombed the ground like the most irate of pigeons. The resulting impact caused the whole area to quake and shiver as a giant cloud of especially moony dust particles kicked up around him and the radius of that crater tripled in size. Izayoi got up somewhat slowly, taking a chance to orient himself with the time thankfully afforded to him by having a second combatant to contend with Bid'daum. It was lucky that Kamui had gone in to Matul before that fateful dive. Before impact, the tendrils of darkness had extended before him, cushioning the damage done to Izayoi himself but not doing much to change the damage done to the city surface. After orienting himself, he zeroed in on their bladed engagement in an attempt to sharpen his mind, going head first in to the ground would rattle anyone.

"Focus up, Girl Good, Guy Bad. Use that training."

Sugiurans were trained, at least the militant ones, from a young age to know how to fight as a unit. Izayoi was no exception. Of course, Chiyoki would have no idea how to utilize their tactics, but Izayoi knew enough how to set up a partner for success and Chiyoki was, it would seem, still a warrior. Hopefully she would be able to react properly to what he was going to do. It'd be a learning experience, to be sure. He would not be allowed to stay idle for very long however it would seem. Bid'daum had directed his attention to him for a brief moment and it was all it needed to force Izayoi in to action. Izayoi's eyes narrowed as he muttered under his breath, directing his guardian beast.

"Keep me on target."

Izayoi kicked off. It would seem like a normal flash step at first, like he was preparing for the same high speed movement that everyone was accustomed to. However, it definitely did not stay like that. Izayoi would shoot off like a rocket, the same explosive energy that had crashed in to the ground moments ago were fired off again as Izayoi shot toward the incoming pulse of energy at a speed greater than someone of his energy levels should be able to go with a mere movement technique, explosive being the only befitting term. As he moved, Izayoi had cocked back his fist and as he was about to collide with the incoming pulse of energy, the fist shot forward...effectively "punching" the energy wave and the wave itself would seem to dissipate from that punch. On the outside, that's all that could be seen, the small boy seemingly punching away energy. The impact with Izayoi's fist however wouldn't just destroy the energy as it seemed to, it instead converted it in to a far less dangerous form of energy, heat, that rapidly cooled in the air itself and dissipated harmlessly behind the young Sugiuran.

His job was not done though. He had specifically shot forward at an angle to intercept any aggressive move toward Chiyoki, but it was hard to keep yourself aimed properly when you need to throw a punch mid projectile. Thankfully, Izayoi had Erebus on his side. As the fist came out, shadowy protrusions shot out of his back and formed little make shift wings. Keeping a stream of kinetic energy running through them, Erebus used the force of air against the wings to counter balance Izaoi's shifting body as her hurtled toward them...and Erebus wasn't done. Izayoi's body had been forced right between Bid'daum and Chiyoki as he moved to initiate his excessively large amount of sword strikes and as he did, those shadowy tendrils shot out from other parts of Izayoi's body. The sword rained down on the mass of light obstructing goodness and each were repelled by an equal amount of kinetic force, parrying the first few strikes of the man's technique. Izayoi wouldn't be able to block all of them, he was still in rather rapid motion and there was no way he'd deliver all of them in time for Izayoi to finish passing through, but he had hoped to buy Chiyoki enough time to either withdraw from the technique or, better yet, put herself in position to counter attack.

Izayoi's movement continued before more tendrils shot from his body and jettisoned themselves in to the ground, catching him on the ground and slowing his momentum enough for him to right himself before turning his attention back to his opponent. He wasn't the brightest person, but he was able to identify that he was the weakest link in this fight. It was his job to provide Chiyoki support and for the foreseeable future, that was most likely as a shield. It was a good tactic for the time being until Bid'daum forced him to change it and he intended to stick with it until he did so.

"It's probably a better tactic if you're not the one getting hit..."

When the demon looked at her directly, Chiyoki felt a chill run down her spine. The overall vibe that this one gave off was.. overwhelming, to say the least. It was vile. And those silvery eyes held no trace of empathy anywhere within. Such a creature could not in any way be considered to listen to reason.. She still did not believe her being here was a mistake. She was not afraid. She was standing her ground here for a reason. There were people inside that base that were depending on her to not let this demon through. There were lives at stake here, and that was why Chiyoki was not going to fail.

When he addressed her, his voice made her just as uneasy as everything else about him, but his question had caused a wave of pride to wash over her. The fact that her Nothingness origin was working exactly as she had hoped was fantastic news. Although, at this point of the battle, there wasn't much more it could do for her. Regardless of his having questioned her, she remained silent on the matter, simply standing firm on the point of him needing to leave.. which he seemed to expect as he nodded as if to say 'Yeah I know I'm not supposed to be here but that's kinda what we do'. This reaction only served to piss Chiyoki off as, if anything, it felt as if he was underestimating her. His having called her an insect didn't help that matter any, either.

The reaction elicited from the beast upon Chiyoki's mention of Neoveta served to prove immediately not only that the mysterious girl wasn't as much of an authority figure as Chiyoki had initially thought, but also that this being very obviously wished in no way to be affiliated with said being. This was information that could certainly be useful in the future, especially if all of the Rakshasa felt the same way.. in which case, that might be a path one could go down if one were trying to amass a force large enough to demand an audience with the entirety of Shadow Fall's leadership.. Which, in fact, was exactly what Chiyoki was trying to do.

The hybrid had to think that possibility over later, however. Right now, there was a battle to be won, and it was apparent from the moment that Izayoi had opened up the metaphorical can of whoop-ass that this opponent was not going to go down easily. The speed with which he moved away from the assault was impressive, but it was nothing that Chiyoki hadn't seen. That wasn't the thing that the Hybrid leader was most concerned with. No. Chiyoki's biggest concern was with the fact that this creature had the ability to, apparently, devour her blades. Chiyoki tried not to let her surprise show on her fact as her initial assault was greeted with her twin swords being minced and gulped down by whatever ability was held within that white light. This was bad. Was it only blades that he could devour? Or anything formed from spiritual particles?

In her attempt to flank him, Bid'Daum's reaction speed once again surprised the girl. She watched closely, trying to gather more detail on how this technique worked as he brought that energy forth once more to consume the blade she had thrown. While the particles had been able to fade back into the Bridge before the blade had been entirely devoured, the speed at which the blades broke down material could be troublesome. Chiyoki had to very carefully consider what her next move was going to be.

Despite her ready stance, her eyes widened when Bid'Daum sent a massive blast of energy in her direction, before deciding to switch targets without warning, sending a similar crescent-shaped blast of energy in Izayoi's direction. Without even pausing to think, Chiyoki quickly flashed to the side to attempt to avoid the oncoming blast. Her origin of Stillness would slow the energy as it moved past her side, not that she was currently paying attention seeing as how her mind was more focused on making sure her comrade didn't get hurt. If one were to watch the blast however, they would see it slow down dramatically upon entering a twelve-foot radius from Chiyoki. This “trick” didn't last long though as once Chiyoki's flash of movement had carried her out of range of this radius, the attack resumed its previously full speed once more as it careened off into some distant part of the moon's surface.

Feeling herself swell with concern for her impromptu teammate, Chiyoki slid her feet against the ground facing Izayoi's direction, readying herself to try and intercept the blast before it could reach him. However, Bid'Daum was not going to give her that chance to move, apparently, his form appearing before her, speaking, and revealing his blade. Chiyoki focused herself as she moved her blades to block his assault.. but before his blade could meet hers, a wave of kinetic energy and force in the form of Izayoi blazed a trail between them. Whatever technique he used, it was enough to not only give Chiyoki some space, but also buy her a few seconds while he passed through. He may have been moving incredibly quickly, but coming up with strategies on the fly was Chiyoki's specialty.

Using Izayoi's defense and the possible confusion Bid'Daum might have felt from that as the cover to try and hide her change in strategy, Chiyoki would flash backward about twenty feet, not too far, just out of the range of the strikes as they were bearing down in an attempt to make sure she wasn't going to get hit the second that Izayoi's momentum had carried his body out of the way. With blinding speed, Chiyoki raised her arm out, her blades dissolving into thin air as her hands lifted, her right palm facing outward toward her opponent and her left palm locking against her right elbow. The first thing she needed to try.. was to see just how much energy this being was able to absorb.. if there was a limit, and she could find it, then she could definitely use that information to have a better chance at winning this battle.

Chiyoki took a deep breath as her eyes glowed, a deep and translucent purple flashing within them as a series of five identical sigils would appear in the air in front of her hand, side by side with the one on the far right of Chiyoki raised slightly higher than the one on its left, followed by another raised sigil, and so on in that pattern. This action would be completed just as Izayoi would have cleared the other side of Bid'Daum. With a deadly seriousness behind her gaze as her eyes staring directly at the demon once they had line of sight again served as the targeting parameters for this ability. The spinning red sigils would glow for only a moment before firing an unholy amount of energy all focused directly on the demon's current position.

Each of the five airborne symbols would immediately fire six beams of highly-concentrated spiritual energy in the form of constructs of light. Each of these blasts by themselves carries the destructive capacity of a Hadō in the 60s range with the amount of energy Chiyoki was funneling into it, and a total of thirty of these blasts would rain down on Bid'Daum in an instant. If he attempted to absorb all of this energy, it would be the true test for Chiyoki as far as seeing just how much this creature was capable of devouring, and if he would be able to devour the beams fast enough. Otherwise, Chiyoki expected to either do some damage, or cause him to dodge. However, she hadn't finished quite yet.. and if that amount of energy wasn't enough to surpass his limit.. then there were still options she had to test just how high that limit was..

Flashing out of sight without so much as a sound, Chiyoki would appear before Bid'Daum the moment her attack was complete, stopping herself just outside of the range she believed to be the maximum of his blade. Her eyes would flash orange as her cheeks would puff suddenly, her body arching before she extended her head forward and pursed her lips as if she were trying to blow a straw wrapper at the demon. Instead, however, a torrent of flames spewed forth from her mouth in a vortex of searing energy in front of her for about seventy feet, with the cone being thirty feet at its widest point. The firestorm was rotating at roughly seventy miles per hour at its fastest point and cooked the very surface of the ground around them at a blistering seven-hundred-thousand degrees celcius. Even if Bid'Daum had managed to react to this and dodge, block, or otherwise counter directly after having been bombarded with the aforementioned Rain of Light, Chiyoki was still not quite done.

The Hybrid Leader slid back along the ground, utilizing the speed and acrobatic ability she harnessed in place of raw physical strength to twist herself around once she did so. During said rotation, Chiyoki flexed the fingers of her right hand as she called forth one of her signature blades from the Bridge deep within her Seishin Buki. Unlike the twin blades she had summoned before, this one was not visible aside from a wind current that coursed around it, able to be sensed as a weapon without giving specific details.. a technique known as Invisible Air. Said wind hid the true length, type, and purpose of the weapon that Chiyoki wielded. In truth, the weapon she held was a typical Western sword with a length of ninety centimeters and a width of twelve centimeters. This weapon was one of Chiyoki's most dangerous methods of combat, and she had to be very cautious using it, but such a foe on such a dangerous mission of destruction called for extreme measures..

Dashing forward to once again close the distance, Chiyoki would tap into another vein of her magical ability to bring her Reinforcement magic to the surface. As part of this gift, Chiyoki could feel the materials and makeup of each individual section of the blade she held.. she could see the way it worked, the core of its strength.. its power.. the speed of its swing.. It was in this zone where she would then thread her magicka into said blade, reinforcing the structural integrity of the blade to strengthen its durability as well as optimizing the bonds that held the weapon together.. this magic infused into the weapon the woman wielded was in the hope that it might defend against the consumption effect that this demon's magic had. With that preperation complete, Chiyoki would begin a precise combination of strikes utilizing all of her generations of training with her blades to try and make this as effective an assault as was possible.

Chiyoki started in low, aiming for a straight, stabbing strike directly for the demon's midsection. Immediately afterward, Chiyoki would pull the blade back either from where Bid'Daum had dodged or blocked, or from the wound she had made, depending on whether or not Bid'Daum had taken the hit. Once she had pulled the blade back again, Chiyoki would swing the unseen weapon upward with considerable force for her stature, funneling a small amount of her Reinforcement magic into her own arm to give this strike the strength to create a considerable wound in Bid'Daum's midsection if he didn't block or dodge the strike. After this action, Chiyoki would funnel this same Reinforcement magic into her legs and out of her arm to gain a small boost to her strength as she would kick off of the ground, attempting to gain some distance from Bid'Daum by launching herself in a high, arcing backflip from where she had been standing in front of him, carrying her backwards about fifteen feet. The second her feet touched solid earth, she flashed out of sight, carrying herself backwards another fifteen feet where she would take a ready stance, holding her blade's handle with both hands with the hilt positioned by her cheek, the blade held horizontal to the ground.

Chiyoki stopped to measure her breathing. She had a plan, but she needed to be very careful about how she executed it. She couldn't use another Rain of Light for a while, she didn't want to reveal her hand just yet on the off chance that she had been wrong about his energy absorption capability, and she didn't wanna keep burning through energy if it wasn't going to do anything. So, for now, the best strategy was to wait and see what Bid'Daum would do, and go from there. For an opponent such as this, it was easiest to find weaknesses when fighting.

Ignoring the taunts of the demon for now, as she had heard enough bitching from demons when her mom was around to know how to tune it out, Chiyoki instead turned to Izayoi, calling to him briefly to make sure he was alright.

”Hey, kid! Do all of your moves involve turning you into a torpedo or are you just partial to those??”

Upon feeling the ground beneath his feet quake and tremble Bid'Daum had known that Izayoi had impacted at the position he had previously been. Unfortunately the Rakshasa would have little time to give the child any further attention as Chiyoki closed the distance to begin their battle. It wouldn't be until making the decision to send to waves of demonic energy tearing forth from his blade towards his two foes that Bid'Daum's attention would return to Izayoi, albeit only for a moment. In said moment the Pale Skin Demon witnessed the child launched himself towards the blast of demonic energy in the same manner that he had entered the sector. The pale Rakshasa's first thought was of how stupid the child was to rush into such a blast head on, but that thought would have been put on hold the moment Izayoi reached the crescent wave of energy, if Bid'Daum had time to keep his attention on the child. The kid simply punched the wave and following immediately after the wave of demonic energy seemed to simply dissipate into thin air.

Meanwhile Bid'Daum's attention had returned to Chiyoki and how she dealt with the demonic wave sent her way. And as expected the girl didn't disappoint. Bid'Daum was able to witness his attack not only miss its target due to her flashing away from her position, but said attack also slow drastically as it neared the girl before she moved. "Hmph. Another trick." The pale Rakshasa would mutter in response to Chiyoki's maneuver before moving to engage her once again. Closing in quickly the white hair of Bid'Daum swept through the air behind his form as his blade already flew into motion intent on dicing Chiyoki into pieces with Senmaioroshi. Alas it wasn't to be so as Izayoi darted into the fray once again in the first moments of Bid' pulling off the technique. As the first few strikes of Senmaioroshi were deflected with equal force Bid'Daum decided enough was enough and seeing that he had time to land one final blow upon Izayoi, would put as much force as he could muster in that instant into that last strike.

Therefore because of this decision Izayoi would either suffer a horrendous wound from Bid's blade, given any defensive measure he may have didn't hold up, or the boy's momentum would carry him fast enough to for the blow to miss. At which point Bid'Daum's massive blade would impact the ground, cutting cleanly into it before said male would bring it to a halt and draw it back to his level. If the strike missed Izayoi and this occurred the ground would then split from where the blade entered it, a perfect cut forming in the ground for roughly ten meters before dissipating, speaking for the strength put behind the strike in that one moment. Growling in frustration at Izayoi coming to Chiyoki's blade Bid'Daum briefly considered using it and making the playing field even, at least in his opinion. At least then he would be able to unseal them. Sadly Bid'Daum wouldn't have much time to consider his options as once Izayoi's form moved beyond him Bid'Daum would gaze upon Chiyoki whom was standing in some odd stance he hadn't seen before. In the brief instant Bid'Daum would have before the girls assault was launched said pale demon would notice several things, the first being the purple translucent color that seemed to pulse in the girls eyes, second would be the strange symbols appearing in-front of her hand, and finally would be the sheer amount of energy that was being concentrated.

But once again the pale demon wouldn't have much time to consider anything. This would be due to one simple reason. In the instant he had noticed everything Chiyoki's assault had already begun. With an immense amount of energy powering them thirty beams of light were sent raining down upon the gluttonous demon. Seeing this assault coming his way Bid'Daum's first reaction was to laugh. This wasn't a mocking laughter, nor a crazed laughter, no.. For the first time in.. As long as he could remember, Bid'Daum was laughing out of pure enjoyment of his situation. This assault upon his flawless form, the power behind it, he was sure this was the reason Gwen had been interested in this petty conflict that Neoveta started. Then as suddenly as the laughter began it would cease, in its place something that sounded like a massive rush of air, or a extremely large vacuum would roar to life over all other sound.

As his laughter ceased Bid'Daum did the only thing he could outside of using Zar'roc's ability again. He began to eat.. No.. Devour would be the right word when speaking of the pace the Rakshasa of Gluttony began inhaling the blasts his Iramasha foe sent his way. As the vacuum effect grew more powerful chunks of the ground before Bid'Daum would be torn free only to be devoured alone with the energy as it too was inhaled by the voracious demon. This would continue for but a few brief seconds before the suction would cease and the air current would return to normal. Bid'Daum, as a result of consuming such an amount of energy, appeared almost bloated, with puffed out cheeks. Normally at this point Bid'Daum would simply store the devoured energy but this time he had consume such a high amount too fast, something that the white haired demon wasn't used too.

Due to this Bid'Daum knew he now only had one option, put the blasts he just ate to immediate use. But in doing so the Rakshasa felt the need to make the expulsion of this energy something unique, something he could do again with lesser amounts. And so as Chiyoki flashed out of sight before reappearing out of what should be his blades maximum range, Bid'Daum decided on his course of action. And not a moment too soon as his female opponent had also decided on her own. The two stood before one another, cheeks puffed out, eyes flashing orange in Chiyoki's case, before both leaning forward and launching their respective technique. From his foe a torrent of flame came spiraling forth from the girls mouth, the searing flames rushing in Bid'Daum's direction. From Bid'Daum came an animal-like roar, easily powerful enough to not only shatter glass, but the very ground beneath his feet. But that wasn't what was special about this particular roar. What was special in this ones case was the amount of energy fueling it. The Pale Skinned Demon had taken the energy from Chiyoki's blasts and used it to fuel the roar, which mentally the Rakshasa deemed Roar of the Pale King. Because of this, even as Chiyoki's vortex of flame made headway towards him, the godlike roar being emitted from Bid'Daum was already covering a massive cone-like area before the male.

As the soundwaves from the roar traveled the immense power behind them caused the ground they traveled through, the buildings they impacted, and anything else in their path to react violently. The damage caused would be devastating, massive chunks of concrete being torn free and hurled with the soundwaves as a hailstorm of smaller debris traveled at breakneck speeds, propelled by the same soundwaves. The area of damage caused by the roar would easily cover several hundred feet as the cone of damage would appear to be nearly 400 feet at its widest point. While immensely damaging to the area, and any organic being in its path the roar also would have the additional effect of fighting back the flames launched at Bid'Daum before they could reach him. Although the pale Rakshasa already sported a multitude of blisters on his arms and some on his face just from the sheer heat of the flames before they could reach him.

Yet even with such a combination assault Chiyoki wasn't finished with him. Even as he stood there now gazing upon the aftermath of his roar Bid'Daum was coughing up a black ash-like liquid, likely the result of the flesh of his throat being torn asunder then burnt to ash by the quantity of energy he had expelled. Sliding back after launching her torrent of flames the girl spun once before brandishing some sort of.. 'Air current?' Bid'Daum would think to himself upon seeing whatever the girl held. Although the weapon she wielded was completely unknown to the male Bid'Daum knew it had to be powerful if she was bringing it out after the onslaught she had already launched. At least if he felt his foe would survive an onslaught he sent their way Bid'Daum would be sure to have an even more powerful followup.

And with her summoning of this new weapon it would seem as if a clash of blades would occur between himself and Chiyoki once again. Thus as the girl closed in upon him Bid'Daum would position himself with his blade held across his body, allowing him to react offensively or defensively to, hopefully, anything she threw his way. Therefore the first strike from the girl, a straight stab for the midsection, would be blocked by the entire width of Zar'roc. In response to the stab Bid'Daim would attempt to strike out directly, bringing his blade through an arcing swing directly from its current position. In the end the action would be halted by Chiyoki, who's next maneuver was an upward swing of considerable power. Because of this the two blades would meet in the middle, the power behind each swing equaling out as a shockwave sounded out from the impact of blades. From this point as Chiyoki would go to leap backwards into a back-flip Bid would feel the pressure on his blade lessen and attempt to viciously slash at the girl in an upwards arc of his own, hoping to cleave into some part of her body as she flipped away.

Whether or not the strike found purchase in Chiyoki's flesh Bid'Daum's gaze would follow the girl as she landed roughly fifteen feet away, before she would then flash out of sight again before reappearing a further fifteen or so feet away. Taking in her stance Bid'Daum noticed how she stood grasping that strange air current with both hands, which were held at a height putting them near her face. From this Bid'Daum decided he could hazard a guess that the girl was wielding some sort of concealed blade. The question.. Could it truly stand up to Zar'roc? The Rakshasa was intent on finding out one way or another. And as such wasn't about to let Chiyoki get a breather. Therefore as she began shouting at Izayoi Bid'Daum would let his demonic essence flow free into the battlefield, the result would be immediate. The pressure given off by Bid'Daum would increase as his somewhat weak spiritual presence suddenly roared into existence. If one were to equate Bid's spiritual presence to the light given off by a light bulb then previously it would have been as if the bulb was dying, whereas now it would be as if the bulb was being fed too much energy and gave off a blinding light.

From there the pale form of Bid'Daum would launch forth with destructive force, leaving a small crater with each step that carried him towards Chiyoki. Upon closing in upon the girl Bid'Daum would grip Zar'roc with both hands, the blade now alight with white demonic energy signifying that Ka Upabhog was being utilized once again. Bringing the blade into a cleaving overhead arc the gluttonous Rakshasa would put his full strength behind the strike aimed to cleave Chiyoki in two. As such if the strike was blocked a massive shockwave would resound throughout the area while the strength of the blow could potentially drive Chiyoki's form into the ground if she didn't put enough strength into her guard and body. Otherwise if the blow would miss the ground would erupt into a shower of dust and debris as the blade cleaves into the ground before a massive trench would open along a path before the blade. Said trench would continue for a hundred or so feet, being carved purely by the wind pressure created by the powerful blow.

Damage caused by ground impact & trench:

Beyond this blow Bid'Daum would then slip Zar'roc into a one handed reverse grip so the pommel of the blade was pointed at Chiyoki. Upon doing so the pale demon would send several thrust in the girls direction, each empowered with his demonic energy. The result would be several concussive blasts of air pressure being emitted from the pommel of the blade via Bid's use of Onibi, another sword technique he had picked up from witnessing a Shinigami use it. While not overly powerful each of the blasts, if hit by them, would feel as if Bid'Daum himself had just punched Chiyoki with full force, which is easily enough to punch a hole through a normal human torso. Continuing from this point Bid'Daum would swing his free hand towards the ground, easily burying his fist into it, before grasping the ground and tearing a massive jagged chunk free. Immediately upon tearing this chunk from the ground Bid'Daum would brutally throw it towards whatever position Chiyoki may take up in response to his previous assaults.

From there the male Rakshasa would crack his neck, tongue flicking across his lips as he simply stared forward and waited. Meanwhile the demon's energy was at work beginning to tap into Za Koa's Influence, as well as starting to feed him Environmental Knowledge. Finally things were getting exciting, the question is how much would it last.. And how hungry would Bid'Daum become?
