Spread Upon the Wings[Vastimian Lost Las Anod Suburb]

Hurry, hurry, hurry!

Lost, lost, lost!

Those two words seemed to repeat themselves a thousand times over in the mind of Shatari as she viewed the body language and dialogue of Azela's mouth. It seemed as if she wasn't quite sure what to make of the nun who had just arrived; nor was she quite sure what to make of herself. Which, in the perspective of The Banshee, was kind of funny. It was if neither of them truly knew what they were walking into it and solidified within the woman that she should really be the one to carry them through this mission.

After all, Shatari didn't want to have either of their deaths on her conscious. There was no telling what was going to lay ahead for this recon group; so they needed to be in sync and ready to break off at a single moment whenever danger reared it's ugly head at them. So, The Yuudeshi would ultimately give a firm nod of the head and laugh slightly at the words which The Vizard spoke to her.

"I'm gonna call you Azzie. Much easier to remember, angel~★!"

There was a sense of ecstatic glee heard in the voice of the silver haired girl as she seemed to have stars flaring from each of those plum eyes of hers. Despite in the midst of a potentially lethal circumstance, the woman's blood still seemed to be pumping as the eerie scenery around them started to weigh down and press against her body. It only made her killer instincts want to react, pull the trigger and slaughter whatever it was that had been lurking in the shadows. As Shatari could definitely feel themselves being watched by some type of creature, but she wasn't quite sure where they were for the time being.

"And I agree! There is something lurking in the shadows and we should be ready to blow it's brains out at any moment~★! I just hope you are ready to get your dress a bit dirty! I know I am!"

The self-assured Shatari would then begin to rub the bottom of her nose as she was quite confident in her ability to thrive. However, it doesn't seem that same sentient rung true with everyone in the group. As the woman turned her gaze towards the frantic nun, it seemed that she lost her nerve and pretty much caved in within her own anxiety. There was a scream which uttered out of Elis's mouth and the poor thing wanted nothing more than to go home and get the hell out of harms way. Which, to Shatari, was entirely understandable!

Not everyone was designed for combat and The Yuudeshi wasn't going to force someone who probably hasn't seen a day of battle to do the impossible and fight a menace like this. Therefore, she would simply pull out her equipment once more and have the guns and armor retract themselves inside her containment device. They would appear to break down particle by particle, atom by atom; until they disappeared and faded into the object. Then, Shatari would hug Elis, pat her head and utter these serene sounding words in her ear:

"If you don't want to be here, that is totally okay, angel. If you move one hundred meters north, I'll be able to have someone pick you up and take you back to where ever it is you belong. Those lovely people in the Vanguard will make sure you are alright. Take care, now!"

And, with that, Shatari would let go of The Nun and step a few feet away from her. Once distance had been gathered between the two, The Yuudeshi would go on to create a mass of chi known as "Yoh". It was a weaponized pool of chi that was comparable to a hollow's cero. Now, normally one would use this offensively, but it seemed the woman was able to use it as a defensive mechanism of sorts. As The Banshee of Karakura intended to have this energy cover the body of Elis like an armor. That way it would be able to burn away anything that might come into contact with The Nun along her journery. Thus, by her estimates, the scared doll should be protected during her journey in case anything sudden arise.

So, with a soft sigh, Shatari would let her own tensions go and be glad that slight headache was over with. She really had to wonder just what the higher-ups were thinking trying to send an amateur like that on a mission like this. It was kind of crazy, but she wouldn't have too much time to rack her brain over that choice. As it seemed that her replacement was already on the horzion. The senses of The Yuudeshi Woman were on point and detected a mass of spiritual energy approaching them. It took the form of a male shinigami and it caused her plum stare to catch the glimpse Hanshin waving at them.

"Hi-hi, angel~★!"

With a giddy shout, the woman would bounce up and down and wave with both her arms at her teammate. It was a relief to see someone who looked like they belonged on this mission. As judging from his spiritual body, the man had to have a sense of competency with him in order to deal with what was going to be ahead of them on this incursion. From the notes that she was able to discern from the mission specs within The Yuudeshi Network, this man was associated with the Gotei 13 and she hoped he would prove to be a vital asset in securing this area from whatever infection is infesting this city.

Hence, it was probably in both of their best interest that she start trying to explain things to the male:

"I'll cut to the chase: we've lost radio contact with this city and we are getting reports of some kind of infection growing from other cities in this region. We need to be careful, look for any survivors and shoot the shit out of anything that comes our way."

There was then a wink of an eye at the male as the woman's own electric energy started to scatter and hiss at the thought of killing something.

"Personally, though, I'm here to study it and understand this virus better so we can make a cure for it. Can't have something like that spreading too far."

With the most joyful of hums, the woman would be seen messing around with multiple holographic screens as she inputted all of the environmental values of the area around her. There were oodles and oodles of nano machines connected to the Yuudeshi Network and they were all ready to do some research work. It was going to be an intricate process to break down, study and then think of a vaccine to cope with the threat. However, this woman had the power of an army of supercomputers at her side. Together with her ingenuity, Shatari was certain that herself and her team of researchers in The Yuudeshi and Vanguard could compromise a solution.

Hence, all that was left was to get their asses moving and stop slacking. Thus, Shatari would begin to tread further into the city. As she did so, the woman would motion with her right arm for everyone to follow and for this adventure to begin post-haste.

"Well? What are you two lovely-butts waiting for? We got a lot of ground to cover! Let's move, angels~★!"

And with that, the mission was prim and set to begin at any moment!

Time to shoot the shit out of some zombie-scum~!
