Why Join As A Contractor

Flexibility For Your Character: Contracting gives you the flexibility to work in a way that suits your character personal circumstances. It gives them the freedom to choose when and where they work, as well as the assignments they would prefer to undertake. That means they can work short term gigs, long-term gigs or repeat gigs with the Monsuta without fully being apart of them and being chained to one org.

Opportunity: Your character will get chances to take dangerous missions, exp boost, attain rare items, gain in thread development and have a chance to grow with everything that will be thrown at them.

Big Yen: The Monsuta will pay the first three contractors 20,000,000 yen as a down payment AND they will have their choice of personalized equipment meant to enhance their character.

Quick Run Down

Information: The Monsuta is looking for more contractors to assist with their operations. This means that they are their own independent agents and work under an agreed set of commitments by The Monsuta. They can then choose to integrate fully into the mission when their contract is up, or they can have the option of signing on.

With that said, your character should know they are working for terrorist. That means they may be required to do a variety of jobs that include, but are not limited to:

- Murder
- Theft
- Blackmail
- Arson
- Destruction
- Extortion

If your character doesn't care about ethics and morals, have them join today! Don't be a wimp.

Reason: If given the opportunity Eiji will jump at a chance to increase his own power, and this seems to be a way in which he can do so.

Conditions: Eiji doesn't really care, but if he is put on a team they should be competent. A job is just a job after all.

Desired Compensation: Eiji wouldn't mind some equipment to help him perform better while on the job, and connections are always useful when in a bind!

Name: Variff Granz
Tier: 3-4--

Reason: The Monsuta shares a lot of the same values that Variff himself has. He'd join the Monsuta proper, but this way he's giving them plausible deniability--and he can one day just walk away if they start not being what he desires to be a part of.

Conditions: Variff has no desire for the more complex and subtle types of missions (extortion, blackmail, etc.). However, he doesn't mind being the backup in case something goes wrong or working in more destructive missions.

Desired Compensation: Leniency if he goes overboard, a small yacht which he can live on, and access to any black market connections the Monsuta has.

Name: Kanna Cruor-Sumashuu [Under Alias of "The Joker"]
Tier: 2-5+

Reason: Going to put Kanna as an available option here... now this isn't like what everyone else is doing however. Kanna will serve as a silent partner, through the alias: "The Joker". His identity will be unknown to the Monsuta and they will communicate through messages or through his agent (NPC that will be made for him to call upon). This partnership is beneficial for the organisation as Kanna is an information broker, he is willing to give out information that can be of great assistance to the group due to the variety of information he can obtain for the Monsuta so long as it doesn't interfere with his own schemes or affect the Northern Kingdom in a negative way.

Conditions: Along with this relationship however Kanna would like a hand in the Monsuta's hierarchy in return, mainly for favours or the ability to call on them for something should he need their resources. In return he is willing to do just about any mission they would call upon him for through either his means of contact with the Monsuta or possibly himself if he views it as something particularly important.

Desired Compensation: Favours. Resources. Support. Information is the big one but depending on the job he will accept that as payment since he views money obsolete with his Royal Standing in Sugiura Politics.

Once that is filled out, someone from the Monsuta will reach out to your character to finish the deal or approve/deny it.

[Note: If someone is to reach out the person would have to be of considerable leadership position in the Monsuta ie. Commander or a Cabinet. He is a secretive person after all. Also to be noted that simple things can be discussed as to what information Kanna can get access to and if necessary then sub-plots may develop where Kanna obtains such information to broker. It's not gonna be a metagame situation with omniscience.]

Name: Law
Tier: 2-5+
Reason: Law is already a mercenary, so it only makes sense for him to look for more jobs, and what better way to do that then to have them brought straight to him?

Conditions: Law prefers to work alone, and he will only work with a group if it is obviously required, or if the reward is so great that it is worth it to him to deal with the inconvenience. If he comes in contact with another Monsuta member or contractor that he enjoys working with, he may reconsider this stance.

Desired Compensation: Law is fine with monetary compensation for the moment, although in the future he may attempt to discuss other forms of payment depending on his needs.
