Honey tilted her head as the man was in such deep thought, ears pointed at almost a right angle in a physical display of confusion and curiosity. All she got was that she would be joining his pack, as not to be alone, and have the ability to protect people. She saw this man as a being to follow, as he had proven himself more than capable of leading her, the young one mostly disregarding her own opinion for his own.

She wouldnt even allow him to make it to the next sentence without a flat, hard, "Yes."
She stared at the man unblinkingly as she, by not even taking a moment to consider, had simply agreed to whatever came from his lips. Whether the battleworn man would have noticed this pattern of behavior or not, Honey would persist,

"Yes. Will follow."

The little one was more than willing to follow Radioactive into the depths of civility. As such, there was hope for her to be had and perhaps it wouldn't be bad to have a little companion around for a little bit. When a man reaches the age Radioactive has, one begins to just simply find amusement in guiding the next generation below him to a higher level.

So, to that end, he'd give her a pat on the head to show his sense of affection for her at that moment.

"Oi, you've made a good choice then."

After having a moment to pause and think, he'd then take a look to his north and ponder something more curious: civilization.

"How do you feel about venturing out of the wild and learning to live in society? I can take you to my nation's capital and get you used to being among others."

Radioactive saw no harm in allowing her to see the depths of modern living. If she wanted to get better, it was going to take an adjustment to communicate with the world around her. So, to him, Honey's path to success did lay in this difficult step because to go from a savage animal living in the wild, to a modernized beast takes practice, development, and adjustment. Thus, to get better, it was a matter of how dedicated this wolven shinigami truly was to improving her circumstances.

"Are you ready to see the city, Honey?"

Honey's head was tilted as the man asked her if she wished to venture to the city, of which the young one looked a bit nervous, looking to the sky, but quickly realized that if anything, Radioactive would handle it, so that slight bristle in her golden locks quickly went down as she let out a sigh, nodding, "Yes- Wai!"

The younger beast suddenly dropped onto her fours, pointed in a direction, however a few running steps in, it seemed as if she stopped and corrected herself, whimpering softly as she was soon seen standing on her legs rather than all four of her limbs, tail dragging along in the snow as she disappeared into some shrubbery as she held her arms close to her chest, soon returning after a few moments of silence, wearing merely a poncho, black sagging pants that looked quite worn and old, what was clearly a Zanpakuto resting on her back.

"Yes! Ready."

She meekly walked back to the man, hands close to her chest as her red eyes stared up at him. She did know what it was like to be in civilization, at least, thats what she thought when it came to the Rukongai. But.. She never really spoke to many people, more being stuck in her own head as she did training exercises. There was only one girl she became 'friends' with, but even then that confused her. Gotei members who were familiar with her treated her like a puppy or a mutt, which wasn't rejected, but it certainly would have painted a dehumanizing picture to any onlookers with a care in their hearts.

Honey never questioned it, that simply was her place, right..?

Well, at least his little companion seemed eager to get the ball moving. However, as the wolven woman started moving and walking around, it became clear to him that the massive statue the shinigami stood at could potentially be an issue. After all: he was a 7'11 hulking mess himself and he had a hard enough time getting around without smacking his head into everything. Seeing that this creature was standing at nine feet on her legs was enough to make him grab her hand and say these words:

"Oi, since you transform a lot, is it possible for you to shrink in size? I'm not gonna force you to do so, but you'll have an easier time getting around since I'm a giant myself and you make me look like an ant."

Radioactive didn't mince his words and found himself chuckling as he rarely found anyone taller than himself just out and about. So that amused him to a degree because of the novelty of the interaction. Though, regardless, he'd tap his metallic communications device to signal for a transportation ship to pick him up. One of the wonders of the 25th century is that drivers weren't needed if there was a projected path for an AI to follow. And, since Radioactive wasn't the best driver around, it made getting around the country so much easier.

"Our ride should be here in a minute."

With their transportation taken care of, Radioactive then moved his lone gold eye to observe Honey. He could feel something was off with how the woman was acting and he'd make it clear what he was here to do when that sense came to him.

"Look, I can be your mentor, but I will help you find your own reason to live. I ain't sure about your past, but you seem docile and obedient; so I can tell someone has trained you to just follow orders. So we'll work on that. People are more than just mindless servants or expendable meatshields. Don't forget that."

At that moment, Radioactive than gave a firm, but understanding hug. There was a mass amount of weight and power in that embrace, but the control the male had of his own strength kept it from being crippling. As, if nothing else, there wasn't much which could otherwise threaten him; so it was a rather safe place to be all things considered. Nevertheless, he'd soon let go when he saw the ship touch down twenty feet away from them as it's doors began to open; signaling for them to come inside it.

"Well, should we get a move on? The thing drives itself and we can catch up inside."

Honey's ears perked upon Radioactive's request for her to get smaller, of which she quickly and quietly complied, before the man's eyes did the young wolf shrink in size, almost similar to de-aging, except for her hair, which remained long. She stopped at a size about to the man's forearm, looking as if she just dropped a whole ten years in appearance, tail wagging, "Did good?"

Her interest was taken to the object he held, nose twitching in scent catching as she seemed curious of what it was, or what he meant by a ride. Was something going to come pick them up from here and bring them to a city? Regardless, she remained silent by his side, waiting for whatever was coming, until the man suddenly started speaking to her about her domestic behavior.

Honey could only give a confused head tilt to the man's words, especially the hug after, which surprised her into a fluffed up tail. Despite her normally neutral expression, surprise and confusion was in her eyes, perhaps a bit of anxiety in her chest as she thought upon his words. Why did he say something like that? Why did he hug her? Was something bad happening? He gave her a tight hug, was something going to happen?

It simply reminded her of the last time Uncle ever hugged her, before he went on the mission he died on.

It didn't feel anywhere near as warm or tight..

Honey's eyes were wide and just, remained wide, as she quietly nodded in response, following the man over to the ship in tense silence.
