Once Gone, Twice Revisited 6EdIfMt

FILLER TEXT HERE

Artist: Carrotwine - Song: Dark Side Of The Road

He came here once before, for direction and belief. The long-abandoned base of the Vizard corps. They were no more, no longer did they come in or do as they please. He remembered seeing Zin and Colin on several occasions here. His white Haori flowed behind him, he'd made the first step.

He'd begun training and activating his Bankai finally. Letting go of the chains that bound him to his past. He was finding more and more, that he wasn't alone anymore. Friendships and new people entered his life.

It had hardships certainly, but the road to being a Captain again did come. This was the route he'd chosen and gotten himself too. Only a fool forgets the path he's once walked upon.

He came here to think and consider the future more. Training and putting every fiber of your being into it. The way to control one's hollow, sadly these methods were no longer taught. No organization helped anyone these days with it. It was a lost art the Hollow Control skill, but he was mastering it day by day.

He'd learned to control not only his hollow but the things involved with it. He'd learned to be cunning and intelligent here. Not to rely on his strength alone, but also his wits. These were important tools for a warrior to have in combat. but in life more so, you had to consider and constantly move.

They were functioning well, but he'd of liked to see them up the level of the military prowess. Reviewing what files he could the Kenpachi had downgraded after Ibiki. Himself included, it was no good at this present form. He needed to train harder and crack the ceiling he was at.

But rushing headlong into trouble, diving into the fire without thinking. He'd done it before, remembering the school incident. It had been so long since that time came. When Zin himself came to stop him, from destroying the Karakura High School.

It made little difference in the end what he did, fighting and combating those who'd come before. Maybe that would be his goal, could he find a way even meditative to fight all the original Kenpachi? That would certainly help him, he knew for certain. Zaraki was out of his league, entirely out of it.

Ibiki as well, they both were the end goal a peak of the role. Would this place suit his needs to combat them? Could he create a mental projection based on data? Was there a possible way to fight someone no longer here? The greatest technology belonged to the Yuudeshi if he wasn't mistaken.

It was an idea something he could grab on too, maybe with the files he could make an attempt at it. There existed no way for them to do it, files that they had now didn't answer questions. Of how a person fought, Zaraki and Ibiki sure. But he couldn't beat them on a bet.

They were still both very much alive and healthy, he sat down on the ground. What did he do next, the ideas weren't coming and he was stuck. His strength was marginal at best.

He'd certainly come upon a glass ceiling as he laid back on the ground. closing his eyes for a moment. What was the next step, he'd gotten the Captaincy role. Things were predicted and going well within his projected paths. But it did have some problems along the way. It had been clear that he couldn't rely on the other Captains.

Or at least not Squad Three, Squad Four would have to stand on its own merits. He sat up, it looked like the only projected course was to train them. Train them with every fire and spirit he had in him. The fact was clear now, clearer than it had been.

On the one hand, it was educational, on the other, it was frustrating on moral grounds. Sighing he let a breath out, bridge burned successfully due to his temper. Not too much had changed, he thought he'd buried his emotions a long time ago. Guess some people could still get to him, just with the most thinly veiled insults thrown at him. Lashing out at his age, what was he a child?

He should have been above her provocation, but it seemed he still had a ways to go. If he lost the Captaincy, he guessed he'd hit the road. And train since at that point he'd done what he set out to do. But he would come back and kill the Captain who took over, simply a matter of thought. He dusted his leggings off and headed back home, work to be done and thoughts to be cleared.
