Fists Up. Sword Out. [Hono, Makoto]

Red! That meant Hono did something! Well, it wasn't a lot of blood or anything but it was exactly what Hono needed to do. Was Hono gonna stop there? Hell no, quoting Makoto here, "If you're tired of being average, change that" Hono was gonna keep fighting Makoto till either, Makoto said that was enough or Hono was on the floor knocked out.

The pink-haired girl knew she couldn't just try to go for one big slash again, she would need to spice her strategy up a little. Though... with such a limited skill set how was she to do that? Well... improvision~

Makoto's slice landed, she tried her hardest to dodge, but it managed to slice her left forearm, thankfully not her sword arm, but damn she felt that sting. Hono would step back quickly giving herself only about three feet of space. Hono would look at her arm, before letting out a smirk. "I cut you~ That means I actually get more hits in..." She seemed a bit to excited...

Now, it was time for Hono to throw an improvised attack out. She would dash closer, going for a slash on the left side of Makoto. This however was a feint. Her slash had barely any reiatsu, hoping Makoto would go to block, Hono put her real strength into a sweep, hoping she would be able to knock Makoto down and go for a real slash.

That sweep went a LOT better in her head...What came next was unexpected. Hono felt that kick... it connected with her chest... she felt... all of it drain from her. She quickly fell and slid back, before getting up, coughing and gagging, trying to regain her breath. She bent over.

"Fuck... That... really hurt..." The girl would laugh a little. "You're over...confident... if you think I'll stop that easily..." Hono would retaliate back toward Makoto.

"It'll take you more than that to put me down, I don't care if you're 100 times stronger than me. I'll throw myself at you till you knock me out..." Hono would take a deep breath. This time, she was gonna try a different plan. Running towards Makoto she would raise her blade above her head, seeming to go for a downward slash, this time pumping some of her reiatsu, into the sword. This was another feint, as once Hono got close, she would go for a swift kick, pushing some reiatsu into her foot she would try and kick Makoto's stomach, seeing how much damage it would do.

Hono, let out a little growl, frustrated as her attacks were blocked so easily. She was getting frustrated. She was busting her butt and still getting slammed. Hono would stand back up from getting knocked down, she was getting more and more tired with each passing moment. Makoto called Hono out for using feint attacks.

"You're really starting to piss me off..." She cracked a smirk. Gripping her Zanpakuto. It seemed Makoto was always ten no, one hundred steps ahead.

"Let's see how many times it takes~ I'll throw myself over and over..." Hono would eye Makoto. She seemed unmoveable. The Shinigami would make another attack. This time going for a thrust! Aiming for Makoto's chest. Putting as much reiatsu into the thrust. Hono would also play defensively, watching Makoto's hands for any counter the woman may try. Hono was gonna show her determination and wasn't gonna give in so easily.

Hono would let out a heavy grunt, feeling Makoto's knee strike her gut. Which caused the Shinigami to cough out as she was sent backwards, Hono held her stomach and took a few deep breaths. Her Zanpkauto which she had dropped laid next to her feet. Despite losing the fight, she would let out a soft smirk. "You... little shit..." She couldn't help but chuckle in response to what she said.

Hono would point directly at Makoto. "So... How am I doing on this little evaluation?" She raised an eyebrow, but after that Hono would pick up her Zanpkauto again, shaking a little bit. She did seem tired, and wobbly. Makoto would really have no trouble making her pass out if this kept up. Hono would run towards Makoto. This time her movements were sloppy particularly due to her tiredness. She went for a weak swing toward the woman.
