Yes it is Toki and at the time I requested to be HC I throught it was alright also how come Toki wasn't remove from listings completely. But I can understand history stuff like being HC before, so I would like for Toki to become Assistant of guard instead but It has been his dream to be Head commander or commander general and I will make sure it happens but I'll have a wait put on this goal and put his focus elsewhere. So I see this problem solved if everyone is satified and if Toki is accept. Oh and Toki was raised to 1-1+ because of this so does he keep the raise or not?

For being a good sport about this and everything, I say let you keep that. And under Frost's approval, I'll approve that. Besides, Shigeru is getting old. Who says he won't eventually retire or get promoted?

Hmm return offer now I feel like this whole thing is fun. XD Both of us have gone from wanting this position to giving it up to the other. But on the point Tsubine I would suggest your promotion idea since if it's truly want to do then since it does get us both what we want so approve or whatever you need to do to get done and settled.
