STAFF OF THE YEAR!

It's been one amazing year on Platinum Hearts and now it's time to look back as far as you possible can; from the start of 2011 to where we are now to decide the best nominations for their Of The Year Categories. This will also be our first time doing an Of The Year Series and I hope all goes well for those who take part in this event! I wish the best of luck of everyone who is entered in this thing and hope to have another this time next year!

Voting Rules

1. NO VOTE RETRACTIONS! IF YOU VOTE FOR SOMEONE, PLEASE STICK WITH THAT PERSON!

2. This thread will only last a maximum of one week. However, depending on outside circumstances, it can last for 3-7 days as these contest vary on how much time the staff on PH have to spend on them. So do not get pissy if we have some delays.

3. You can only vote for ONE person.

4. Do NOT make multiple accounts to vote for someone. If we catch people doing this, there will be a wift punishment waiting for you as we actively check IP's on the site.

6. [THEFROST] CANNOT be nomiated for Staff Of The Year because as Head Admin and Creator the workload alone along with the knowledge of how much I do for the site is more then enough.

PRIZES

First Place: The person who wins first place in staff of the year will receive 50,000,000 yen, one tier upgrade for their character of choice (WHO IS NOT 0-2+), two new abilities in a characters app, two skill upgrades, their own PH Medal, an honorary mention in the PH Hall Of Fame (Coming in 2012), a mention in the Of The Month Winners and Of The Year Winners thread, their image on the sidebar for the month of January and a mention in the site's Youtube.

Second Place: The person who wins runner up will receive 30,000,000 yen, one new ability in a characters app, two skill upgrades and an honorary mention in the Of The Month/Winners threads along with a 2nd place medal.

Third Place: The person who wins third place will receive 10,000,000 yen, one skill upgrade, an honorary mention in the Of The Month/Winners threads and possibly a 3rd place medal.

Nono, in all seriousness, Kyle has stepped up to the plate well with being an Admin. He's mature and collected, and knows when to stop (unlike SOME staff/members). Well done, mate. Well done.

MY CHOICE

This is a decision that was not taken lightly, rushed or have any bias in it. After some great consideration I have come to the conclusion that Chaozi, The Co Head Admin, should be Staff Of The Year. He has been through some the worse shitstorms on PH, taking charge at one point when 75 to 80% of my staff left me in March, has been through the lowest of the points on PH, was always by my side since the start of the site and is one of the longest lasting Platinum Hearts members.

Sure, he has his faults and I've had moments where I thought; "THE FUCK IS THIS NIGGA DOING?", but no real friendship or brotherhood is without those moments. Therefore, my hat goes off to Choazi.

I'm placing my vote in for Kyle! We had our downs in the past from when I joined but now we're family, he's offered to help me and he's just frankly always there for me if I need help.
