Reasoning: I want Momo to be included in the second division because after the last 400 years she has been studying the arts of kido for a long time coming up with new ways of incorporating it towards attacks or helping allies. She can also use this experience to learn from other kido professionals and potentially teach new shinigami who're interested in it.

Suggestion Template

Idea: The only suggestion i have is to update the substitute shinigami badge, you'd think after 400+ years they'd give the thing a few modifications or upgrades. I suggest that the badge should be able to track not only hollows but demons,arrancar, etc. Give it a map that shows the shinigami where the enemy is headed within a certain radius or even better have people customize the bade, maybe give it cool decals and designs to make it unique.

Reasoning: Midori's reason way back then would have been to make sure shinigami had proper training. She fully believes that healers need to be as combat effective as any other shinigami, if not more. She often says variants of, "Who heals the injured if the healers die? No one."
Extra: This character has always been Captain of the healing/kido squads on other sites that I've been on. I can't really see her any other way. She would have been there for some time. I noticed the previous Captain was removed, so took this as my chance since (from what I can tell) the previous person isn't active.
