Gotei Position: Reserve. Promotion to Lieutenant/Vice Captain of the Stealth Forces.

Reasoning: It would be a promotion to the position that Shuten would seek after since, A, she is extremely stealthy and B, she wants to help her fellow Shinigami make things better for them all, even if she has to get her hands dirty while doing so. Even if she has to slit a few throats along the way. But, again, this is mainly a promotion so Shuten can really get into the thick of things and help push the Stealth Force to what it is meant to be.

Extra: As this is a promotion reserve, of a sorts, I am going to complete an icrp with Henrex (one of the current co-captains) so that there is some development behind the promotion instead of Shuten just getting put up to vice captain out of the blue.

Suggestion Template

Idea: I believe that the Earth Affiliation Division would work best as its own proper Division, independent of First Division. I think that the rather broad position of "Earth Affiliation" can merit its own set of responsibilities, including both diplomatic emissaries and general information upkeep, and of course enforcing the balance and general natural order when it comes to spiritual affairs. It is a very specific job of the Shinigami which they are fully intended to be performing, and while normally it could be assumed that all Shinigami who are on Earth handle this work in passing, it would be a good idea to have a Division dedicated to it specifically, as it provides much more leeway to the other Divisions to focus more fully on their own jobs and contribute to the Gotei more completely.

I would also like to submit, assuming this Division idea is approved, my own character Kagayaku no Murasaki as the Captain of this particular division, as I believe that her understanding of the Earth itself, and its current situation, qualifies her to be in charge of such a task. She has spent the vast majority of her life on Earth, wandering for nearly 200 years, and because of this I believe she has the best understanding of anyone who would otherwise qualify for Captain. She is currently within a thread meeting with Ibiki about her own place in the Soul Society, and I think that her understanding of that is one of her greatest strengths. She, of course, also has bankai, for what that might still be worth in this day and age.
