Gotei Position: Zero Division
Reasoning: She will have been a previous Kenpachi, defeated during her tenure but not slain, and thereafter retired. As someone who had no intention of ever quitting at pursuing what she wanted, to include being stronger than the guy next to her, she persevered on her own, and even joined the Vanguard when moving to live as a mortal in the World of the Living. Her accomplishments in the following several wars on Earth, and her eventual return to Soul Society following the Demon Incursion as a strong display of loyalty and power, Ameyume was then recruited to be in the Royal Guard as someone who had already distanced themselves from the main forces of the Gotei, but still held strong attachments to Soul Society, and could effectively operate on its behalf without operating within its ranks.
Extra: As Aiko is "Master of Realms", Ameyume is "Master of the Heavens". Also, as Ameyume is a work in progress, this is just a reservation of sorts and notifier that I am vying for this position.

Reasoning: Miyako is someone who prefers to be active. She has a goal. This Division feels like the best one to be a part of for that. The more she can go to the world of the living, the better.

Reasoning: Angel is still a Shinigami Doll who albeit oblivious to her past life as a Captain has ties to them. Still, her loyalties lie with the Vanguard as she commands the Combine. Nonetheless, she’s fully capable of assisting the Earth Division in any of their missions and endeavors.
