Hono Kaen

Madagascar. An interesting island, located to the south of Africa. it was well known for those wacky animals from the zoo- wait no, no it wasn't. When it came to earth duty, Hono was not very experienced with it leading souls to the Soul Society, but hey that was one of the duties of a Shinigami! Plus fighting the occasional Hollow would help her get stronger~ The redhead was stationed in a small town located right near was a desert, which she decided to explore, her thought process was that many humans would perish in the heat so it would be a prime spot to find and guide souls to where they need to go!

Hey! Her Hunch was correct, after a while of checking around she found the soul of a middle-aged man, who had perished in the desert not long ago. After a quick conversation, pressing the hilt of her blade against the forehead of the soul. Once that was over, she slipped her blade back onto her hip, well, now it was time to return to the town and scope it over one more time. As she turned she felt as if something was nearby, looking around slowly and cautiously, not wanting to speak, trying to hear any sound she could.

The Desert.
It wa sstrange how even such a similarplace was still worlds different from the Hueco Mundo she knew. She'd spent some time scouting out the area. Travelling around earth had been.........alarming to say the least. She had had to dip now and then, sometimes moving to soul society or back to Hueco Mundo when it seemed that things in a particular area got too hot. So many areas were under strict surveillance it was actually hard for her to find a place to look around without being bothered. She'd finally found a spot which seemed.....well....generally peaceful.

She sat on the top of a large rocky outcrop, as her Wolves scoured the area around the city, making sure that nothing would be picking a fight with her. However, it was one of these wolves that suddenly encountered a familiar scent: Shinigami. The wolf in question perked up, it's ears flagging up as it began to close in on the shinigami, bearing witness to the process. It decided to scout a little. Hopping over a rock, it promptly trotted over to Hono and promptly began sniffing in her direction, prodding her with it's flame-like reishi nose to garner her attention.

The wolf seemed to mind it's distance, sitting on it's haunches as it watched the ritual Lilynette had seen so many times before. Just some random shinigami, though it was hard to tell just from a glance what division it was in. Only the Lieutenants and Captains wore the symbols right? It was insane how well preserved the information was in her head. All the same, once the Shinigami seemed to be alerted, the wolf rose up onto it's paws and then began to pad it's way over to her. Unafraid, unbothered by the weapon that was clearly in the girl's possession. The wolf of reiatsu flames stopped just a short distance away and sat back down to cant it's head to the side. Clearly intelligent, and yet not doing anything other than watching them.

From her own position. Lilynette was aware of what was happening with the fragment of herself, and kept her pesquisa open to keep tabs on what was going on. Not that she thought the shinigami would simply attack the wolf out of the blue, but it never paid to not be a little cautious sometimes.

Hono did her best to follow the wolf, the girl stayed quiet, the low ranking Shinigami was a bit nervous, I mean there was some... strange wolf asking her to follow... though who wouldn't be curious? It tilted its head, looking towards her. She sighed softly in relief, good to know that the wolf didn't want her dead or anything.

She was unaware of Lilynette, Hono squatted down to her knee, trying to get a better look at the wolf. Trying to figure out what this wolf was all about. Didn't wolves stay in packs? Where were the others? The Shinigami had some thoughts brewing.
