"Ninsianna is certainly a good woman."

Cyrus could have perhaps tried to see if she wouldn't reconsider in some capacity, but that would have been a waste of time, he imagined. After all, this hadn't been a matter of recruitment to begin with. He'd understood that Nelliel was a woman whose own interests had happened to align with his in some small capacity for the moment. It would have been both foolish and unethical of him to try and exploit that beyond what she was naturally inclined to offer.

"I would certainly not wish to impose on your own intentions with the man. I will be glad to share with you any information we find on his location and movements through the world. He was most recently located in China, though none of our Sternritter are currently in a position to move more closely to him to triangulate beyond region."

In theory, they certainly could have gone out of their way to do so, but he was in the middle of nowhere. Risking even a single life for more specifics, when none were currently in danger, wasn't something Cyrus cared to do.

"Then I'll go to China next."

She said it matter-of-factly though with an upbeat tone to her voice. Surely the locals would prove somewhat helpful in figuring out a way to track him and discern what he was getting up too. What were his next moves and who did he intend to strike next? His goals and motivations would be helpful to understand.

So that's what she'd do. If she recalled Alex had been there too at some point, so maybe he'd be a good guide to assist in it. Did he still speak the local language? Have to check when she got home.
