Birds (open)

The sun was high in the mid morning sky on this day of days. The sky was blue with a hint of some whispy white clouds here and there. The air was cool, but was becoming warmer in the passing minutes as the golden light shone down from above, illuminating and heating the world as only it could. The wooden wall of the squad 13 barracks shone light brown in the light, the artisticly painted doors fluttering a bit as the wind slaped against them.

On the south eastern wall of the barracks a wooden window opened and a rolled sheet fell to the rock path below it. Then poked a head crowned with purple hair. The purple haired figure wiggled its way out the window and landed on sheet with a slight thud. The now obvious female child stood up and rubbed her rear end after the collision with the pack wrapped in a sheet she had pushed out ahead of her. She gazed around slightly to see if anyone was around, and upon discovering she was alone she hoisted the pack on her back and began the short walk over to a small pond.

The girl reached the edge of the pond after a short walk, removing the pack from her back and laying it on the grass. She opened the sheets up and picked up the wooden form of a practice sword, a light band of steel around its top and middle. Next she removed a black band, placing it around her forhead as she streched her arms out a bit. Her elbows and shoulders poped softly as she bent down to touch her toes.

After several minutes she had finished her streches and once again turned to the pond. She hoped over a short watery strech as she found footing on an old rock that sat in the pond. She turned to look at a tree with birds perches in its limbs.

''I challenge you all to a duel!''

A single small finger pointed to the birds as she yelled it out. She then used the hand to bring the black band on her forehead down around her eyes. She then took both hands on the sword, right above left, and stood in an awkward stance. Suddenly she started to swing the sword around wildly, swinging as if the birds were around her...which they were not, content with watching a girl make a fool of herself.

An Iramasha Male Named Hyorenku Iramasha look at the female with his green eyes, while he sat down on the top of the tree.He sighed, still looking at the girl.He then lay down on top of the tree, closing his eyes tiredly.While he was sleeping, he slowly open his right eye, looking at the child taking her short walk to the pond.He look at her removing a weird pack that was on her back.He then look at her taking out a wooden form of her pratice sword.He then look at her, blankly."Wow... a wooden sword... that's weird...", He spoke quietly to himself.

He look at the female stretching for a few minutes, as after he finished looking at the female child stretching.Then he saw the female child turning her head to the tree, he shocked and quickly turn himself upside down onto the branch.He hold onto the branch and carefully not to fall.He sighed in a relief, not being spotted by the female child.Then he heard the female child shouted, "I challenge you all to a duel!", The male shocked when he heard the female child shouted.He thought that he was spotted.He quickly let go of the branch and fell into the bushes.

He came out from the bushes quietly, looking at the dumb female child pointing at the birds with her small index finger."How dumb she is?That made me a shock...", The male sighed.His green eyes then turn his sight to the female child, blankly glaring at the female child.Then he sees the female start swinging her wooden sword around wildly."Is she on crack...?", That's what the male thought in his mind."She is so stupid...", He then accidentally step on a small branch, making a crack sound and made a noise.He was shocked and that crack could made the female child heard it.

Nanao's small ears twitch as she heard the light crack of something nearby. She was unsure what it was, but whatever it was was gonna get it!

''Die bird!''

The young girl cried out as she pulls the band over her eyes just over her right eye to see. A young weirdo was standing neat the bushes. He had evidently been watching her, which her mother said was what a perv did. There was one way to get rid of a perv...

She dashed for the stranger in the bushes as fast as her little legs could go. The wooden sword swang this way and that in a near unpredictable manor. She had obviously been taught some sword styles...just not how to properly use them. As she charged for the man from somewhere and no where a voice rang out...

''Watch out for snakes''

She nears the stranger, yelling out and swinging the wooden blade for all it was worth.

The Male's eyes widened, he noticed that the female child heard the crack.As he heard the female child shouted, "Die bird!", Then he does a blank face, thinking that the female child is already on crack.Then the female child would saw him.Now he thinks that the female child thinks that he is a pervert.He looks at the female dashing to his direction, his eyes widened.He dodges every attack that the female child swang.He just avoid them and try not the harm the female child.Then he heard a voice that came out of nowhere, "Watch out for snakes".

The male made a blank face.He thinks that kind of trick would scare him away.But he look at the female child yelling and swinging her wooden sword all around the place.He tried to dodge them as he could.He then swing his fist towards to the wooden sword, breaking it with a gentle punch.The male then would run away from the female as fast as he could to avoid her.He then shouted at the female child while running, "THERE IS A SNAKE BELOW YOU!!", He continue running as he shouted.
