I would have used my regular Hold It! gif, but since I couldn't find one you get dancing Edgeworth instead.

More to the point, Crow, please come and talk with me about this, as Tsubasa and Iriko would need to have a talk if he's going to be a captain at this point in time.

Well, since his Captain thread has pretty much concluded, I'm going to go ahead and stamp him as a full Captain. With that said, Giriko is relieved of his duty and he can choose to stay as a veteran member or leave the org.

REVIEWING

Good. I'm glad to see Cogimo back in his position. I'm going to expect higher activity out of him this time around and I want him on the frontlines. So, I'll approve him, but get busy with him. And, I'm also using this post to otherwise move Tsubasa into the 12th and open up the 5th. While, on my end, I'm going to have Yoko Yuri Kuchiki act as a fill-in Captain until someone capable is able to lead the 6th.

Reasons For Joining: Being an Ex-captain he has a drive for this job, and wants to get back in the swing of things.
How Active Are You? Currently I am fairly active, but when school starts that will drop off.
What Do You Have To Offer: His Zanpakutō is so kido based that it shed its sword form once it achieved Shikai. It has a knack for increasing kido and causing them to change. This could be useful in the creation of new kido.

Reasons For Joining: Was a member of this division basically renewing at this time since it was since taken off. His flexible fighting style makes him skilled at countering opponents which would be useful for some situations that the internal affairs squad would have to take care off.
How Active Are You? Activity goes up and down but usually at least check what is going on once a day.
What Do You Have To Offer: not going for a high position at this point in time but if I ever did get there his personality tends to make him a bit distrustful at first and would make him pry into details closely which would be useful to internal affairs.
Notes: None that I can think of.

Everything looks pretty legit to me. I'll go ahead and have each of these Shinigami added into the roster of active Gotei 13 members. I look forward to seeing increased activity within them from these characters. Also, for THor, I'm putting his character in a seated position since we need more spots filled.

Reasons For Joining: Tsubaki is in charge of the Stealth Force, the entire military force answers to her and her family alone. It was decided among the Unabara that the Stealth Force be used in Second Division for the moment, she is the Commander in Chief making her one of the more influential people.
