Apart from his extraordinary knowledge,Ozuma doesn't hold many skills to possibly consider even a talent.He's an avid reader and keeps his shape through gymnastics and re-tracing the very same teaching methods his old master taught him.If he wasn't so smart one could just say he's your average 15 year old.Going through the phases and all that.

Personality:
Ozuma,apassionate thinker, one who has said to revolutionize most of the techniques and equipment used by quincys today.He is always observing towhatever his delight using what most would call his genuine curiosity into finding out how things work and make them even better.Though apart from his creativity and curiosity which both do go hand in hand, there's also his love of music which was once the muse for a set of earlier inventions made to utilize sound waves.These inventions however remained on shelf as Ozuma has the tendency to also grow bored with most of his inventions.

Now most would probably get the idea of him being
older than he really is and use terms many wouldn'tunderstand but not in this case.Ozuma uses pretty simple Dialect and tries to use the best of grammar, since he usually loath those who refuse to use normal words and instead use complicated versions in order to make one feel superior.He would normally note to those who attempt this with, " . . .Language was meant to be a means of communication.Not to confuse those who wish to relay it. . .".

He always had hopes in becoming a normal child with friends and family(dysfunctional or otherwise) but as suppose he cannot and can only imagine the possibility.Though he is content with living by himself and never have to put with the commotion of being interrupted, it is still very sad to not have friend or a companion of any sort to keep him company and may even supply the muse he truly needs in order to invent.

Tools and Techniques
Hirenkyaku (飛廉脚; lit: "Flying Screen Step/God Step", Viz: "Flying Bamboo-Blind Leg") is analogous to the Shinigami Flash Steps or the Arrancar Sonido .The Quincy Hirenkyaku allows the user to move quickly over short distances; according to it To perform the technique, the user gathers spiritual particles under their feet andrides them to the desired location.Like the air-walking skill displayed by most Arrancar and Shinigami, it can also be used to hover or fly for long distances.

Ransōtengai (乱装天傀; lit. "heavenly wild puppet suit", "disheveled paradise puppet" in the Viz translation) — This is a high level technique that allows the user to control their body parts using strings of spirit energy controlled by their brain, forming lines or strings out of countless spiritrons .By using this technique, the user can control their body as one would apuppet, allowing them to move freely despite paralysis, broken limbs, or any other force that would impede normal movement. It was originally created to allow elderly Quincy to fight effectively.


Reishi Sheild
A special technique involving the control of reishi and hardening into a plate(octagonal,segmented,cross like etc.) to withstand a general attack from an opponent.This ranges from sword slashes to beams of energy.The size can very into what ever the user wants, so long as they have the energy,stamina and time to summon it.Larger barriers tend to take up more energy and time to construct and can seemingly withstand longer attacks,while smaller barriers or plates are the direct opposite.The smaller plates can be allowed to be used as some sort of Armour with the exception of only taking one hit before shattering.This can be draining in closer quarter combat and in some cases only known to cut
the impact of the attack in half.

It's commonly used by quincys with low durability to make up for this flaw.

Hollow bait: This item is a small, coin-shaped disk that attracts Hollows when crushed.


Pandora's Box: A
suit case carried around by Ozuma which, when activated, can form into
two singular weapon constructs to act as his bow.The idea came about
when Ozuma needed a faster upgrade towards his powers and so, using
reishi and Quincy technology.He was able to create the weapon within 5
months and took 3 years to master it.Though he believes it suffices for
a very powerful medium in order to channel, is said to be, massive
reiatsu.Before, he stated that he could only use 45% of his powers
using a regularly made bow but through his engineering and dedication he
can no use up to 95% of his own power.
Forms:
Argument:
A fully mounted artillery completed with barrel wide cannons

with targeting and operational systems.The cannons and the chair it
self floats with the user using an invisible system of reishi wires and
pieces of metal that protect and keep it in place.It can fire large
beams of reiatsu and reishi combined to obliterate the foe in its
highest setting or a seriously a deal concussive blow in it lowest.The
actuall damage does refer to the person's durability and tier. (Example:
people above the tier 2 would receive only the minimum effects of the
attack at full power though it may pose a challenge if their durability
is not quiet met up to that of advance.)The beams can be fired from each
canon at once to cover a wide field of damage though doing its
minimum.It can also be fired in unison to carry out a massive blast that
could easily level a foot ball field or two.Though powers like these do
not go without a drawback.It takes a lot of time and energy to charge
and fire the attack.It's slow and bulky so it can become an easy target
for opponents.Firing continuously or up to the maximum of 4 times per 5
post will result in the death or complete exhaustion of the character.

Epidemic:His
first choice, or first to opt attack mode.With this he can fire
multitudes of attack at reduced damage.It normally floats in front of
him before firing and it also increased his speed greatly.The arrows he
fires are thin and can pierce most defenses though they are not to be
relied upon for power and only goes hand in hand with it's counterpart.The arrows fire at an alarming speed rate.
