Zazyre's training

"Damnit..." He cursed under his breathe as he again missed his target. He had been training for some time, trying to get faster at unsheathing his sword and striking, but his accuracy was still low. He had to get faster to serve his squad properly, he could not afford to be overly outmatched at speed in a fight, doubly so considering he was in the 2nd Division, renowned for their speed and stealth.

Again he put his Zanpakutō back into place, hearing the faint click he pressed the release button, unsheathed the sword, turned to the right twirling the sword over his head once before bringing it down at the end of the spin, only to have the blade lodge into the dummy's shoulder, again missing the neck.

"Agh this is getting nowhere" he muttered as he sat down, wiping the sweat off of his forehead as he took another break, and examined the dummy he was practicing on, seeing the marks lining its arms and shoulder. He had improved a little bit, but still had not succeeded in a successful first strike to the neck.

A voice would ring out seemingly from nowhere. “Cursing won’t really help you know. It's better to try and keep a level head. Although seeing how it’s an unmoving target I can see why you are mad that you keep missing." she was using Kidō # 26 Kyokkō to hide her physical form and Reiatsu so she could watch the boy without him knowing. The girl walking forward appearing from the shadows not unlike a ninja. Isea would keep her energy suppressed to that of a 5-0. The girl dressed like a normal Shinigami and would not have any squad badge on her.

“Hmm you show the power to swing such a big sword... and the accuracy is not off by much. I think the issue is that your undercompensating for the weight of your blade once it’s out. In other words you're failing to follow through from the unsheathing to the swing. Use a bit more of your shoulder strength mainly and make sure your grip is good..” she would be smiling at the boy. She would now not be 6 feet away from him. Her eyes were locked on to him as she moved her right hand under her head to rest on it. “The more use to your sword you become this will become a second nature for you. Something you can do without thought at all."

He looked at the girl in mild surprise, though not for long, there were a lot of people with a lot of different abilities out there he supposed. He listened to what the girl had to say, and as she sat down and looked at him he contemplated her words.

"Under compensating huh? I guess I really don't know my Zanpakutō quite that well than..." he said while thoughtfully looking at his blade. And again he got up, set his blade in his sheathe, clicked the button and again spun and swung his blade, this time putting his continuous strength into it, only for it to this time lodge firmly into the side of the dummy's head.

He pulled back on his blade for a few seconds, falling clumsily to the floor when it came lose. Looking embarrassed he got up and started dusting himself off, before looking at the quite visible imprint his blade left in the head of the dummy.

He decided that a fresh new target would help his concentration, so he moved onto a different dummy. Clicking his sword back into place and pushing the button to release the sheathe, he held the hilt and started to concentrate, trying to get the required power and trajectory through his head before he would try again.

The girl would close her eyes as he cut in to the dummies head. In a higher tone of voice she would say. ”Now you’re using too much.“ The girl would giggle as she seen him fall. ”Yes it takes time to have full control of any weapon. Zanpakutō’s more than others as each one is special. Having its own name/size/shape and ability.” the girl would stand up and dust herself off. “Truthfully when a dummy is all you have one must make due. And they are a good way of learning to control youer sword safely. But for true progress you need a moving… a thinking target. I don’t mean to belittle the practice dummies at all its just sparring with another helps you learn so much faster than alone.”

Isae walked over to the dummy who's head Zazyre had cut in to as he walked over to a new one. A quick metallic sound could be heard but at such speed it was almost like a pen drop. with her speed levels there be no way for him to see her draw her sword strike the dummy several times and re-sheathing her tanto. it would be like she did not move at all to him other than the small sound. ” If you’re up for it I’d be willing to spar with you. My name is Isea. I am the new head master of this fine Academy.” She turned to face him as she said the word Academy. At the same time this word was said the dummy she was standing by would fall into pieces. It having no chips or broken edges but perfectly straight cuts only. “What do you say ?”

As he readied his sword, he heard the girl speaking, and looked over to see the dummy he was just training on fall into pieces. Startled, he backed away surprised, looking at the pieces on the floor, all of them cut perfectly.

After she said she was the new Head Master he started thinking to himself "How did she move so fast? Just how strong is this girl? With this much speed and power... is she mocking me? He thought hard about her offer to spar, would she just humiliate him? Or would she actually help him? He asked himself. With her speed and power she could quickly and easily beat him. He thought hard before cautiously saying:

"If you want to do so, I guess I could use the help. But as Head Master wouldn't you have more pressing matters to attend to? There must be hundreds if not thousands of actual students in the academy, I just came here to train."

He watched her closely, looking for a smirk or any other sign that she had something up her sleeve, still suspicious about her offer to spar with him after announcing she was of such higher level than him.

She would look at him with kind eyes.” Your right there is a lot of things I could be doing. Paperwork or scolding those who misbehave. MY job is never ending that is for sure, but my number one job is not Paperwork or yelling at people now is it? My true job is teaching those who are willing to learn. To help those who want to become strong. To share the knowledge that others have passed down to me. Most importantly my job is to make sure each and every Shinigami has the skill’s needed to come back to us alive after every mission.”

She would place her hands behind her back. ” I won’t use my sword if you don’t mind. My hands will have to make due. As well don't be scared to use Kidō. I want you to treat this like your life would be on the line ok? So go all out I will be fine. Try to cut my head off, or maybe my arms. Whatever you like, but know this. I don’t plan on just dodging all the time and will attack you back. That all being said let’s start.” She would put her arm out in front of her and point at him. ” Hadō number 4. Byakurai. “Isae's voice would have a happy tone to it. She would not put a lot of energy in to the spell making it so weak that even if it hit him it would do no real damage though it might hurt a bit and by preforming it at a normal level of speed for a 5-0 so that he could possibly doge it.

He listened and thought "Job never ending? Sheesh she must have a lot of work." When she finished speaking he loosened up his tension, figuring she was actually just trying to help him. As for the part about cutting off her head or arms... That seemed a little odd to him, as if she knew he couldn't do it, which he probably couldn't he admitted to himself.

As he heard her announce "Hadō number 4. Byakurai" he put his left arm to his side a little in front of himself, and kept his right arm on his hilt. As he saw the energy crackling at her fingertips, he kicked his feet out, and fell backward, the move barely flying over his head. Twisting around before he hit the ground, he landed on his left hand and feet, sliding with his feet he swung around on the ground to the right while swinging his sword out of it's hilt, eventually coming to rest close to the floor, holding himself up with his left hand, sword drawn in right hand, and himself facing the Head Master.

He then lunged at her, and when he was close to his target: he swung to the left, and when he came around he swung his sword in a diagonal upward motion, aiming at her right side.

Isae would have a dumbfounded look across her face."ea?.." she could not help but thing to her self "The spell was not that fast and he did dodge it... But picking to fall on the ground like that... he looked like a fish out of water." The mental image of a fish flopping around gasping for air come to her mind. Said fish having hair styled like Zazyre. It was all she could do to keep from giggling as she found the idea of the fish cute.

As the boy ran at her she would be watching intently. Isae was reading into his movements so she could get a batter understanding of his speed and strength. Zazyre swung to the left side Isae would take a crouched position just barely avoiding the blade and seeming to flow straight back into a standing one. As he did a diagonal upward from her left side she would turn so that her side was facing him. Taking a couple steps back and leaning backwards a bit letting the blade pass just in front of her face." Not that bad really." Her left hands index finger would be pointing at his now open chest." Sho" This would use kinetic force to pushed Zazyre back.

As he swung his sword in a diagonal ark he saw her step back, expecting this because his aim was to drive her back for his next move. However what he did not expect was her to point a finger forward and say "Sho". He tried to get out of the way to the left, but as he was just about to get out of her firing zone, the move collided with his right arm.

As he felt the move connect, he felt his feet start to slide, and his body start to turn, and he thought to himself: "Aaahh f*ck...". His body then began to spin, the weight of his blade making him pick up momentum. As the room spun around his vision, he felt like he would soon hurl.

Eventually his momentum died down, only for him to collapse on the floor doubled over, neither his vision nor his stomach having yet recovered from spinning like a top. He could barely think as he tried to not throw up on the ground then and there.

Eventually he started to recover so he looked over to the Headmaster to see if she was hurt, worried that he might have hit her because the length of his blade was quite long, and when he had spun his blade spun with him in a large horizontal slash.

Isae would use a short burst Shunpo to back away as her Kidō hit his arm. Doing this would move herself out of Zazyre's blades range. As he started spinning Isae would place her hand under her chin and watch him. Giggling a little at how he was like a peg top she used to play with as a kid. After that feeling of nostalgia had passed, another thought would come to mind. Said thought being. "I am impressed. He almost avoided a relatively close up Kidō. " Isae would watch the boy as he slowed down and collapsed on the ground. Isae walking over to him would say in a soft voice." You did well. You almost successfully avoided it... The spinning was unfortunate, but let's just put that aside for now."

Isae would offer him a hand so that she could help Zazyre back to his feet. Looking at him she could tell he was dizzy from it all. "Try to Focus on one thing only. It helps a lot with dizziness." she would smile at him." Getting dizzy like this won't happen forever. When you start using Shunpo more and your body gets use to high-speeds things like this won't be a problem at all." Isae would look the boy over to make sure he was not injured.
