This board is mainly to show the information that is HIGHLY recommended to be looked at before doing anything within the Seireitei for a character that is not either in the Gotei United, or does not take residence in the Soul Society/Seireitei. GOTEI COMBAT EQUIPMENT
| 0 | 0 | | | The Gotei United is the installation of The Gotei. They have six active divisions which are spreads for a distance which is roughly two and half times the size of Texas. Each of these can hold a population of roughly 10.8 million shinigami within their ranks. With this amount of people living within their barracks, it is no wonder why the defenses of this base have been adjusted to further deal with any potential invasion threats in the future. They've installed various anti-teleportation devices, increased the potency of the Seki-Seki Stone and have expanded a wealth of resources, weapons and defensive equipment to help make them harder to overthrow. GOTEI COMBAT EQUIPMENT
Therefore, one can assume that entire cities of militarized force have been constructed since The Gotei United has been created. You can see rows and rows of various structures that have a mixture of futuristic sci-fi aesthetic to it in terms of the larger buildings in the skyline, while various bits of edo-styled Japanese structure can be seen in some of the more sacred, rural or official areas (Captain areas, vice captain areas, seated officer areas etc).
Thus, it's rather easy to get lost in the Gotei United and it's best to have a map or a good idea of where you are going when stepping forth into it.

Kade | | The Central 46 Chambers Compound is a highly restricted area in the Seireitei in Soul Society. Most of the building is underground, with only a small portion visible from the surface. In the anime, it was depicted as a circular building in the center of a body of water, surrounded by a wall with a single gateway. Access to the main building was via a bridge. It houses the Central 46, the central government of Soul Society. The Central 46 rules Soul Society on behalf of the Spirit King. They make all of Soul Society's laws and try those who are charged with breaking them, whether the crime was committed in Soul Society or in the Human World. Following the massacre of the Central 46 at the hands of Sōsuke Aizen during the Soul Society arc, and Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto subsequently taking over their normal duties, the compound has lost much of its former status as one of the most important places in Seireitei.

Hastur | | The academy was founded some 2,100 years ago. It is not under the direct control of Central 46. The Academy was once called the Shinigami Academy. It changed to spiritual Arts Academy when it developed into an institute for the next generation of the Kidō Corps and the Onmitsukidō as well as the Shinigami of the Gotei 13. Although, it is still referred to as Shinigami Academy in Rukongai. The Academy is a sprawling, multiple story building with architecture typical of Seireitei. It has an open courtyard, many class rooms, dormitories and practice areas for Zanjutsu, Hakuda, Hohō, and Kidō. According to Aizen, the commandment all Shinigami are taught at the Academy is "Do not seek beauty in battle. Do not seek virtue in death. Do not make the mistake of considering only your own life. If you wish to protect that which you must protect... ...slice the enemy you must defeat from behind."

Hastur | | Positioned atop the Sokyoku Hill where the object of execution once stood. The Unabara's entire clan rests upon this perch now. The entire area which once was a battlefield now houses an entire family. Everything can be seen in this place has training halls and many different things. It's considered one of the largest structures within the Seireitei, allowing Tsubasa to rest and oversee the Seireitei as a whole.
