Fairies, Witches and Ice Cream!

It was a hot summer day in Karakura Central. The lake by the park was full of people taking a swim to refresh themselves from the heat. Dolce was standing behind his Ice cream cart selling/giving away his ice cream to the people, but it wasnt normal ice cream. It was melt proof ice cream. This ice cream had a spell on it that it wouldnt melt at normal ice cream melting temperatures. Dolce was wearing a sleeveless white shirt under his sleeveless black leather jacket, skinny blue jean and a red belt.

But On the other side of the lake there was some ice cream competition. The three witches, well wizards, were trying to stir up some evil by also selling some of their ice cream. Their ice cream was enchanted to make people fell colder and colder until they were frozen in a block of ice. Dolce had no idea that the witches were there and that they were planing to freeze all of the inhabitants of the city. Dolce just kept giving his ice cream to his customers and had quite an impressive line while the witches had a slightly shorter but still impressive line.

"This day is just absolutely prefect, nothing can go wrong" Dolce said, little did he know what the witches were planing.

What a hot day it was indeed and what other way to take this day in care than to take a nice long stroll in Fuma Park. The well-known park belonging to Karakura.

Being stuck in a house all day, especially when this type of season had arrived in Japan wasn't very healthy. Unless you like being stuck in a humid room with little to no fresh air, even if you open the window for countless moments of your time then don't complain.

Even outside it was enough to say you couldn’t even feel any of the fresh wind smacking you in your face unlike in Winter and Autumn. Roll on Autumn, eh? Kentaro’s favourite season where old life was erased to get ready for new life, where those crispy multi-coloured leaves from the trees fell to land on the ground. Thus allowing the people who walk by the path to hear the crunching sound of the old leaves.

Everything looked bare at this type of season but at the same time it was beautiful, if you lived in a area where trees were taking up most of the view from the windows then within Autumn you honestly can’t complain that you can FINALLY see the beautiful sunset of the long rays of the last light of day as well as the outstanding colours it displayed.

A portable fan wouldn’t do anyone good today, as most people said using a fan just mixes up the hot air around someone causing their body temperature to raise even more.
But like most thought, this was a good day to go shopping.


Most gathering today took place within the café’s that Karakura had to offer, especially the down-town places. Not to mention the ice-cream carts within various locations, such as Fuma Park. Most of these indoor stores had air conditioning, the café’s at least. The clothes stores and such on the other hand didn’t which strayed most people away. The unbearable thought would have to be plenty of rushing people crammed together on the search for clothes on sale, passing heat to one another. It’d be enough to make someone faint.

Which is why, on a day like this. Dozens were queuing up for café’s within Karakura and the ice-cream carts within Fuma Park.

Moving on, Kentaro had only just arrived after his short stroll from his house down a wonderful path that led to Fuma Park. Surprisingly enough with all that he was thinking, the weather to be precise he was wearing the ODD of clothing.

This consisted of a jumper, jeans and a long sleeved top to match underneath his jumper. Whilst the people around him wore things like shorts, tank tops, skirts, vests and all that. Kentaro had to be the one to stick out, especially with the things like the glowbands of his to match his somewhat ‘crazy’ obsession of the colour green. Then again. He didn’t really have a obsession to him.




Sweating mostly more than others the boy ignored the idea to not fan himself and decided to do just that. He didn’t care if it’d make him hotter, that nice cool breeze at the moment was near to enough to satisfy him. But not fully.

Kentaro always had money on him, he was a kid yes but he knew how to save cash when he needed to. And right now the most on his mind was to actually treat himself to a refreshing snack. Now, to come to the cener of Fuma Park he didn’t know what to get, there were plenty of carts open selling different refreshments, ice-lollies, Ice-creams drinks and so on. A drink did seem nice right now but Kentaro’s eyes caught a hold of two ice-cream trucks, one with a large volume of people queuing and then one with a short volume. To be honest, if it was Kentaro he’d go to the short volume. He always felt bad for one another when something didn’t seem right, the one with the large volume obviously had better tasting ice-cream but Kentaro decided to help the other one out. Even know it didn’t look the most of inviting places he stepped onwards before a few seconds later arriving at a queue. Short enough for him to stay for at least five to seven minutes before getting served.

Stretching lightly before he let out a long yawn from the busy yet hot and tiring day he placed a hand in his pocket to take out his wallet. He wasn’t stupid enough to bring ALL of his money as most of it was in the bank or at home. He had bought a smaller sum of $30 with him. After all, he was on a stroll and where there was a stroll, there was something to buy. Yet again, Kentaro wasn’t the one to spend spend spend. He just bought what was fitting for the moment and of-course today, it was ice-cream.

Dolce kept serving ice cream to everyone that came to his cart until he noticed that all off his ice cream was gone. "Im sorry guys im all out of ice cream for today but Ill have more tomorrow" Dolce said to the crowd infront of his cart.

The people in the crowd groaned and started walking away to look for something else to cool them off. On of the wizards was around and noticed that Dolces crowd was leaving and decided to speak up for their own truck. "Hey people! We have a truck full of ice cream that is sure to cool you down to the bone" He advertised getting the crowds attention as they followed him back to the truck.

Dolce had not noticed any of this since he was taking the cart back to the cafe so that it could be safe. He then decided to change his clothes so that he could go swimming in the lake. After spending a few minutes changing he walked back wearing a black tank top and black swimming trunks and no shoes at all. He then took his shirt off and went into the lake. He did notice that there was a giant crowd around an ice cream truck on the other side of the lake and he said to himself "Well i guess the did need the business" as he laughed a little and he then began swimming around the lake.

While two of the witches were serving the mass of people their evil ice cream the third one started casting a spell that would create a barrier around a mile wide area which would keep people inside of the barrier and would allow them to make it colder inside the barrier. Their evil plan was to turn people into ice and then turn them into ice cream!

But that would only happen if they had already eaten the ice cream they were selling.

As Kentaro reached the cart and asked for ice cream a cold looking man quickly said "Sorry but we are out of ice cream. But dont worry we are going to get you some ice cream in a few minutes" as then the three men started laughing evilly. "Brothers its time to make some ice cream!!!" The three men held hands in a circle as they started glowing and floating in the air as they started chanting. "Turn this park into a frozen treat wonderland, let those who have eaten out ice cream have their souls stolen and turn them into delicious treats!!!" As they said that a clear dome surrounded the immediate 1/2 mile area. Then the bright sun was blocked out by thick unnatural black clouds as the temperature started dropping quickly so much so that it actually started snowing in the dome. "Dont worry child youll get your ice cream soon enough" The witches said as they started laughing.

Dolce was swimming in the lake inside the area as the dome closed right behind him. "Oh no they witches are here." He was near the shoreline but that was on the other side of the dome and he had to think of something be THE LAKE WAS FREEZING OVER!! Dolce started swimming toward the other side of the lake as fast as he could but the lake froze over him. But the ice over him glowed and exploded as he flew out of the lake and flew over to the witches. "Ok bitches what are you trying to do now!!?"
"Well we are trying to make ice cream that beats the crap out of yours! now leave and never come back!!" They said in unison as they hit Dolces legs and froze him to the ground next to Kentaro. "dont worry little boy we are going to make that fairy your ice cream cone" The head witch said and then laughed evilly.
