I don't see the harm in boosting their tiers. So, since there is no issues, I'll be approving this yen transaction, deducting the yen from your account and you'll need to make separate tier upgrade threads for them in order to be official.

However, in order for them to go through, you'll need to make a power upgrade thread and reference this thread in order for this to fully be offical. As for Carter? I can only approve him to 2-1++ until next week. Then he can go up another three tiers and so on. So you may have to readjust hat figure.
