Personality:
A caring person who believes firmly in his ideals, heis a product of his environment. Willing to go even as far as brawling in attempts to conquer any obstacle before him. However, he does prefer to avoid the scenario.When irritated sufficiently, he becomes tremendously threatening. When upset,Rook's menacing deep set voice and eyes are more than enough to frighten the cowardly. He places the most effort into activities he partakes in. The major ones being Fighting Hollows and working as a Manager for one of the Biggest corps in Karakura Central.With a strong sense of justice; he can't stand to watch the helpless being taken advantage of. Combine his competitive fervor, it tends to get him into trouble as he aims to be the best at whatever he engages in. Including conflict. Otherwise his laid back nature gets him both hate and love from the many people around him, as they wish for that level of motivation in other more important situations.

Though he may be indecisive when it comes to choosing the little things in life, it is made clear that when fighting hollows and making peace between two waring factions, his moves are as masterful as a chess player. All of his actions tend to be fast, require precision, and are roughly always dynamic in nature. Fortunately he is a quick learner, able to apply some skills or explain them even in the heat of the moment; if he understands it.

Not exactly the smartest person in the world, he was always a fan of science. Specifically physics, having grown so accustomed to trying to break the laws to perform stunts with his body. However, he understands the importance of intelligence.

Appearance:

Rook is considered well rounded when it comes to the proportions of his physical size. Athletic and well toned, he has a slightly above average build. Always standing with proper posture; his chest and shoulders are noticeably wide, but not as far to say he is anatomically incorrect. Strong arms are represented by powerful muscular definition a quality which also extends towards his legs.Rook's voice is deep and some even go as far to say soothing. He is very well spoken for his age. As commanding as his voice is, other noises he's capable of such as loud screams or laughter are even more demanding of attention.His skin is naturally tan; his hair is dark, short and buzz cut styled. A square and potent jaw line assists in framing his face. His soft yet powerful hazel gaze reveals an unparalleled determination. Face hair is grown in occasionally in the form of a goatee or just a light five o'clock shadow.

Rook is capable of augmenting his physical strength and attributes,through his understanding and manipulation of Reiryoku.His attacks are
given a slight power boost every 2-3 posts and the effects may stack until his
energy is depleted or unconscious.His attributes include hierro like skin,increased stamina and superior strength that may challenge a tier above his own.
Though his attributes may receive a rapid increase,his regular speed and reaction time are removed in order make it possible.

Background

Background: Rook was born on October the 30th.He was the heir to a large company, maintained and operated by his Father who spent years teaching Rook the importance of financial etiquette and knowledge.Rook had quickly grasped the understanding of running a business,which his father noted to be the greatest triumph he has ever made, other than starting the business of course.It was upon that time where Rook's father was becoming ill and he had no wife to run the business as at the time Rook was well underage.It was there you could say he worked himself to death after dying at a meeting with his clienteles.

4 Years passed and Rook had already lost himself to depression and self loathe having very powerful effects on the company as it grew closer to bankruptcy.It was upon searching through his father's journal when he found a note hanging out from it's pages.On the note was a number to one of the company's benefactors, which scheduled an appointment prior to day of opening this Journal.Rook took his part in meeting with the benefactors but only to figure out as to who they are and why they aren't listed as the others.It was a wintery night, the meeting place was to be at an abandoned airport, next to the 9th hangar looking out towards the sea.It was there a helicopter landed with the usual men dressed for business and an unusual man wearing nothing of the appropriate attire.

It was later that night that they revealed who they were and their cause and as usual Rook was insulted and skeptical about the whole ordeal. It was upon demonstration that truly convinced him, and so he was eager to listen to what else were they to learn about.It was simple, an Organization known as the Rinyuarui which specialized in dealing with the otherworldly events that took place and shaped Karakura as it is today.Needed more companies under it's control and an expendable task force to contribute in the efforts of the Rinyuarui.Rook at the time thought it to be a little absurd until he was fully persuaded and taken in as an apprentice of Alex Washi and making The Rinyuarui a proud Benefactor.

After regaining ground for his company and increasing profits.Rook was now the proud owner of his father's company while also dabbling in the affairs of the Rinyuarui and it's support.
