Reasons For Upgrading:Because I am the chosen one! No but seriously. Snopy has gone against James (whom I believe is a 0 tier) and lived (though James was holding back). He even put up somewhat of a fight. He took some time to do some serious training with his Kidō, and his Hoho. He also took some time to train with Kanna (tier 2-3) and was given quite the workout (it was also quite entertaining).

Any Extra Notes: The fight against James isn't 100% done. I have to wait for JJ to make one more post before the thread can truly be considered done. But seeing as JJ has been busy, I haven't rushed him to do so.
