A large park with a japanese garden style, Wagama Park holds gardens everywhere and is constantly maintained to be pristine and beautiful. It is a public park, allowing anyone to wander in freely. However, destruction, fights and other ill intentions are strictly forbidden in this area so as to not disturb the peace of toursists enjoying the koi ponds, open spaces, and other scenic places, including a public-operated sand garden in which anyone can come in and make their mark(younger and older visitors are given separate sand gardens so neither can disturb the other).
