This is something that is rather straightforward. It is a more advanced intercontinental ballistic missile. It is by utilizing the huge advances in technology, as well as the introduction of supernatural powers, the Russian forces have been able to create a missile which is approximately 1.5 times more powerful than a Nuclear Missile; it has a 750 megaton payload. Don't ask, Vlad simply doesn't understand how this happened. In addition to this they were able to equip some sort of device which is capable of forming a shield that will contain the fallout to said area. This shield can only reach out with a radius of 250 miles; anything larger than this will not work. This shield utilizes the Reiryoku that every shinigami releases and is able to form a physical barrier from this.

This device is something which is actually quite simple to comprehend. By channeling the Reiryoku into a very condensed ball it is possible to create a layer that is so thick that beings are not able to pass through. what allows this to happen is the fact that there have been shinigami on the planet for so many years releasing this reiryoku that it has accumulated to unbelievable heights. Being on this planet, yet never being tapped as a resource, it has simply amassed. The device in question is a round disk that will eject from the missile upon reaching three miles of the target; from here it will rapidly consume the surrounding reiryoku and project it downwards into a dome. This dome is continually supplied with Reiryoku from the surrounding area.

Nuclear missiles vary in power I need an exact yield, also is this one missile or multiple? I doubt 100x will be approved as even the smallest yields that would be damn near massive.

How does this work? How is it using the spiritual energy of shinigamis? How does it contain it? You're leaving out way too much details.

Change to 75 Megatons.

Make that shield encompass 250 miles because you are not so much containing the radiation but preventing people from entering into that zone.

15,000,000 and they can only have three missiles at a time. Making new missiles require a thread.
