ALRIGHT, LOOK HERE

Alright, until Kyle decides to come back or announce his leave, OR GENPAKU GETS MORE ACTIVE, I'm going to be having Stefan Soan temporarily act as the Monsuta Leader until something happens with the leader/co-leader of this group. This is because the guy is extremely active and is holding the org up by himself. With both leader/co-leader inactive, and with them holding alot of shit up, I'm just going with this choice until further word. If Kyle has an issue? Then he needs to bring it up with someone because we have heard nothing for the past 6 months on whatever he was intending to do.

As Stefan Soan now leads the Monsuta, Nathan Washi is being promoted to Royal Guard Commander and Touki will be made his Lieutenant.
