Although it's in archived, I'm working on that app instead of the one in approved currently to renew his application.
Reason for Joining: Hakai did create the Monusta, it is his home. Perhaps coming back to his home after the break is the best idea.

Removing Zetsway from Black Operations Lieutenant as he has gone inactive. Also, Monsuta may be getting a upgrade/revamp once I have discussed it with Gin and thought up plans with him, so keep an eye out for an update sometime in the near future!.
