Personality: Fujisan is very quiet and reserved, but he’s not the usual quiet type. He’s quiet for the sole reason that he usually doesn’t have anything to say. He is always carefully looking at the situation he is in and only speaks with those that he thinks deserve hearing his voice. Though when he speaks it usually isn’t the nicest thing to hear. Because his energy has been tainted by the energy of spirits that died around Mt. Fuji his thoughts and views on subjects is not a positive one. His comments usually revolve around death and bring about a depressive aura on most situations.

Fujisan longs for very few things in life but one thing that he does not know and does wish to know is the other spectrum of feelings. He doesn’t know what happiness, joy, laughter or fun are, he does wish to know what brings them about. He usually asks people to laugh for him, so he knows what laughter is.
One thing he does know is pleasure. He takes pleasure in making other people suffer in battle and filling them with fear. Knowing that his enemy is terrified and that their will is starting to break is like candy for him. When around other he will try to scare other people, something that happens even when he doesn’t intend for it to happen.

His attitude toward death is that of something that is needed, it something that has to happen. He has killed people for 500 years and he feels no remorse for what he has done, he feels it is something that needed to happen. The people that come to the forest have one single purpose and that is to commit suicide, they want to die. Accepting death is his cue, once people accept death to him it means that they no longer fear it, if they dont fear death there is no need to fear him. Those that he sees fear him are given a chance to run, if they dont he takes it as a signal that they want to die, those that do run are forever in fear of the forest, so much so that they have been driven insane by thinking they have faced death itself. He understands fear and why people fear death, but if they have made the decision to die than it is his job to bring them to it. It was their decision and it is his pleasure to bring them what they desire.

Background: One day a blizzard was blowing on the summit of Mount Fuji. The blinding snow and howling winds swirled as if spirits were flying in the snow. The spirits of those that had lost their lives in and around the mountain, their energy still lingered there, the energy of human life. This energy helped kick start a process, a process of birth.

Mount Fuji has always been revered; in it lays great energy, the energy of nature. This volcano always had a mysterious fog covering is snowy summit, snow that never seemed to melt, it receded but never left. This snow combined with the earth itself was the pinnacle of energy; the energy of the souls brought this energy to a tipping point, creating this storm. As the snow and wind whipped around it started to coalesce into a form.

At first it seemed like nothing more than a very large ice crystal, but it began to take a human shape as the storm progressed. As the storm ended there stood a man wearing black garbs that moved in the light wind. His long gray hair swayed in the wind as he open his eyes, his glowing yellow-green eye. As he opened his eyes energy surged and the mountain around him shook and quivered. Snow began to swirl around him as the snow underneath him solidified and turned into ice.

The man looked around the snow covered summit with an icy gaze. He didn’t know who he was, all he knew, and all he could feel was pain, suffering and anger. Most Nature Iramasha do have a tortured past because of the humans that directly caused them grief, for him it was the same, but different. He didn’t have any direct contact with humans, but he had been in contact with their souls. Many people in the olden days of Japan left old people to die in the forests, the cold night taking their spirits away, and here at Mount Fuji it was no different, but there was more. At the bottom of the mountain is Aokigahara, the Sea Of Trees. People who walk into this forest never come out, because they have one thing in mind, suicide. The countless souls that took their own life their energy still lingered in the mountain, and their energy helped fuel his creation. Their emotion filled his energy and shaped who he was. He walked towards the edge of the snow cap and looked through the fog and heard a voice in his head. In a low voice he said “Fujisan, that must be my name.” His gaze drifted down towards the forest below, he felt himself drawn to a specific spot, he began his walk down to Aokigahara.

Once he got into the dense forest he started to see the bones of those that had taken their lives in the forest. He looked around and he saw someone and they saw him. Their eyes locked and the man froze in place, fear filling his face. Fuji walked over to the man who didn’t move a muscle, a prepared noose above him hanging from a branch. “If you wish to end your life I will end your suffering” Fuji said as Yamanaka formed in his hands and he swung, slashing the man in half, the cut freezing over. The two halves fell to the ground and as he stared at the corpse started to freeze over, after a few minutes nothing but a cold skeleton was left below the hanging noose. Fuji smirked and looked at the forest around him, he felt that this forest is where people came to die of their own volition, he looked down at the skeleton and said “Just as you have perished by my hand, so will others that come into my forest. You were the first and you certainly will not be the last.”

After that day many people claim to see the figure of a man with dark clothing and gray hair appear whenever someone walks into the forest. Those that return from the forest have very cold bodies and suffer from severe post-traumatic stress disorder.

Due to his appearances throughout the years a sort of urban legend started up around him. It was bad enough that the forest was known for its suicides and the supposed spirits that caused them, but now people had seen a supposed "demon" that murdered those that came into the forest. They called him "Aokigahara no yuki" or "Snow of Aokigahara" due to the fact that the corpses that were found cold and covered in snow and ice. It is said the he was once a samurai that never used a katana, instead he used a large scythe that did give him an advantage, though by many it was a dishonorable advantage due to his ability to stay for from opponents and just cut them down in a single slash. He was mostly known for being hired to murder those people that others claimed had wronged them and thus deserved to die. It is said that he did executions in the deep, icy caves that are found in the forest, away from prying eyes, but it is said that one day a victim managed to take his scythe away from him and used it to strike him down, leaving a scar on his face and hands. After that day it is said that his spirit wanders the forest and that he is the main reason for those that never return. Though many people are found normal there have been reports that up to 25,000 (taking the average rate of about 100 suicides in the forest per year so about 50 per year for 500 years) corpses have been attributed directly to him.

Seishin Buki Name: Yamanaka

Seishin Buki Appearance: Yamanaka is a 6 foot long scythe with a 2 foot blade. The pole is a rich ice blue and the blade is a deep ocean blue. These colors transition seamlessly into one another getting darker the closer to the blade.

Seishin Buki Abilities:

Frozen Strike: Everything that is hit by Yamanaka’s blade is frozen by it. If something is cut by it then the cut is lined with ice, as if cauterizing the wound or cut, only with ice.

Crawling Ice: The ice that Yamanaka produces, slowly and painfully grows on the object or being slashed by it. It grows 2 inches every post and causes excruciating pain as it grows. This ice digs into the object slowly per post causing extreme frost burn if not melted quickly.

Sorcery: Filled with Chaos and Natural energy Yamanaka allows Fujisan’s spells to be shorter and more powerful at close range. This ability can be used to transfer those spells into Yamanaka to change how it acts and how it looks, changing its properties. For example if an earth spell is channeled into it, it would deliver a bigger bone shattering impact, while a wind spell could cause it to have increased knockback. This does vary by the spell’s intended purpose.

Nature Powers: His nature powers are based on two things due to the location where he was born: Ice and Fear. He is also fairly skilled in using Earth Nature Energy in his spells, but can’t manipulate it.

Frost Field: Due to his icy nature the area around Fujisan is colder than the ambient temperature, mostly depending on his mood. When he neutral the temperature is usually 10F (12C) degrees colder than the ambient temperature and when he is in battle the temperature drops constantly (10F degrees per post) dropping the temperature to 100F (37C) degrees below the ambient (if the temperature that day was 50F degrees it would be -50F). This area extends up to 15 feet away from Fujisan.

Flash Freeze: He can freeze anything that contains water within 100 feet from him. This does include living beings. It can’t fully freeze spiritual beings, but it can affect them by covering them in frost and giving them a bad case of frostbite.

Glare: Fujisan glares at the opponent and instills them with a surge of fear, paralyzing them for one post. He can use it several times per thread but it becomes weaker as he uses it, meaning that it becomes harder to paralyze an opponent with each use and the probability of it working becomes lower with each use. This ability is powered by Chaos Energy. It works by sending out a wave of energy that hits the enemy. This ability works like a wave of energy shooting out from him in a forward direction for 300 feet, it moves at the same speed as an average bullet.

Keen Eyes: Due to his high vantage point upon his birth and heavy fog, chaos energy made his eyes to be able to see clearly through most fogs and mists. He can also see things clearly from several miles away with little or no distortion.

Cold Hearted: Fujisan has very little emotions and because of his coldness he has the ability to minimize the effects of illusions and fear effects. In most cases he won’t be completely unaffected by them but it might shorten the effects or minimize their hindrance on Fuji.

Manipulation: He can manipulate water and ice within a 50 foot radius.

Aura: His aura and blood are white.

Regeneration: He can consume ice or water. Ice regenerates him better, but water will do just fine.

Ranmyaku Blast:Freeze Lancer: His chaos blast resembles a glyph around his body that shoots out 5 five-foot long swords and a chilling blast of slicing artic air powered by Chaos energy. This -30C (-22F) blast of air can freeze most things in its path, at the same time slicing and dicing them. Because it is a straight line it can be fairly easy to dodge, but the swords do have a homing ability.

Raging Field
Incantation: “Extend”
Description: This spell increases the range of Fuji’s Frost field by merging it with his manipulation range extending it to 50 feet. If combined with his Yamanaka it causes Yamanaka’s strikes to decrease the temperature of the object hit by 10 degrees F (12C).

Ground Dasher
Incantation: N/A
Description: This spell creates a 15 foot cone of earth spires that rise 10 feet into the air. When combined with Yamanaka Fuji slams his scythe into the ground to create a homing line of earth spires.

Icicle Crash
Incantation: “Fall”
Description: This spell creates a dark cloud that follows the target and rains inch wide icicles down for 2 posts. When Combined with Yamanaka it creates and ice version of Ground Dasher.

Hangman’s Noose
Incantation: “Hold”
Description: This spell creates a “rope” of chaos energy that aims itself at the targets body, preferably their neck. One end of the “rope” wraps around the target while the other end is held in Fuji’s hand. This rope tightly wraps around the target and the more they struggle the tighter it gets. When combined with Yamanaka its strikes cause the same ropes to emanate from its blade wrapping what it touches in them.

Chaos Moves:

Chaos Warp: His chaos warp looks like a flurry of snow and wind. He usually uses his warp for movement purposes due to its slowness. It is mostly used when he feels the spiritual pressure when someone enters Aokigahara forest, he uses it to warp to the person and then warp back to his cave.

Chaos Barrier: His chaos barrier is different from the norm. He creates singular panes of chaos energy to protect himself. They do not create an inner world for him they just protect him from attacks. Due to the inability to create an inner world he can only create 3 panes at any one time, thus always leaving an open area.

Frostbite’s Return: Cold Heart

Command: “Freeze”

Description: Fuji’s aura becomes visible and ice starts to form over his skin. His eyes glow a bright yellow as visible waves of chaos energy flow from his eyes. Both his Frozen Fear and Manipulation ranges extend to twice his normal range and his spells ranges also double in range and duration.

Icicle Armor: Fuji’s ice is covered in a transparent layer of super hard ice that is flexible. It has the hardness of steel and can be used to deflect ray type attacks and block physical attacks with his bare hands.

Flurry: Within 100 feet of Fuji light snow falls while in this state. This snow gives Fuji a constant reservoir of ice to manipulate.

Extra Glare: Do to a burst in chaos energy Fuji can do an extra Glare at the same power level. Instead of paralyzing the enemy for a post this extra glare slows them down by 25% for 2 posts.

Frostbite’s Strike: Frozen Fear

Command: “Scared Yet?”

Evolved Seishin Buki:

Description: This evolved seishin buki has improved its normal abilities. Crawling Ice moves now grows 3 inches per post. His Sorcery now allows him to cast spells silently and fuse spells together. It also gains the following abilities.

Life Flame: In its evolved state Yamanaka now has the ability to absorb reiatsu from beings and the environment. This reaitasu turns into an icy blue flame that covers the partial skeleton at the top. He can use this reiatsu to create blades of energy that can be thrown from a long distance, focus and fire them as a beam, use it to sharpen and

Sheer Cold: In this state Yamanaka is filled to the brim with Fuji’s Ice energy, giving it an augmented control over ice. In this state it can be used to fire icicles and blasts of cold air. Any ice created by Yamanaka in this state, whether fired or from direct contact, is Crawling Ice.

Previous Abilities: The abilities from his Return form stay the same, they are active in this form, but are not augmented.

Fear Aura: He is surrounded in a 10 foot area of chaos energy that causes those in this area to be overwhelmed with fear. Those with a low enough Willpower are subjected to stay 20 feet away from Fuji. Those with Low Focus can’t look directly at Fuji.

Ice Crucifix: This ability first requires that each of the oponents limbs be covered in Crawling Ice for at least 3 posts. This causes the ice on each limb to form pillars of ice that connect to each other forming a cross that immobilizes the afflicted. This takes 3 turns to form, arms first, then legs, and finally they fuse together holding the body in place. If it takes full effect while the person is in the air they will fall down. This ability can also be used in a smaller scale. If the target has two of the same limbs covered in ice for a combined total of 2 posts (meaning that each limb must have been affected by Crawling ice for at least one post) or more they can form a beam the following post. This ice can be broken with enough force and can be melted by high heat flames.

Frostbite’s Purity: Aokigahara

Command: “Ensnare all and bring them to their inevitable fate”

Description: In this form Fuji’s appearance changes. In this form two curved ice horns emerge from the sides of his head and icy bat like wings erupt from his back, his hands are covered in ice to form sharp claws.

Frozen Coffin: This ability comes into play the moment he enters this form. This ability creates a dark field that spreads for 1500 feet in all directions. Those inside are trapped in a looped dimension, meaning that if you walk to one edge of it you would be at the opposite edge (with the exception of up). Inside this dimension it is dark, barely enough light light emanating from the frozen trees that create a dense forest. Inside these trees lie the mangled and tortured bodies f those that have been slain inside Aokigahara forest. These same trees radiate a deep cold aura that constantly chills the area causing its temperature to drop every post. The starting temperature of the area is 32F (0C) the freezing point of water, the temperature drops 10 degrees every post. This field is directly linked to Fuji and he has control over it, though not absolute control. He can warp inside the area without any penalties and he can change the look of the forest almost at will, meaning that the post he changes the forest or area he can only move or attack from where he is, not change the area and do both. This area lasts for a maximum of 6 posts. Fuji can cause it to last longer but it comes at a price of losing 25% of his energy per extra post. This area isn't completely inescapable, If one has the ability to warp though dimensions or if one goes to the top of the dome and strikes it hard enough one can escape. (A simple chaos warp or garganta cannot get you out of the area unless you spend substantial ammounts of energy to power it up.)

Farenheit or Celcius? I'm sure you can figure out which one is not ok.

It goes against their will skills and if they are lower than Fujisan’s willskills they are affected by it.

This needs to be elaborated on...a lot. Is the chaos energy a projectile or is it just "His eyes were pointed at you, you're paralyzed!" or is it a genuine projectile that can be dodged? The latter is ok, the former is a hell no. Also...which will skills? Is there a specific will skill or are we tallying up all the points in each person's will skills, ignoring that two out of the four have nothing to do with this ability.

Um...it's not a straight line if they have a homing ability...if it has a homing ability, that -100 degrees celcius needs to be curled back to around -30, because, ya know, it's not a straight line.

Really need to pick a system of measurement and stick with it...you're bouncing from no description, to Celsius to Fahrenheit.

From what I understand, there are multiple different levels and tiers of Warpage and Barriers...these need considerably more description.

Why is your stage one increasing the range of your stage two? That makes negative sense.

And how can the victims get out of this? How long does it last? There can't be zero counterplay to an ability like this.

Also, you need to strike out the Frostbite's Strike: Frozen Fear and Frostbite's Purity: Aokigahara. You will not have access to them starting out.
