Announcement on Teleportation In Combat

New Announcement

During a recent discussion in the site's Main Xat, we have come to the conclusion that the site needs to regulate the ability of Teleportation in a character's powerset. It has come to our attention that many of our member base believe that things should be altered and heavily restricted during Combat of any type. This regulation will be taking place for both Graded and Unchecked applications. Unchecked applications will begin this new regulation immediately at their creation. For graded characters we will be reviewing any teleportation abilities that have been created previous to this announcement. On the stance of Racial Abilities based around Teleportation, they will be regulated just like any other character's power of teleportation would be for Combat. Now keep in mind, High Speed Movement and Teleportation are entirely different. Flash Step, Sonido, Chaos Warping to enhance speed and the like are all non-teleportation abilities. Do not confuse these with things like Chaos Warping use as an instant teleport from one place to the next. M'kay, since I think everyone gets the picture with teleporting, I'm going to remove this from Global Announcements in order to declutter it. It will, however, remain on the sidebar.
