The Hollow's thoughts raced at everything that had been depicted thus far in the battle. It didn't know how many more tricks the Human had at their disposal, and it was for that reason he chose to continue at such a weakened state. It wanted to learn everything about this individual and their ability before it took it all away from them and made it his own. The rain continued to pick up, the droplets seeming to move in slow motion in the short pause. Their plans were built for the coming confrontation, expectations of the known and unknown clashing frequently. It was difficult to fully read the full extent of Nix's power due to their unorthodox means of suppression, but given how the battle was going thus far, it didn't seem vast enough to cause any issues when its limits were finally tapped into. The man's reply to his remark only sparked a chuckle from the Shinigami that opposed them. It was a fair point, when one died they lacked any ability to feel for the world left behind, save a few unique cases. But there were things worse than death that applied to plenty of people. Even with its own personal spite with the concept, to others death was simply a natural thing in the flow of the universe and nothing to seriously fret over.

"I never said I was going to kill you when this is over, now did I? I'm not that merciful." The visor over Ruvik's eyes replayed the events that took place thus far, examining them and picking up on the man's style and ability. Something made very apparent by now was their versatility in application and and unorthodox skill set spanning multiple races despite their humanity. Was that their unique personal talent? Or was it the sword that produced various arcs of destruction only moments ago. These thoughts were cut to a close as the pacing returned. Though it only lasted for a moment, it was clear the man had just taken their power to the next level. An eruption of energy burst from their form, but the full extent of what that entailed remained hidden. In any case the creature raised its guard, ready to act on a moments notice and examine the new leap in power the Human had taken. Once it had been determined what kind of an increase had occurred, it could make a safe guess on how much power any future changes could offer the man and what to expect to a degree.

Like a bullet Nix was off, charging straight for the Shinigami with an intense burst of speed. It wasn't like the former outputs of agility where the new forces of humanity's evolution bolstered its might. Rather it now appeared as a natural increase in speed that greatly out-shined the traditional pace they formerly operated at. In any case, it was nothing out of Ruvik's range to handle just yet. His own speed had been drastically augmented from its normal limits still, and even beforehand his ability to outpace an adversary was potent. The landscape crumbled beneath them after the motion, showcasing the climb in strength as well. The display interested him more than anything, curiosity demanding to know just what kind of might the ascended soldier could muster. Rather than taking on a defensive approach again, he;d meet them head on in a clash of forces sure to shake the very Earth around them.

Using his free hand, the Shinigami prepared to strike back against the speeding Nix, energy flowing through each muscle and amplifying it;s efficiency to contend with the apparent boost. The two forces approached one another, the momentum-building adversary getting closer with each frame. The already slowed perception of time from a mix of adrenaline, high-speed maneuverability and anticipation had nearly gone to a halt. Any moment the two titans would clash and an enormous explosion of destructive force would consume everything around them. Or at least that is what the fiend expected. Using the same medium as before on a much grander scale, the blurred image of Nix dissipated, the man moving at a rate four times faster then even before and appearing directly above. The shinigami barely caught sight of their new point, only catching it with the visor's unique three hundred and sixty degree vision. Oddly enough they were too far away to land a direct strike now though. What were they planning?

Just as Ruvik made an effort to divert his counter attack and turn to his adversary, it was already too late. A punch never connected, but an immense amount of kinetic energy rushed him. The air distorted and the visor even picked up on the effects it had between the point of launch and himself, but there wasn't any time to avoid it. The muscular husk of what once was a Shinigami went flying toward the ground at destructive speeds. Skin was ripped apart just from the path down to the ground an traces of blood sprayed out into the air. Just as soon as it started, the immense force met its end on the ground. The power behind it was far more than Ruvik expected and more than he was prepared to contend with. He hit the ground like a bomb, an explosion of raw force splitting off in every direction and his body paving through rock. A new crater had been forged at the impact zone with the Shinigami;s body in the middle of it.

The power of the crash had damaged him substantially. The visor covering his eyes had been cracked, nearly broken on one side from the point of impact. Multiple bones throughout the body had fractured, some even breaking from the force. Blood spilled out rapidly from each appendage, painting the dirt crimson. There was no time to rest with the sight of another amalgamation of electric currents being forged and readied for a folllow-up attack. The visor, though cracked and damage could still function. It picked up on the bio electric nature of the currents, presenting valuable information to understanding what was happening. It wasn't energy, but a controlled and possibly buffed application of the natural forces the living flesh produced! Either this soul was a genius or had been given a natural affinity for bending multiple kinds of forces since their power's inception. It would certainly explain how they could bend both the will of kido and cero-like constructs, now this!. Even moments ago when the mass of kinetic force struck him without a proper connection hinted to another means of projecting that energy.

The bolt of lighting descended toward him, barely any time given to react after the punishing strike before it. A solution required only the slightest effort though fortunately. Nefarious dark energy appeared directly above the Shinigami's fallen form. Instead of taking the form of a simple barrier, it stretched out to connect to the ground on four point with a curved center large enough to block the entirety of the incoming bolt. Rather than block it directly. the shape and design of the structure above Ruvik diverted the bio electric current directly to the ground. It split apart at the center, falling to the four paths and traveling to the ground they connected to. At the same time this took place, a similar material began to rebuild the damaged flesh and bone from the impact. Even with the exceptional durability of this new body, frequent repairs seemed inevitable. As the stream of electricity ended, the bridged of conducted energy collapsed and poured back into the Shinigami's body.

Ruvik pulled himself from the ground, multiple bits of rock embedded in his back from the crash and his overcoat ripped to shreds. Now even his second layer of clothing was damaged with blood staining large potions of the fabric. It was a good thing they were on Earth, as once this was over it'd definitely need to get a new attire fixed up for this mask of flesh. One after another, the next onslaught of destructive power became apparent all too quickly. The blade of malefic form appeared in Nix's hand, forging a new blast of golden devastation sure to bring about enormous destructive potential. It became clear painfully quick that this one had become even more powerful than any blast preceding it, and blocking it without ascending to the next echelon of its own might was out of the question. Not feeling comfortable taking that approach just yet, the parasite pushed the puppet to its current physical limit and poured even more energy into it.

With its physical might at its current peak, the Shinigami vanished from the ground a split second before the blast connected with the earth. The light obscured all vision between the two of them, and that offered a small edge for the slightest moment. Using both the kill in the art and his already immense speed, Ruvik traversed the air at hyper-sonic speed, coming to be once again a dozen feet behind Nix. His free hand stretched out toward the man in a fist, his focus centered entirely on the foe before him. The golden blast from before struck the ground with unmatched force, digging the large crater even deeper and forging a large explosive dome from the point of impact outward for hundreds of feet. Lightning crackled in the air from combustion and burning rain turned to small clouds of steam a midst the man-made Hell. Lightning crackled around Ruvik's fist, the charge taking nearly no time at all to be completed.

It was time to start showing a small portion of his hand, at the least. A bullet of red energy darted from the Shinigami's hand with exceptional kinetic prowess despite the natural weakness of the technique. It was quick, both in charge and actual speed that few could contend with. He launched only a single blast, one that normally couldn't inflict damage too severe on its own, but could still pushing an unsuspecting foe pretty far if it connected. Additional power fueled the bala, giving it a far greater push on contact. The goal of the attack was to break Nix's guard and knock them down into the epicenter of the destruction their own cero had forged to contend with the unrestrained power. Where his opponent fought through excessive bursts of power and speed, Ruvik sought to capitalize on every opportunity for the least effort until the time would come for his true darkness to be revealed..Perhaps not much longer now.

The zanpakto in his hand resonated with all the energy it absorbed thus far, nearly overflowing with power. Though not as potent as its competition, it certainly had the edge in volume. Kinetic force ripped apart the storm, the aftermath of the golden blast being nothing but a plume of smoke and cinders. He had faith in the surprise of the blast to give him a brief edge, but given the new surge of power in the Human's grasp anything could happen. His senses were peaked, the last of his wounds hidden under flesh being repaired as he fought. This wait and counter show will end soon enough. He had almost learned enough to be confident in taking things to the next level. Everything until this point was all a test to the ability of Ben, the new subject in his possession. To his credit, it was a moderate success. Nothing groundbreaking, but a satisfactory product of the most unorthodox kind.

Energy poured out from the sword, entering Ruivik's body and giving him a temporary surplus of energy for the near future. His overall power even seemed to rise as a result, but as nothing more than inflation that meant little for longer than a few moments. The remainder of the damages were mended, placing him back at perfect health for the time. The Shinigami waited, no longer concerned for hiding their more Hollow nature due to the context of what was about to unfold in their mind. Of course it would give his foe a new thought to distract them and pull one string of focus away from their next form of attack. The predatory eyes of the fiend locked on Nix, the malevolent intent behind them building with each passing clash.

There wasn't much time left. As he was engaged in this fight a imaginary clock was ticking, counting seconds until something tragic would take place. It seemed that while Nix was trying to actually kill his enemy the weird Shinigami was simply playing with him. It opened question about how truly powerful is the being if he could afford sustaining such large scale attacks just for...Experimenting? Gathering intel? Shraik wasn't sure. Regarding that, it was a pleasing sight seeing how his first attack connected without problems, creating even larger scale damage than the male had even intended. What though surprised him was the actions of the Ruvik person to protect himself from the biological electricity.

It wasn't a Kidō, about that the Arcanist was sure. Energy signature gave the sensation of something darker. Maybe Demon Magic? But no, as he observed in that moment a sinister voice in his head again spoke, causing the incoming Cero to become unstable just for a moment.
"Sheeees, you have one inside yourself, but still can't identify Hollow energy when see it!" Suddenly it became much clearer and with now clearer head Nix released the blast.

The blinding light, aftershock which forced Shraik to fly multiple meters away, this was the result of his blast. The golden light had blinded him, making it impossible to see if his enemy had survived. Sudden cramps went through all his muscles, skin and even bones indicating that the orders he had set for his body have started to take effect. In the same time a weak, in terms of damage, Bala hit him from the back and force Nix to land in the middle of his own created Hell. As the raw power tried to break through Nix's Soul Matter he felt his heat in large amount releasing from his body. Muscles were growing even larger, tendons becoming more durable and flexible in the same time. From the pours of his skin white substance overflowed Shraik from outside, forming something similar to exo-skeleton. The males nails would grow into fearsome claws and fangs take a shape of ones every lion would feel proud of. His jaw adjusted to fit all this in his mouth as well, as eyes changed their structure so his vision would be amplified. To further turn the male away from humanity from his head down to his tail bone 15 cm long spikes would emerge, each having a bit bluish tone to them and releasing a bit electricity now and then. As the last, but not the least, from his shoulder blades two bat-like wings emerged, bloody, but ready for flying.

As the golden power seized to destroy revealing Ruvik the new monster in front of him. Standing three meters tall with a bloodthirsty glare the male made a growl, cough like sound before speaking again.
"I have never left the enemy much chance of leaving me alive and I'm not thinking of changing this. One of us will die today and I have too bad of luck for that person to be me." A wolfish grin spread across his face before the heavy wings started to make slow movements for Nix to take up in the air. For them to be able to float such a body, as well, as the whole change in total, it took immense amount of energy to form all the necessary bones, muscles and such. The outer, white layer was on par with his Soul Matter, if not even stronger. His strength had been enhanced even further, as well, as natural speed. All natural senses, as hearing and sight had been augmented as well and on top of that his body had acquired few natural attack methods animals possessed in nature, though the male had them in much fearsome scale.

At first his movements in air were awkward and it was the best moment for his enemy to act. Though if the Vizard would attempt to attack they would find to hit the same energy dome Nix once had already around himself, but only four times stronger. Even if used the same technique as before it would be enough for the Vanguard member to pull the barrier back and act. With powerful flaps in sound-braking speed the Arcanist like a bullet went at his enemy. The spikes on his back shone bright blue as a burst of natural electricity was charged in large amounts. If managed to hustle speed enough in the short moment it would be quite easy to avoid this straight forward attack which in that case would colloid with the red dome.

No matter to what it connected a devastating explosion of massive forces would be released, destroying the battle field even further. Together with raw, natural force a blast of negatively charged electricity would be also released, though the damage it made was almost nothing compared to what had been created before. So, if the impact target would be a person it should take immense durability to leave without fatal injuries. And even if the defense would be enough the force alone would be enough to make them fly across the battle field and yet again create another impressive crater. If the defense wouldn't be enough than Nix's fist would probably destroy everything surrounding the region he hit with his fist before making the victim fly. In the same moment if the target would appear to be the red dome the impact should be enough or even more than enough to create huge crack, making the shield slowly crumble in pieces.

After the release of such a force Shraik would use all his natural and supernatural senses to locate his enemy. Upon succeeding in that the Arcanist would mutter only few words while the electricity in his body would charge again.
"Bakudo 79 - Kuyō Shibari!" With the increase in speed and power by four times for the enemy it would seem as the Kidō had always been there. Eight black holes would surround the Vizards personal space while the ninth would appear just in the center of the persons chest. From the last time Nix had learned that using slow forming Kidō was a bad idea only because of the persons Zanpakutō. Thanks to the first release forms massive boost in almost all aspects of the humans powers he decided that using a weaker, but fast forming Kidō would bigger chances of succeeding than anything else.

If it would even stall his enemy for a moment Nix would then blast away all the electricity he had been charging in his body. This times it would be positively charged energy. Upon leaving the males body it would create brilliantly white light, more blinding everyone than causing actual damage. This was created do to the connection the positive charged particles had with the negative charged ones. In this light, being blind himself too, Nix followed the Vizards Zanpakutōs energy signature, again utilizing Soul Dash and receiving a sting of pain for it, to appear toe-to-toe close with his enemy. Golden mass, the mans own spiritual presence, would leak out of his hand and with this hand than Shraik would grab the sword. By sacrificing 10% of his overall power it would be enough to even overpower the swords absorbing effect and destroy it. After that the males wings would release massive force when flapping away, sending both males quite apart.

The Shinigami focused on the falling form of his adversary. The blast struck its mark, sending the Human into the abyss of their own power's destruction. In truth it was difficult to maintain this kind of an edge in battle against one with such vast destructive might over his own. Though their strength was undetectable, each feat of devastation spoke for itself. It was only a matter of time before things progressed to the next stage of battle and the very foundation of the city was torn asunder by the clashing forces soon to come. His only primary edge in this battle thus far had been his speed, able to outpace many of the hazards that could have very well lead to unfortunate ain and energy expenditure. As the dome of golden light began to dim; destructive force wavering in the winds of war, the Monarch couldn't help but feel something was off...Very off. Especially for instinct-bound creatures like Hollows, there was a type of sixth sense many had when a dangerous force manifested under the shadows of reality.

This sudden feeling was confirmed as the last of the destructive energy ebbed, In the wake of devastation remained a new creature, clad in bone and more closely fitting the look of another Vasto Lordes. The differences were still obvious between one and the new creation Nix had become, but they were close. Was this some kind of demi-Hollow form this man could conjure? Despite being clearly Human, a Hollow's power certainly dwelled in their soul. The malicious intent of a brother oozed out from each segment of bone, filling the war zone with malice. Ruvik stared with a brief look of shock. So suddenly? Was there some reason this man chose to push things to their conclusion so quickly? Or did they simply have too many unique advantages to even need the use of restraint. Such a luxury was one of the few things the unseen fiend strives for. The tools to become such a titan were well in its grasp, but the road to grasping completion was far from its reach. Never-the-less, the creature was being pushed to its current limits, and it had no idea how powerful this new form of might would prove to be.

The Shinigami's surprise turned to joy, his face boasting a temporal smile and laugh spilling out from his throat at Nix's words. This laughter was short-lived, replaced shortly by its timely retort. He had no intention of striking out at the newly evolved foe. To do so without a decent understanding of just what this state permitted on the fundamental .basics would end poorly. The excessive muscle mass that adorned his body began to shrink down slowly, the energy being returned to the source in preparation for the next step in ascension. Of course his speed and power remained at monstrous levels on their own accord, but not as much as they once were. It all directed into one place in the core of their soul, the hands on the clock ticking closer to the final marker before the bell gave off it's final ring. " The conclusion will be for the winner to decide. And you never know..I have a hobbit of giving people some good luck." Its grin grew wider at the last phrase. Of course one's perception of good luck could bend the outcome to be a fallacy or the truth, but few lives met with its own without permanent change.

The visor picked up on the energy dome manifested around the Hollow-morphed man as they took flight. Trying to pass it with the little time it had before the next wave would only waste energy. instead they prepared to defend once more, examining all his adversary had to offer and building energy in the core of his being. the sluggish pace had soon been replaced, a burst of speed ripping through the air and sending the hybrid straight for the Monarch. At that point they were even faster than this restricted form! To go from a slower dependency on movement technique to such ground-breaking speeds in a single leap was impressive, catching even more twisted interest from the unseen enemy. Quickly maneuvering to the left, the Shinigami barely avoided the collision. th kinetic energy spinning off from the large monstrosity tore apart sections of his already tatter jacket. Most of the outfit had been ripped to shreds by that point, and what wasn't torn up had been soaked or covered in bits of blood.

The transformed opposition continued onward, meeting head on with the crimson barrier that once protected the city. The shockwave from the collision scattered across the battlefield! The already damaged structure couldn't take so much force after having already been damaged on multiple accounts.. Larger cracks formed over the dome, each building into another and growing larger in succession. The monarch took in a deep breath, focusing on their internal energies as things began to fall apart. There wasn't any doubt in the power the new Nix had in their arsenal after such a display. Bits of broken shards from the crumbling barrier fell to the city below, the remaining civilians in its confines going into a panic surely. A mix of fear, anger, and despair welled throughout the remaining fodder, filling the air with immense amounts of malevolence coupled together with the growing killer intent being drawn to the surface through Nix's Hollow. Despite how much things seem to have gone ary from an outside perspective, the new situation couldn't be much better in the mind of the fiend.

These thoughts of the impending shift were cut away by the instantaneous conjuring of nine markers of death. The Shinigami's eyes widened at how fast it al happened. Eight constructs of energy surrounded it faster than it could move to negate them, the final manifestation forming in its chest and severing any motion from this body. How could a kido have formed that quickly?! Even for that spell, this was far too fast. Agitation built up in the parasite's mind, soon replaced by caution at the speeding opponent coming toward them. The seals were too powerful to simply break in a moment's notice like before. All the augmentations strung together alongside it made it even more of a troublesome spot. But Nix wasn't aiming for direct damage in the end of it all..No, he could feel it their intent. The target of choice was the very weapon still clutched.

A blinding light stretched through the sky, lighting up the darkened sky and covering the charging human from view just to give them even more of an edge. Being undetectable by traditional means and now hidden from sight with the binds in place, planning out a means of defense was difficult. But where most senses were made useless in this problematic scene, the most effective of them all shined through. With the new power Nix attained, a wave pulsar of malevolence radiated from them and the armor they dawned. The unique abilities yet to be shown gave Ruvik exact details on every move the Hollow-like man made. It was at this time that all of the Monarchs power had been accumulated. All was ready for the end of his defensive stalling and evaluation. the binding energy around him would prove troublesome for only a few more moments and nothing more.

Like a pest Nix was upon him once again, their eyes meeting as the winged beast opted to grab his zanpakto. A torrent of black energy spilled out from the Shinigami's hand, coating the guard and moving down to surround the blade entirely from the Human's touch. The energy had been condensed multiple times over, easily matching the durability of multiple layers of hierro in a moment's notice. That wouldn't be enough though. The golden energy beat down on the barrier., tearing through layer after layer of the defending material with ease. Eventually they all gave way, the consuming power conflicting directly with the zanpakto it clashed with the repelling energy of Ben's spirit, the overcharged reishi acting as one final act of defiance against the assaulting power around it. Over a few moments, this too gave way and the remaining power clashed with the sword, creating cracks along the steel and across the entire weapon.

An angered scowl crossed the Shinigami's face, their agitation rising into a complete fury at the damage being down to their weapon. Bits of metal fell from the sword, the barrier and extra defenses doing just another to prevent its complete decimation and nothing more. Any use of it at the time would have lead to its end. The once refined tool of destruction wavered, maintained only by a darker power inside it. The half of the blade grasped by Shraik broke off entirely, shattering into bits of metal dust and leaving behind only a broken sword. A mass of kinetic energy forged from a flapping wing split the two apart, the still-bound form of Ruvik striking the ground and kicking up a large amount of dust in his momentum. The Shinigami landed in one of the previously forged craters, their face hitting the ground and dirt covering their flesh.

There was a pause, a dead silence. Perhaps it could be assumed the previously cocky combatant had finally lost or given up after the damage done to their weapon. It was barely functional, yes, but the defenses added to it had saved it from complete destruction for now. Still, the soul remained, thinking over all it had learned both now and in the past moments through their battle. A dreadful feeling spread from the man's fallen body. It stretched for miles, encompassing the entire city that now had no defense left to protect it but the remaining fragments of a breaking barrier. It was not to their fortune to be assigned one most malicious as their guardian, a monster of the most twisted nature that only cared for those directly loyal to its own will. The fodder under the banner of Shadowfall were little more than lambs to the slaughter, or they would be soon at least!

The remaining fragments of the bakudo began to twist, contorting and becoming unbalanced by a new force effecting them. The true nature of the monarch became painfully obvious as their energy began to manifest. It was no doubt that of a Hollows...But something was off about it. The density far exceeded a traditional vizard. In fact the nature of it was even twisted, filled with a sense of evil and vile power that defied even the staple of a Hollow's signature. What radiated was not pure killer intent and voracious instinct, but a construct of pure evil given life. The fallen Shinigami stood up, the bind breaking apart instantly and the residue scattering around him. The same nefarious energy that had been used as a defensive mechanism time and time again now surrounded Ruvik, a complete cloak of the material swirling around him.

"You know...I just got this sword not too long ago,..."

It spoke calmly, but with an undertone of quiet rage. The act of damaging something that belonged to it had incurred an internal fire in the demon's soul. A pulsar spread across the landscape and through the air, seeming to actually darken the world around him by some kind of supernatural force. Any wounds the Shinigami once had were gone, even the most recent bruises from moments ago. The man stood up, the flesh visible from his damaged coat beginning to shift. It's very color changed, becoming a deathly pale white. The creature turned around slowly, the flesh of its frontal body also changing to that unorthodox white color. It didn't yet become fully apparent the amount of power that was being brought to the surface. But Nix didn't need to wait much longer.

"You're lucky it didn't shatter entirely...but still..."

The Shinigami's eye darkened, becoming a much deeper shade of crimson red. It matched the hue of fresh blood, and the piercing gaze of the monstrosity unleashed gave off an intent worse than death. It was the eye of Ruvik. Its will was absolute and desired only the despair of this wold as a whole and the eternal continuity of chaos. It returned the damaged zanpakto to its sheath, allowing it ti rest and repair itself over the next few steps in battle. The same dark power that fueled the parasite worked to repair the broken down weapon. It would take some time, but when it was needed, the weapon would be ready. Overtaken by wrath, there was no longer a worry for contending with the powers at Nix's disposal.

Hold The Line: The Claim For Garðabær [Iceland Conflict; Event Mission] - Page 2 Evil_e11

The entity inhaled, sparks of crimson lightning building up around them and causing any plant life that managed to survive thus far to wither. Corruption spilled out of his pale flesh in bulk, a darkness consuming everything close by. The Shinigami started to hover through the pressure of their own building energy. The density continued to increase more with each passing second with no sign of an end. Its eyes never ceased their focus on Nix, examining every minor detail of their new form and its power. Where it may have been the might of a Hollow, the beast inside Ben was a breed of their kind far more foul. Even among Vasto Lordes their very existence was an oddity. The Hollow energy controlled the Shinigami's power in line with its own. It was a reverse duality where the creature inside bent the strength of the husk to its will and overtook it! One could compare it to a vizard's rise to a full Hollow, but even that wasn't quite accurate.

" You will learn the consequences of your actions!"

The Shinigami's voice shifted a great deal, becoming distorted to the point of sounding like someone else all-together! It was like the screeching cry of a mutant abomination cursed with the will of a Demon's tongue. The volume shifts between words reached levels too loud for any normal voice, the echo of its emphasis stretching into the endangered city. The previously calm solider had become much more, the bleeding hatred in their tone unlike that of any living thing on this Earth. All that from such a short confrontation and a single damaged blade. It left one to wonder just how more fury could be incurred from the entity.

All the power locked away in its host burst forth all at once! Multiple shock-waves of twisted Hollow energy crushed the landscape below even more, tearing apart the ground and scattering rock, stone, and corpses that remained from the start of their conflict. Despite their displeasure, a wicked smile crossed the man's face. Ruvik continued to levitate in the air with a culmination of evil chi and crimson lightning flaring wildly around him. He pointed a single finger toward nix and the city behind him. A black dot appeared on his fingertip, an infernal power gathering in fractions of a second. It cast off multiple rays of darkness in nine different directions, the core of the blast aimed directly for Nix's heart. Given how far away they were and the power Nix now had, they may have been able to dodge despite what was about to happen. But if they did, the now open city was open for fire. At this point the creature had little concern for the people or this place. All that mattered was ensuring the tortured soul was blessed by as much pain as Ruvik could bring upon them.

In an instant an enormous cero shot forward! The force of it ripped everything below it asunder. The very fabric of space started to shift and distort under its immense pressure. Red lightning crackled across the blast, showing the influence of the malefic power mixed with the vastly amplified strength in the Monarch's possession. It was only a cero, but from the influence of everything upon it, the blast had become something vastly more powerful. It darted through the air at speeds rivaling a bala, ripping away at any light that touched it and threatening to obliterated the first major thing it touched. The concentrated malevolence poured into the blast made it horrifyingly potent and ensured the explosive radius would be multiple times larger than normal. A lot of questions were left in the air. Would Nix dodge? If so, it would show just what kind of person he really was. Being the hero was quite difficult for reasons like that. It wondered if they even could block it.

The cero possessed the vast power of a Vasto Lordes, refined by the skill of a master, and amplified by the corrupting power of pure hatred given physical form. On top of all that? Were the blast to connect with the transformed target, the wicked energy would course through them, amplifying any feelings of anger and completely shutting down their healing factors for a short period of time. From there only more assaults will follow. The defender's game was over. now Nix would have to contend was his target and fight back against all the destructive potency the Hollow's wrath had in store for them!

The joy of success didn't last long. Yes, this new form had boosted the man's chances while being only series of multiple biological enhancements, but muscles had a tendency to become duller upon larger use. What was done just now was just the thing and if not for his High-Speed Regeneration the male would be all sore. As the moment of silence became longer and longer even when Nix could sense his enemies life as bright, as before, feeling of dread took over him. Something silently laughed in the males head. Like something really amusing would take place. Nix's senses were set on their sharpest, his Bane Blade manifesting in the right hand.

Suddenly the first wave of pure fear covered the battle field around them. It was too obvious from whom this was going out, but still Shraik couldn't imagine what will come next. As the evil spread more and more, leaking in the males own veins and making something shudder in joy from all this devastation. Understanding, painful one, came at him like a bucket of cold water upon his head. He can't do it! He can't save everyone here even if sacrificing his own life. This wasn't one of those battles in which he will laugh in the end and have some cookies. With these thoughts something boiling hot burst inside the man's chest.
"ARE YOU STUPID!!? If you are ready to die than stop wasting my time and let ME eat you! No way I'm giving you to some parasite!" Shraik didn't listen till the end as the Vanguards gaze was now fixed on his enemy. While the Ruvik-person hasn't changed that much in appearance there was something which indicated he had went through a metamorphosis larger in scale than Nix himself. True, life ending power power radiated from his body and while Shraiks body and face expression seemed calm, inside fear was boiling strong.

As the man spoke it was clear the Shinigami had been only a disguise for a true evil. Nix just stood there, not even blinking. Then it came. Shraik didn't need much to understand that a pointed finger, being it Shinigami, Arrancar or Vizard, meant that something will be fired from it. But what the male didn't expect was the scale of his enemies attack. Massive beam of power went straight for the kill, releasing sense of brutal power. It wouldn't take long for the blast to reach him and though Shraik could avoid it, he didn't. This was the only way for the male to protect the city and those in there. And in so all the nine rays found their way to the males body. He became like a burning sun, only black and instead of radiating warmth this ball of destruction only sent out the feeling of demise. In it Shraik felt as quickly his defensive layers were torn off. First the Soul Matter, then the bone layer. When reaching his flesh a mix between a roar and scream escaped, being even louder than the explosion itself. More and more of his muscle mass were reduced to ash. Through the veil of overwhelming pain Nix issued a lone command, something he always feared to activate because of few odd reasons. With it the computer, in the same time giving hundreds of warnings about the state of the males body, cut off all pain signals that were going to the humans mind. Like a bad dream all pain disappeared, leaving the sense of...Nothing. Of cold nothingness. Now he could simply watch as his own flesh was reduced under the burning, dark power what came from this Ruvik.

After regaining his clear thoughts Shraik re-created his shield sacrificing 15% of his power to protect all his vital organs as well, as what he had left from flesh. What seemed odd to the male was that while he had the emotional coldness which was expected upon cutting his ties with pain something more...Malicious was also surfacing. Like, the evil his inner Hollow possessed was now somehow seeping into Nix's own personality. For some reason the male didn't mind. As the explosion seized a figure clashed into the ground like a rag doll. Same as moment ago it was hard to believe Shraik was even close to a human being. Organs with few pieces of torn flesh and black bones were the only thing left. The miserable figure made a step forward, stretching its hand to try reach the Shinigami in front. Of course both were way too far to do it as Nix tried to his body started to shake before falling on to the ground. He closed his eyes...And well of power surged. As he entered his second release phase muscles and skin regenerated in amazing speed, everything from greatest to smallest injury was fixed, as well, as his stamina returned to its peak. The Anima Stone was trembling from the massive power, but as always Nix was the only one who could tell. Ground crumbled under his presence alone and as he got up a face expression of calmness could be seen.

After regenerating he now looked like a three meter tall giant without any hair, big muscles but lacking any hair, genitals or distinguish face features. If not for the muscles Shraik would seem nothing more like prototype for a human. With a deadly precision the man disappeared kicking in his Soul Dash. Now it was amplified further by ten times, making it seem as he had just leaped in time. The place where he then appeared was high above the man, higher than he ever had before. In the same time symbols of magical origin would appear around the enemy from which massive energy chains would then dart at the guys direction in speed similar to Nix's own. While taking quite impressive amount of energy, plus being augmented by Soul Dash, they had the power to hold off even atomic bomb at least for few moments. Shraik needed only one as he pointed yet again his Bane Sword at the enemy. A cold smile was given before from the tip of the sword yet again a Cero was released. Because of the boost from the release form it was much stronger than anything released so far, radiating ridiculously huge amount of destructive power . Upon clashing one could also see why the man was so high as a dome, larger than the city next to it appeared, made purely from golden, destructive power. Then he watched...And waited for his enemy to strike.

"....you lot are nothing but battle horny, I swear....."

There was a crass and irritated voice which echoed out on to the field. One that would be -- immensely familiar -- for Ruvik. Through the ash, corpses and flames of the war grounds, the likes of a certain cherry haired Espada placed her barefeet on to the ground without so much as a concern for anything occurring around her. And why should she be concerned? She was the PRIMERA ESPADA: "Rose Mischevang". To reach the ranks of that stature in Hueco Mundo was no gentle feat. Blood, so much blood needed to be drawn to reach this level that the sight of their clash was all too familiar and dull to this royal hollow.

"...looks like another waste of my time."

Scratching her head with another gruff sigh of agitation, "The Primera Espada" was at a lost for why she was even called out to such an event. Sure, it was useful the fool went all out for her to record the battle data and better prepare for future clashes. However, she was expecting -- a bit more firepower than this.

"This is all that is left of the Vanguard's army? Some overlooked runt two steps from death stands for a battalion? Fucking ridiculous."

In a flash, she emerged atop the of the dome and stared upwards at the golden sphere heading towards the town. While, with another glance, "The Primera" gazed at her "loving" project doing better than she estimated. At least -- given the fact she gave him a beta-type body. Given the short constraints they worked under, she was glad to see that he was still otherwise holding up and ready to give the fool a run for his money.

Therefore, "The Primera" saw fit to give her fellow Espada a little "edge". Having analyzed the results of this battle thoroughly, it wasn't far out of her reach to speed up the recovery process of Ruvik's Zanpukto. Ergo, with her previous knowledge of the mechanics related to his body, this "Rose" utilized the power of Origin Code in order to restore the whole of Zanpukto in little to no time flat. Given the adbudant resources of energy within herself, and her expert craftsmanship, it wasn't too out of left-field for this to occur. And, with her handy eye, she made a few "revisions" to it. Ones that would make negating it's power quite the difficult feat for Nix to try again.

Thus, in order to understand, one would have to understand that "Rose" is able to see the very coding of the universe. Everything which makes matter, particles, energy, life and so on are able to be studied under Rose's eyes as peer code. With her energy, she is able to alter and shift these codes to induce her preferred effect through the guidance of her cybernetic mind. Hence, after observing that pesky ability of his, Rose modified coding which compromised the essence of Ruvik's Zanpukto to be five times resistant against being negated after examining the residue left in its wake.

And the same could be said -- of Ruvik's body. After all, she helped enhanced it. So why not augment it a bit further to deal with this new threat?

"Don't botch this up, Ruvik. You're cute and all, but we still have a reputation to uphold."

Holding up one finger, "The Primera Espada" took a soft sigh and eased her tone of voice; albeit it was still filled with much annoyance. For now, she needed to focus on readjusting the barrier and adding further layers to it in order to better enforce the defenses. From there, with her knowledge of his attack, she'd inject a line of metaphysical code into the dome in order to make it resistant against the energy frequency associated with Nix's attacks. In this way, he would find it terribly difficult to break through the dome as their battle became more chaotic and hellish.

"I'll observe the performance reading from this fight and grade you later. For now, proceed with the attack with everything you got. You don't need me to deal with this runt now that I've fortified the defenses...and yours. It's a waste of my fucking resources to lift a finger against this hack until this fight is over."

With those harsh words echoed out on to the battlefield, "The Primera Espada" would then fold her arms and stay true to her claims by not retreating within the barrier, but standing straight atop it without moving a single inch. She would whether the storm with her Espada and pay witness to the monster she helped enhanced. Now it was time to show what he could do as a hollow.

"Don't let me down, Ruvik."

And with that, he was free to do with as he pleased against his crispy foe. Hopefully, The fellow Espada had what it took.

[From this point onward, Rose is merely observing. You can proceed as you would]

The corrupted Shinigami smiled as the blast hit its mark. The explosion radiated like a black sun, burning the air and sure to leave his adversary in quite the condition. The energy built up at the point of contact, clashing against the solitary hero that stood to cease the incineration of thousands of defenseless civilians. The thought crossed it that this very well could be a premature end to their battle. The power behind it may have not been close to the peak of the potential destructive force at Ruvik's disposal, but it was more than enough to reduce someone to cinders on a direct hot. Flames coursed through the air, smoke rising from the point of impact and a long streak of torn up landscape left in the wake of the blast. The power behind it finally began to ebb,t the outcome concealed by a mask of dust and inferno. Despite the destruction and an inability to sense the Human's power, he could feel that they had yet to pass on. No, they were too unlucky for that, weren't they? Right they were with that claim, but how long would that continue.

Things had progressed to the point where the Monarch had no intention of letting Nix off easy at this point. His power was roused, still inducing a sense of dread throughout the graveyard of war and waiting for his target's return to continue their unjust retribution. The parasite represented all that was darkness and evil, an anti-thesis of light and a creation completely devoid of true moral or feelings. All it portrayed were a perfect guise that even the cybernetic eye of the new age of Gods could not fully track. Even its own conscious failed to comprehend the full nature of its existence, but that was just fine. So long as it succeeded in its ever present goal of damnation, an instinct given upon its first infestation of a deceased home. The Shinigami's hand fell to their side, the black power that resonated from their body slowing down and flowing around them calmly. This burst of fury ebbed as quickly as it began, replaced by a more lethal malevolence laced in thoughts of the near future.

As the dust cleared, Ruvik nearly burst in laughter. Though his adversary survived, even healing entirely in short period of time once again, they had become horribly disfigured. How ugly could this thing get? It was starting to even make its unseen form look appealing to some degree. It was only to get worse for them though, as the carnage of chaos had only just begun. Watching the Human carefully, the pale-skinned Shinigami chuckled and spoke in the same bone-chilling tone. Their mood changed rather quickly, the mind of the unseen creature an anomaly few could comprehend. Still, their voice was no less dreadful . "Still alive, are you? Guess this just isn't your lucky day after all..But don't worry..We'll get that taken care of soon enough...."

He could see another change taking place in Nix. It wasn't easily apparent, but the effects it had on the world were obvious. It was another ascension, but not one that would help. The Monarch outstretched their arms, the muscles adjusting to the new power coursing through them. Where the Vanguard arcanist was gaining substantial power each clash they made, the changes that occurred to the Hollow were enough to cross multiple leagues all in one go. It was overkill, and he knew that. He even planned to take this one leap at a time, but that moment of agitation was too much. In the list of their few weaknesses, sudden ruptures of wrath was one of them. Yet at the same time, it proved to be a valuable strength. The newly regenerated titan burst through the air even faster than before, more than double their former pace. Still, tracking them wasn't too difficult with the visor in place and his own vastly increased speed.

Then came the symbols. The tarnished land below was covered in them, marking of n unknown origin appearing out of nowhere. It was obvious something was about to happen, even at the rate things progressed. The Shinigami took in a deep breath, focusing on the power in their body and letting it flourish. The coating of dark energy thickened, the the immense pressure of the Vasto Lorde's power creating a gravity-like effect everywhere around him. The muscles of the body twitched, becoming filled with the creature's power once more. They bulged all at once, the muscle mass of the pale fiend expanding, but not as vastly as before. It didn't need as much energy to reach its peak in might with how readily available its power had become. Its already unseen rise in speed and strength were increased even further, now on a level nearly unheard of. The chains darted at him from every direction, their durability and speed buffed up by the same technique it had seen throughout their entire confrontation.

The Monarch made no attempt to dodge, standing still as they wrapped around his arms, legs, and mid-section. These attempts at binding were useless, unable to comprehend the scope of the force they were trying to contain. Once they were locked in place, the Shinigami pushed outward, his arms causing the magic material to shake violently, over hundreds of thousands of tons worth in pressure crashing against them from the inside. They were durable, sure, but the physical strength this body possessed was even greater than when his true strength was first revealed. They showed signs of giving way, but not before Nix fired their next attack from the sky. Just seeing it he could tell the power behind it. It was vast, a destructive force he tossed around like nothing. For one so concerned for the people in the city they sure had no problem unleashing forces with enough destructive potential to reach the city itself. As the light obscured their vision of one another, small mouths manifested near the bound soul's arms, biting down on the chains with over one million PSI of force. Combing with the the strength they were combating, the metal gave way and broke apart!

The chain fell into the crater below, Ruvik vanishing in a flash of speed before the blast even reached the half-way marker. Shunpo, combined with his currently ridiculous pace easily exceeded hyper-sonic levels, the devastation of the motion masked by the crushing force of the golden cero that followed. it struck with a ridiculously loud boom, the explosion lighting up the dark sky and creating hurricane-level winds from pure kinetic force. As the devastation took place, the Monarch appeared even higher than Nix, looking down on him without a scratch. It seemed the last time hadn't taught him a lesson, and thus history was due to repeat itself. However, a few things had changed from the moment he escaped the blast to where he resided now just a few feet from the prey before him. Any traces of the mouths that broke apart the chains were gone, but now a thick coating of black spiritual energy covered the man's right arm.

The energy that surrounded resonated with intense power, drastically improved from the origin it was taken from. Without a word the Shinigami leaped forward once more, their speed over five times that of sound itself! Before any gasp of surprise of a shocked cry could be made, Ruvik launched a fist straight for Nix's spine. Before was devastating enough, but now? The strike had easily five times the might of the last. His strength was on a whole new level in its most basic state, but two amplifiers were in play. First, his physical speed and strength were both doubled once more, pushing the gap between them that much farther. The aura around his arm acted both as an armor a kin to hierro, and also a powerful weapon. The impact force of whatever the fist touched was increased even further. All-together it was something even the newly-arrived Rose herself wouldn't want to take a direct hit from.

Whether it connected or not, an explosion of kinetic energy would rip apart everything around him. The Hollow was focused on draining this man of any energy they had left and reaping his reward. As far as they were concerned, this fight was already over! Depending on what happened next, the ever-growing powerhouse of a Shinigami would unleash the second stage of the charged energy around the appendage. It would be especially problematic for his opponent if the strike successfully landed and knocked them into their own forged burning abyss for the second time. In the blink of an eye, ten pitch-black bala launched from the same fist that launched the previous punch. They shot out of his arm like bullets from a mini-gun, split only by the smallest amount of space.

Each bala aimed for Nix, regardless where he was now. Though bala were traditionally weak, these were different. Of course they were not on par with his cero, but Ruvik's skill extended to the underestimated bala as well. They each housed an explosive force equal to missiles. exploding on contact and creating multiple clouds of smoke and flames each time they hit something. They darted though the air even faster than the man that fired them, easily reaching Nix were they to be hit and attempting to crash into his falling form before they even reached the top of their own destructive creation. It sounded like fireworks each time they exploded. He only wondered how much more of this punishment the Human arcanist could endure.

To make matters worse for his opposition, it seemed a familiar presence had come to the battlefield. Or so most would think. Any worry about the city was out of the equation now though. That was both a good thing and a bad thing. On one hand it was technically their job to keep the place in tact, but on the other it wasn't a very valid threat to use against Nix at this point. That was soon counteracted by the changes taking place from Rose's own unique powers. In seconds the blade his energy worked to repair in the background had been fully restored, able to once again neutralize any concentrations of raw power he needed to deal with. That may have been the last hope for the Vanguard's victory, and now it was gone. Despite her aid, the Monarch had a battle to focus on, offering only a brief glance of attention to his current superior, and a genuine smile.

They could speak properly once this all was resolved. The pale Shinigami returned their full notice to Nix, watching for how much damage they took this time around from his explosive assault. All this healing would wear anyone down, and its why the parasite chose to avoid such damages. the cloak of energy faded away, but where one thing went, another came to be. The husk of ben quickly grasped the guard of their zanpakto again, unsheathing it and holding the blade in the direction of where he thought his opponent to be. It shined once more, but differently now... The sword's moment of weakness allowed the creature's controlling grip to tighten in the spirit inside of it and give him even more control over the weapon Nix worried about most.

"I told you your luck would turn around, didn't I?"

Chains should have bound him...But they didn't! The blast should have been fast enough...But it wasn't! Nix should have thought of something more, something to defeat this being, a true demon. But nothing came to his mind. Saying the truth, he was out of trump cards. The Arcanist tried and tried coming up with new ways how to outsmart and defeat his enemy, but as time showed all of them bare no fruit. As the mans heavy fist landed at his spine in ground braking speed the snapping of bones would be heard if not by the noise of the golden energy dome he had created. There was no pain, though his computer gave a warning that due to the extended overuse of High-Speed Regeneration the fix won't be complete and multiple sections of the Nanowires that ran inside his body will be made useless. But there was no time in worrying about such things. Multiple Balas after the hit came crashing down on his momentously paralyzed body. The goal was no too obvious, he was once again directed to the golden hell Shraik had crafted.

Not allowing that to happen a symbol appeared above air and with speed on par with Ruvik a smaller chain then before emerged, wrapping around the mans leg and pulling him with great strength in apposite direction. From that momentum he then let loose Soul Dash, in reply getting a warning about internal brain bleeding, and stopped on the other side of the golden sphere, away from his enemy. Nix didn't know how, but from nowhere the red dome which was destroyed only moments ago returned as it had never fallen in the first place. Above it a small girl with God-like power radiating from her stood, having the most bored face expression a person could hold in such battle field. Just seeing it the mans fighting spirit would die, if not for Shraiks incredible stubbornness. When the golden dome fell, revealing what was hiding under it a bad feeling curled up to the mans throat. Yes, there was no chances mistaking, the so feared sword had once regained its full health and now even radiated more power then before.

With a grim confidence in his eyes Nix manifested The Bane's Blade once again in his arms and sink it deep into the ground. Then, dropping on one knee he bend his head down in something similar to pleading. All his spiritual pressure suddenly escaped from the locked cells in a form of gold liquid which was dripping from every pour of the mans body. It encased the man and shifted like a golden sarcophagus before starting to take shape. His hands, legs and broad chest, every inch of his huge body was in solid gold heavy armor. In its middle a skull with two green gem eyes indicated the location of the soul chain and a golden oni mask completely covered his unnerving face. From back a set of golden wings emerged, radiating solid, warmth light.

As the transformation had finished immense amount of power, that rivaling this Ruvik person, radiated from the armor along with a pure thirst for blood. Nix raised his blade in the air in so making a single massive slash of destructive energy at the males direction. With his enhanced speed at that moment Shraik wasn't there anymore, but by breaking speed of sound head in the direction of his enemies left shoulder. If they would manage to put their sword or anything else in front for protection the Arcanist would pay no attention to it. There was no more room for tricks at his side. He had used up all of them and so what came from the longsword upon connecting was not just the regular amount of energy, but constant flow of Cero. He was pressing the blade with all his buffed up strength at the enemies in the same time releasing more and more power. Maybe that sword could negate his single blast, but would it be able to deal with a constant flow of it?

All was going according to plan. The strike landed its mark, each concentrated blast exploding one after the other and filling the sky with consecutive booms of noise. Smoke filled the air and flames fell to the ground far below. This could have very well been the end, the Hollow's foe cast toward the epicenter of their own destruction on a vastly larger scale. Just as it seemed to be the end for the Vanguard's pawn, chain forged from the sky grappled on to them, throwing them from death's hold and to the not-so-far edge of the golden dome. They just wouldn't submit to their fate, would they? The fiend stayed in the air above, looking down on Nix with a twisted grin. They only prolonged their own suffering in this endeavor. The devastation below began to waver, the destructive energy diminishing and leaving behind the largest crater yet. It stretched for miles, large enough to consume the entire town adjacent to it were the blast to be just a bit closer. Embers burned over the landscape, the destruction greater than the creature thought the man capable of at the start of their battle. It mattered little though.

the Shlinigami looked over their sword, feeling the new energy coursing through it. Not only was it draining the immense stores of energy scattered throughout the battlefield once more, but the infection in the spirit under binds had been strengthened. Something good came out of all of this after all. It still wasn't enough yet though..They resisted, allowing onlt the weaker half of their full potential to the puppet master above them. In time, that would change though. Hollow-like power resonated from the sword along with the natural energy it exuded. The light burned black, continuing to darken the space around them and corrupt nature itself with its mere presence. It wondered, just what did this Human have left? Bind after bind, boost after boost, things must have been coming to their conclusion soon. Without any further messing around, the creature had already reached its peak in power it could access through its will alone. With the crushing force its energy forced on the world of the living, it doubted the man had any proper means of contending with the new power it grasped, or they would have done so already..Unless...

In the tide of hopelessness it seemed this soul had more trick to share. The Human's power skyrocketed, golden energy forming around them with the true nature of their inner demon. The malice resonating from them seemed much more appropriate now. Of course it would warrant a slightly better challenge, but it also played into the monster's favor. The Monarch raised their blade, the evil energy coursing through it becoming denser with each passing moment, The morphed eyes of the Shinigami focused intently on the changing soul's next move, wondering just how powerful this new state of golden bone would prove to be. The cloak of dark energy continued to twist around the pale Shinigami, their bloodthirsty expression and anticipation unquestionable.

At the sight of the potent slash of energy darting toward him at mach speeds, the fiend prepared itself for the next attempted attack by the hybrid and preparing to counteract any problems that would come from the next few moments. Time slowed down in the creature's senses, the visor acting at its best to pinpoint everything that took place in the next few moments, and there was certainly a lot to record. Everything happened in moments of each other, each action and response happening with the utmost precision and speed that it seemed to almost blur. The Shinigami struck their blade in the middle of the oncoming blast. Its power flourished, the destructive force flooded with corrupting spiritual energy and breaking apart on contact! A thick mist of golden energy surrounded the Hollow in Shinigami flesh, the opposing Human appearing before him in a flash of speed that even surprised Ruvik.

That was it though, a surprise. While nearly on par with himself now, it was fr from something that could break through his guard. This was especially true with the augmentation flowing through the host to heighten every aspect of their ability. Though at their sudden assault, a few problems were posed. The charge of the zanpakto hadn't had time to return to it, its focus already centered on draining the dispersed power that now lingered around them. Instead, a more offensive retort was needed. The parasite's eyes locked with Nix's, the same sword it used to disperse the immense power of the first blast now in place to strike back against the transformed Arcanist. Only, instead of being a simple slash an enormous mass of destructive power harnessed around the blade! This seemed the best option given the flow of destructive energy the visor picked up around the Bane.

The two blades clashed. At that very moment a few things began to conflict. The immense physical power behind each weapon as they met in the sky above, the increasingly potent destructive energy they each unleashed forward in a single moment, and the momentum each swing picked up in less than a fraction of a second. The impact force alone forged a powerful shock-wave that stretched out for miles, cracking the terrain and pushing the craters in the earth even farther down. The true sight came from the colliding cero at such point-blank range. Two tidal waves of destructive energy were released in each direction, the dark, nefarious power of Ruvik's demented will clashing against the final efforts of a man giving into the more malicious nature of their internal beast. they were not simple cero either, but constructs bolstered by the increasing blood-lust of the opposing Nix and the various sources of increased destructive might both of them tapped into.

Dark and gold fire filled the sky, the opposing forces sending increasingly powerful gusts of wind in both directions. It was like the entire island had suddenly been consumed by a hurricane possessing mach five winds! The corpses of the fallen were cast away, some being torn to bits by other forces clashing against them. Others were tossed as far as the ocean itself a midst the chaos. Ruvik only pushed himself further, his strength and the force of the cero being released through his sword becoming greater with each moment, Lightning crackled violently around the two, a practical sphere of devastation forged during the collision that threatened to consume everything except the city itself. Even the fabric of space was tested, multiple tears in the space continuum manifesting around the conflicting energies.

It all came together in one final push of physical and spiritual forces. The dome of conflicting energies shattered, an explosion far greeter than nearly every other throughout their battle before it taking place. It made the entire island quake under its pressure, a force rivaling a hydrogen bomb ripping outward in every direction. Flames and heat great enough to burn the nearest pieces of rock to molten lava spread for miles, likely even testing the limits of the newly-forged dome to a degree. Where it was augmented to deal with nix's power, the result was the destructive merge of their powers conflicting. The sound was audible from, even other cities across near-by in the country, the burning mass emitting a glow bright enough to be barely visible from the satellites in space.

From the left side of the burning abyss, Ruvik shot out like a bullet,, rapidly flying toward the ground from the force. He struggle to regain his composure, barely managing it right before impact. He landed with a force great enough to forge yet another crater at his feet. He dug into the ground with his soles to stop his momentum, still sliding back fifty or sixty feet before coming to a stop. He was damaged, more so than ever before in their conflict. The skin and muscle tissue that constructed his right-arm and large chunks of that side of his body had been burned off. Now only a skeletal hand remained clutching the pulsating zanpakto in its grip. Even half of his face was reduced to a skull. Blood poured out in excess, second and third degree burns covering the other half of his body. Despite all that, he smiled. The skeletal remains from the clash moved like they normally would, the pain and scope of injury not even seeming to bother the Monarch's mental state. Instead he only watched with unyielding interest in the outcome of his opposition. How much punishment could their new form take, especially from such a close-range attack of both their energies combined!?

As the wounded Shinigami waited, an enormous amount of black energy spilled out from what remained of their body. It covered them almost entirely like an armor, taking the shape of an undamaged version of what they once were. The blackness was clearly energy, free of texture or color. Smoke surrounded Ruvik both from the impact and the mending process rapidly taking place. The energy repaired him, mending the damaged tissue and creating new muscles for his entire arm. It took time, but the repair were underway and the vast amount of damage caused in the event didn't even seem to hold him back from making a move if he desired. The predator looked across the battlefield, the visor that covered its face being damaged. It still functioned, but not as effectively as it once did. the right-half of it was obliterated, leaving a sparking half-damaged piece on the left-side of his face. While unfortunate, if Nix were to return from the clash in one piece and look his way, the Human could finally directly see the eye of Ruvik and the incarnation of vile intent and demented evil given life in his iris. The blade once again resonated with the building power of the Hollow. The infection grew stronger, continuing to give it an increasingly powerful hold on the spirit inside. The weapon almost looked like it was shaking, undergoing transformation a midst the very battle. The hushed cries of the tormented spirit echoed through the aura surrounding it.

"Not bad. It managed to last through that without too much extra defense. It is durable at the least." It spoke to itself, clearly referring to the brain-dead subject it inhabited to any that understood the creature's unique situation. Any thought on that was quickly crossed out, its eyes and unique sensory honing in on the hollowfied Human and waiting to see their condition.
