Personality: Ilya is often called a little devil, and that fits her quite well. She can be as innocent as a little girl at one moment, and talk about letting Berserker rip your spine out in the next. Nobody really knows what she is thinking, but one thing is clear: Ilya is very bipolar. Both sides of her are real, and she doesn't know the difference between right and wrong that most people have. She can be VERY obsessive over things and people, like over her own brother. Her 'love' for him is so big that she would kill anyone trying to keep her away from him without a second thought, and wouldn't stop from capturing and chaning him down to have him.

Appearance

As wrong as it sounds, Ilya has some weird tendencies to show up in strange costumes, too.

What Race: Sugiura

Brief History: Ilya wasn't born like a normal Sugiura. Instead, she was the result of a magic experiment, using the bloodline of the Emiya family on an unborn fetus inside of the body of her mother. The experiment was meant to bring out the true power of the blood in their veins and make her able to summon a Reality Marble, one of the strongest magic spells of the whole Sugiura race. However, the experiment failed - the magic did weird things to her body, but all in all, she was not able to create a Reality Marble.
This result wasn't known on her birth, though. Being forced to train since she could walk, so that she might learn the magic, her body showed the first signs of the changes done to her by the experiment - her hair and skin turned white, while her eyes turned blood red. Also, she stopped aging at a very young age. Noticing that their experiment failed to create a suitable user of Emiyas power, Illyasviel was abandonned by her family and dumped onto earth.
However, the girl had no plans to die. Sneaking her way into the Einzbern noble house, Ilya, with her immense intelligence and strength in regular Sugiura magic, she quickly took over the control of that part of the human world.
Always controlling them, she even played part in the second World War, effectively hiding a few groups of hunted humans from the Nazi regime out of sheer boredom. Her entire time in the human world, she plotted her return to the Sugiura Lands - because there, her brother was. The only person who ever treated her as a living being, even though he most likely had forgotten by now.

A few years ago, Illyasviel met a very strong but kind warrior, who called himself 'Berserker'. After Berserker was invaded by a demonic force that would drive any human into madness and becoming a demon, but thanks to Ilya, Berserker was spared from a fate of endless madness, at least partially. Her soothing voice and aura is the only thing able to control Berserker and keep him docile, but on her command, he will go and kill everything in his way.

Basic Powers: As a specially created Sugiura, Ilya doesn't have a Sacred. However, she can use all basic spells of the Sugiura without one. Her voice has a certain ring to it, that together with her Reiatsu, can calm the anger and madness of many people and beings.
