As Taichou was talking at him, Ladon had focused enough ice around him and his blade so that he'd be able to block an attack when needed. These were nothing, nothing at all. They could never match up to Nemesis... which means if he couldn't defeat the noobs, he'd be worthless. He brandished his Zanpakutō, and he exhaled, his breath being shown. Of course, it was immediately frozen by the ice around him and as a hollow jumped towards him ice shot up and hit the hollow, piercing it through it's stomach. That was before Ladon cut through it, destroying it's mask. This defense and attack method of his will definitely drain him, but, he didn't care. He had to pass his own limits... it's what Nemesis said, he had to push himself. And that's what he did.

One hollow down, two more to go. They weren't phased by the death of this hollow, why would they be. They don't care about comrades at this level of intelligence. But, no worries, they'd all be together again. Another hollow jumped at Ladon and before his defenses could react he sent some ice from his sword directly into the hollows mask. It was clear that he was starting to get taxed. He was basically a soldier in the reserves. He hadn't practiced much with his powers, but, he had to push himself. He wouldn't fall... not now, not ever. As another hollow charged at him, his ice field reacted and spikes jutted out from the mist, stabbing the hollow in all places but the mask. It was barely enough to hold the hollow, but, Ladon simply slowly inserted his sword into the hollow's mask.

"Be free from being a hollow..."

He twisted his blade and the hollows mask shattered like ice, the hollow being reduced to dust. Ladon looked over at the Menos, seeing the Cero. Great... time to deal with that bitch. Ladon gritted his teeth and ran towards the Menos. Sure, he didn't have much energy left, but he still had to try. He looked at his Zanpakutō, hoping Gekido would at least help him a little and he threw his Zanpakutō directly at the Menos's face. As the Zanpakutō flew threw the sky, it seemed as if some shadow was guiding the blade, even though nothing was actually there. The blade fell short of it's face and impaled itself in the Menos's shoulder. Ladon sighed and he looked at the mist trail the blade left behind and he grinned. He was definitely close to pushing himself, frankly he was almost out of energy.

He sighed softly and remembered his fiance... that moment... his anger and he looked up, his eyes glowing ice blue once more. Sure, his efforts may be futile, he wasn't a master with his powers, but, he was able to cause some ice to form from the mist left behind by his blade. This was really the last idea he had, frankly he wasn't even sure if it'd work. But, he'd try and either die or succeed. So with a nice tug an ice chain formed from the handle of Ladon's Zanpakutō and stretched all the way to his hand. He yanked on it and the blade didn't budge. He groaned and ran towards the Menos avoiding all the hollows he could, who all seemed to be more focused on Mirja than him. Which wasn't exactly the best thing, but it gave Ladon time to use the chain to start to climb up the Menos, frankly, he hoped that no hollows would hit the chain, or things would go to shit.

Mirja, was pissed. The dam hollow that took her off her flight was dead, but hitting the ground had not been fun, nor the Cero that followed after. had she not been as incredibly durable as she was, then the Cero would really have hurt. But as it was, it didn't do that much damage to her .So when the dust settled, she could see Hollows crowd around her, but had eyes only for the Menos. With a brutal Shunpo, she barreled through the creatures arrayed in front of her, and smashed her momentum-aided fist into the Menos' large foot. From the titanic impact, the Menos' leg practically disintergrated, and Mirja Shunpo'd off to the side to let the creature crash into the ground.

"Not so big now you've got one fucking leg, are you?!" She demanded, her blood boiling with fury, and totally missing the guy trying to climb the Menos. Her focus was exclusively on the big guy, now on the floor.

Menos Grande......

An average Shinigami could sense one miles away. They were, in a sense, the idiot Hollows. Big a strong for some Shinigami, but they were incredibly stupid. Henrex Astillon had been nearby when his Cyberbrain picked up that there was a Menos nearby. Despite that there were two Shinigami already on the scene, Henrex was, without a doubt, more powerful, and more skilled. He needed to get there and kill the Menos before those Shinigami could get any more beat up. Slashing his way past Hollows as the black clad boy flew fast through the wastelands, Henrex knew an easy way to take care of it. However, it was a bit of a risk.

Boosting his speed, Henrex began to take more to the air, soaring higher and higher. Gritting his teeth under the scarf that covered his face, Henrex held his sword tighter than ever, gripping the katana with a single hand, and swinging from left to right, cutting down anything that stood in his way. His black eye darted from left to right. Those other ones seemed to have cleared the area....for now. But all the spiritual energy that they were emitting had to have caused a Menos to be summoned into the Wastelands. However, the Menos would not be expecting someone like Henrex, now would it?

It was irritating on how his speed had limits. He wanted to go faster. He wasn't fast enough. Damn it! Focusing every ounce of energy within his physical limits, Henrex boosted his speed to go even faster. He was almost there. Placing his right hand on the pommel of his weapon, and holding his sword at his side, pointing in front of him. His Extreme Processing Speed and his eyes were scanning the closing Menos at rapid speed, looking for weaknesses in the mask. There was one.

A small crack where he could initiate his plan. Narrowing his eye, he knew that he only had one shot at this. Generating a small orb at the end of his sword, Henrex zoomed towards the face of the Hollow.

"....Hey, you. Over here."

Seeing the Menos turn to face him was enough. Getting within striking distance, he thrust his sword forward, before his body seemed to meld into the shadows, and move past the massively sized Hollow. Shadow Movement. Moving past the Hollow, Henrex's eye of dead seriousness turned to one of sadness. As he flew towards the ground, he whispered something before a reaction of the actions he had just performed occurred.

".....I will release you from your pain....."

Closing his eye, the Meno's head would soon eject itself with large spikes that would eject from all sides of the Menos' head, shattering the mask, completely annihilating the head, and causing the large mass to disappear. Gently descending to the ground and sheathing his sword, the boy clad entirely in black would simply stand there, before quietly sighing. Another soul put at peace.

It would most certainly not be the last.

"Well, that was unexpected...." Taichou, now exhausted, fell to the ground, unable to hold herself up any longer. Burying her face in the dirt, she mumbled, "Damn, Cyborg.." before closing her eyes. Her energy was finally spent. And with that, the young female fell unconscious; her once lithe body now growing still.

Ladon slowly stood up from where he landed after the Gillian had fallen over. He yanked his sword out of the Gillian and sheathed it. The ice around the blade staying on the blade as he sheathed it. Ladon didn't acknowledge this new Shinigami, he just walked over to Taichou to make sure she was okay. He checked her pulse and everything, making sure things were still functioning as they should. He sighed softly, a little glad she was fine, though he wasn't entirely sure why. He shook his head and sat down. As he sat down his exhaustion kicked in and he fell over so he was now lying next to Taichou. But, he couldn't exactly move. He used a little too much of his reiatsu, causing him to get a little lightheaded and sick. He sighed softly.

"Dammit..."

He coughed once and he continued to lie there, unable to move, and hoping that no more hollows would attack, he didn't really want to fight more hollows. But, he would if he needed to... he had someone to meet dammit...

Mirja stood over the fallen body of the Menos, gloating softly that she had just exploded it's leg. And then some shmuck came in and killed it, like he was being some sort of great hero, rescuing the helpless damsels in distress. Ladon included. He was dweeby enough to be a damsel, Mirja thought. And the hawk guy, well, he was just a streight up dick.
"Ohh, yea. Couldn't have come here five minutes ago when we actually needed you. No, you come after it's all under control, and steal the credit for this kill" She told him, before turning her back on him and going to Taichou. "Hey, Tai-chan. You ok there?" she asked, grinning at the girl. She had really pushed herself here, and it was pretty cool.

Peeking one eye out from her position on the ground, a giggle erupted from within the bowels of her vocal chords as she gazed up at her maestro. Nodding, the girl then stated, "Yes, maestro-sama.. Just really sleepy and in need of some pork," nearly cooing and salivating as her lips formed the word, "pork." Sheepishly, her face broke out into a faint smile as a loud, elongated growl-like sound rumbled withing Taichou's belly.

Her stomach continued to rumble; Taichou then rolling over onto her back in response, so she could rub her stomach, with her eyes now opening. She began to daydream, hearts forming in her eyes as she thought of eating pork... Lots of pork.. And maybe even a Hollow. That last bit made her snicker to herself, an evil glint now burning into her heavily-lidded eyes.

Ladon sighed softly still unable to move, at least unable to move much. He slowly sat up and he looked at Taichou, who was day dreaming about something. His eyebrow raised and he coughed softly. He lightly poked Taichou, wondering if she is okay. Well... she did look lost to, well, to something. He had no idea what. It was clear everyone else was ignoring him, which was good for him. He didn't want anything from them... sure, that may be douchey, but the last time he let someone in she kinda killed him, making him a whole. Of course he's now a shinigami but still, not gonna let someone in. At least not someone who has very little effect on him.

Anyways, he sighs softly and stands up slowly. If he was done here it was time for him to leave anyways, well maybe. This was the perfect time for him to just leave the Gotei and go to find Nemesis... but, would he even be able to leave...? it's time to see...

Henrex rarely lost his temper. It just wasn't in his nature to lose his temper very easily. However, this girl was simply annoying, rude, and overall....a bitch. Under control? That was under control? It seemed more like playing around. Henrex slowly turned around to face this girl, and his eye narrowed. A quiet sigh left the boy as the girl continued to complain. The eye closed and he sighed once more, before opening his eye once again.

".....You're kinda cute....."

The boy's face would turn red and he would refuse to look at her due to the comment he had just made. It was embarrassing. Henrex slowly turned towards the strange spiritual pressure he had felt on his way there. It was....a Plus. He didn't see them around very often. Slowly approaching the girl, he knelt down and closed his eye, before he reached a hand out, using his own spiritual energy to see if energy WAS really that of a Plus. A few moments of this would confirm that this girl, was indeed a Plus.

"....A Plus....haven't seen one for a while....."

Rubbing the back of his neck, Henrex's gaze slowly turned to the girl who had been practically screaming at him. Groaning quietly, his eye quickly shifted to the left, before he would speak.

"....You didn't seem to have it under control. Seemed more like children playing around with it. I came in because there were multiple generally weak energy signals here. The last thing I want is more death...."

Lowering his head, Henrex's eye soon began to shift towards the ground.

"Sumimasen, miss. I merely wish to keep as many people safe as I can.

A Japanese apology. Something that Henrex seemed to only do if he was true to what he was apologizing for. Rising to his feet, Henrex looked around, before his eye closed once more. It wasn't safe here. Hollows were showing up more frequently, it seemed. They needed to get out of here, and either to Karakura Forest, Karakura Central, or back to the Soul Society. While the forest was an option Henrex was leaning on, it was mostly up to the majority of where the rest wanted to go.

"......We must leave here. We must head back to either Karakura Central or Forest, or Soul Society. If we go to Soul Society, I might be able to find a friend of mine who could help. I just need you to trust me."

If who Henrex was thinking about could help, then perhaps that this Plus could find peace within the Soul Society...
