» Item Description: Stunner Smog is a metaphysical poison that is released when the Monsuta member in question throws a silver spherical device that is no bigger than their palm into the ground. When this action is triggered, the device will explode and spread a mist of white smoke throughout an area of effect that is equal to one city block. After about one post is all it takes for the person to begin feeling the effects of this toxin.

If there are any open cuts or the opponent breathes it in, then they will find themselves having issues trying to release their power. The reason for this is because the particles inside of this smog are clogging up their body, activating trace amounts of chi and this chi is being used in order to clog the pathways of energy within a person. And with the modifications done to the Monsuta, this is meant to cover a wide variety of different energies that this agent may come into contact with.

So, in an ideal circumstance, the opponent would be stunned for three post. During this period they would have a hard time summoning their supernatural abilities and it would feel as if they ran a marathon trying to perform something basic like a bala. This means that it may be possible for some to even be taken out of their release forms because they require a high amount of energy, and the higher the amount of energy released, the more exhausting and potent the effects of this poison becomes. Which means that someone emitting no energy won't notice the effects as much, whereas someone engaged in active combat will.

With that said, this poison is not permanent by any means. Smog Stunners are used to weaken the opponent so that the Monsuta operative can damage them in that period of time where they are stunned. Once this period is over, the opponent will go back to normal and they will not be able to be affected by it for another three post.

Note: NPC's will feel these effects much stronger than PC. Many NPC characters in a thread may pass out even from how potent it will be on them unless some type of defense is put in place to protect them.
