Welcome To Never land:
The premise of this power lies within the concept of his words being used to forge a real narrative. Balor is capable of bringing fantasy to life, this of course doesn't mean he simply can bring forth tales of old, the truth is much more complex and it is also a lie. The ideal of this technique is the energy that is stored within his link to the vocal chords spreading forth and infecting the world around him injecting itself like a virus to the very air. This technique takes advantage of the premise of ones intelligence, those with the process to believe in the unreal becoming conceptually possible are much more affected by this virus, whilst those of beginner level mental fortitude would have no issue. What this power does is twists Balors words transforming the landscape around him, but once again one must realize this is a lie.
The truth to this power is the ideals of Illusions the very concept is the idea of changing the stature of what one perceives as reality. The base adverse affect of this are very simple the mind latches onto such things that it sees as real. So by manipulating the brains chemistry to see illusions and have these things be manipulated in such a way by balor they can be used in a multitude of way. Though in all senses these are mere phantoms of the mind the mind reacts and adapts to this the stronger its processing power may be, in turn those who are vastly gifted in thought tend to overthink it and can even make the wounds and problems they face in fantasy reality. Those who are capable of reaming on a simple trail of thought however are much less affected those with low mental deduction would be capable of noticing the lack of damage the faults it places as their mind stays on point not working alongside the virus, those of high mental deduction however are in for a much rougher ride.
the essence of fantasy is all controlled by Balors words, this too offers a very flawed process as simply put only those who are within his area can be affect though it has nothing to really do with the actual process of hearing him he does need to be saying it. Thus it offers a major weakness in the way of stopping the power being to literally just shut him up, either that or move as far from his area of control as possible (about a one hundred and fifty feet radius.) There is also a major down flaw by presenting another alternative confusing the man, his words being twisted or his trail of thought being broken will cease any real issue, the only problem is that despite its faults the upsides are quite strong, being able to convince those with high brain activity that even the next to impossible could happen and the mind is fooled immeasurably and breaking free is only acquired by running or stopping him from spinning his tale.
